The atmosphere around changes drastically as he enters the hospital.
Professional doctors adore him as the "most talented intern", while the other male interns are jelous of his success and acheivement.

Female nurses and interns on the other hand, find his mysterious personality, charming and as he enters they start to plan ways to talk to him.
But he?
Well he ignores, ignores all of it!

"Goodmorning Kanan!", Dr. Smith greets him

"Goodmorning sir", kanan replies with a straight face

"Kanan, you have been a talented intern and so i suggest you to do your PG from chicago.", Dr. Advices kanan

"Sure sir...i will think about it", kanan speaks codly and then heads towards his daily round of hospital.

As every doctor kanan too had done his 9 month compulsory internship after graduating from medical college and now he was interested to do his post graduation.

Kanan heads towards his patients. His style of walk has changed. His facial expression has turned rough.

A old male hits kanan unintentionally resulting in him falling on the ground. His water bottle falls on kanan making him totally wet. But unlike old kanan, the new kanan reacts.

"You f***ing ass!..cant you see?!..all of my clothes got wet!...now go away!!", kanan screams while the old man apologises and leaves.

Kanan, angrily heads towards his office. Luckily he always keeps new set of clothes with him.
Kanan quickly changes into new set of clothes and then heads towards his patient Mary

"Good morning doctor", mary greets with a smile

"Good morning", kanan greets formally

"I told you, what ever happens we can never smile!...we have never seen him smile. So your sweet smile wont help!", charlie laying on the bed next to mary speaks

Mary and charlie are two patient whom kanan had to handle
They never saw kanan smile, and they thought he was always this way.

"Mary, your reports are normal, that medicine is showing its effect. I suggest you to take it thrice instead of twice a day.
i am pretty sure, by next thursday we will be able to discharge you", kanan speaks

"Really doctor??!!..thank you!!", mary replies

"No need to thank, you are paying me for treating you", kanan speaks rudely

"Doctor, i have paid several doctors but no one was as dedicated as you and no one could treat me like the way you do", mary speaks politely

But some incidents break you completely. They hurt you so deeply that you start to withdraw yourself from the world. Your tears get dried up and slowly and slowly it turns your heart into an emotionless stone. And thats when you change.

Kavya's memory loss had broken kanan, shattered him, and changed him completely. And he had changed to such an extent that, people arounf hom thought he was always this way. Rude, arrogant, cold and heartless doctor.
He was a new kanan.

"Charlie, your reports are not so positive"; kanan speaks

"But why?", charlie asks worried

"Because your heaomoglobin has dipped to 9. And we have to first insure that your heaomoglobin reaches to appox 11. Only then we can even think to operate you", kanan speaks

"Doctor, but you told i am ready for operation yesterday!", charlie frowns

"Yeah, because i thought you heamoglobin is normal", kanan replies

Charlie, was a 19 year old girl suffering from brain tumor. she was being treated for a period of 3 months.

Slowly and slowly her tumor was growing bigger and bigger. Many doctor had refused to operate because it was quite complicated and operating could result in her death.

"Doctor, i really want to get discharged like mary!", charlie speaks

"Well she is fine now, you are not", kanan replies

"But she was admitted after me and is getting discharged before me", charlie frowns

"Her case wasnt as complicated as yours", kanan replies

"But i miss my house, college, my friends!", charlie speaks making kanan irritated. But doctor should never shout on his patients and so kanan tries to cool off his anger

"Doctor please cure me fast!", charlie speaks impatiently

"See charlie i am a doctor, not god!", kanan replies angrily

"But doctor---", charlie speaks but kanan cuts her in mid

"Shut up!...let me work!", kanan speaks and then he heads towards the machine handling charlie. He switches few buttons. Turns few nods and then comes back to charlie. She is still frowing like a small kid

"What happened?", kanan asks irritated

"Doctor this is unfair!", charlie speaks

"Yeah i know!..life is unfair!", kanan replies

"Doctor i--",charlie speaks afain and this time kanan finally loses his temper for real. He cluts his fingers into a fist and shouts at charlie

"Life is unfair!..very unfair!!...ok??..and so accept it that way!..no one get everything in life!!...and there is no thing as god!!!...ok???...god is a myth...some people are just born unlucky!!...like me!!..and like you charlie!!...your case is complicated!!..and if your tumor gets more big then you will die!!..so accept it....ok??!!..", kanan shouts making charlie cry.
He ignores her tears and walks off the room angrily.
