This may sound really weird- I have a reason to think this don't worry. It's not just some random thought that has come from nowhere.

My feet are my dirty little secret, hidden under socks and shoes, and rarely making any appearance in the world. They're pretty gross and require constant maintenance to stop them from looking completely horrible.

Anyway, one toenail got really badly infected around six months ago and although the doctor gave me this thing to put on it- not much has changed. Whenever my toe gets really painful I'm worried that the infection has spread to my actual toe and is going to make it fall off.

Gross I know.
