I've already talked about sport in general, but I'm genuinely scared of swimming at school. I'm a really bad swimmer, like really bad, and I actually feel sick whenever I have to swim in PE.

I can't tell you how many sick notes, faked periods and trips to the nurse I've done to avoid swimming because I am so scared.

I suppose I'm more scared of the humiliation than the actual swimming part.
