I'm actually scared of sport. Like I fear it whenever I have to do it at school. I am always scared that I'm going to do something stupid and embarrass myself for life or that I'm going to die. Whenever I'm swimming I actually feel like I'm going to drown (mainly because I forget to go up and take breaths).

Whenever I'm running I feel like my lungs are going to just cave in from the strain.

I just hate sport and I now have a massive fear of it.
