This is a bit more of a serious fear which is far more present when I'm at school and there is more chance of me failing in class presentations or in sport.

I overthink EVERYTHING and this has meant I've developed this fear trying new things in case I mess up. I am so terrified of failing that I choose to do things where failure is least likely. I hate doing class presentations, I hate sport and I mainly hate things that I just can't do.

It gets me frustrated when I can't do things by myself, mainly because I don't like the idea of taking up someone's time.
