Shivaay Singh Oberoi
Shivaay is the elder son of the royal Oberoi family. He is a very matured, understanding and loving person, but his kindness is reserved for them only especially his Dadi, his paternal grandmother and his step-brother Pranav. For the rest of the world, he's nothing but just an angry young man with temper issues. He runs the family's fashion company. He lives by himself but he does visits the Oberoi Mansion whenever possible to meet his Dadi.

Anika Morgan D'Souza
Anika is the only daughter in the D'Souza family. She is very much pampered and loved by both her parents. But due to their over-protectiveness, Anika always felt like she's not being able to live her life on her own accords. Hence, she left the D'Souza Mansion in Mussorie and shifts to Mumbai with her best friend Gauri to further her studies. They live together in an apartment. Anika is a girl who believes in fairy tale. She is quite innocent despite her her mischief.

Omkara Singh Oberoi
Siddhant's step-brother. Omkara is a very calm, composed, and cool kind of person. He works alongside Shivaay. He is the type of person who works hard and parties hard. He loves Shivaay more than anything and anyone including his mother.

Gauri Kumari Sharma
Anika's best friend since childhood and her partner in crime. She is a very bubbly girl and faithful.

Dadi
Shivaay and Omkara's paternal grandmother. She is a very sporting Dadi and is very well up to date with technology and gadgets. She loves both her grandsons and is proud of the bond they share despite being step siblings.

Tej Singh Oberoi
Shivaay and Omkara's father. He's a very displined yet chilled Dad. He remmaried after the death of Shivaay's mother due to family pressure.

Jhanvi Singh Oberoi
Shivaay's step-mom and Omkara's mom. She is a strict person and gives importance to the family business. She secretly cares for Shivaay but never shows it.

Shakti D'Souza
Anika's father. A very strict, yet loving and caring father. He's very possessive about Anika and is very close to her.

Pinky Rene D'Souza
Anika's mother. A loving and understanding mother. She's often stuck between Anika and her father.
