Anika shoved Shivaay's hand away from her and walked away angrily, wiping her tears. A long tear escaped Shivaay's right eye.

'What have I done??? This girl is no longer willing to talk to me. Let alone talking, she doesn't even want to see my face. I've hurt her terribly in the attempt of not wanting to hurt her. I was right. She'll only be hurt if she's with me. I should follow her wish now. Enough of what I want. I will do whatever she wants now. I'm sorry Anika. You deserve better than I can give you', he thought to himself.

He wiped them off and get back into the party. He looked around and found Anika on the dance floor with Team Shivika. They were dancing around Anika to uplift her mood. Shivaay smiled sadly to find her finally getting back to normal.

He excused himself and went to his room. As soon as he went in, he got to the attached pool in his room and went for swimming. Shivaay thinks of himself like a fire, a volcano, always burning and heated up. The only way he can calm himself is by drenching himself completely in the cool and calm water. Sometimes he takes a shower and sometimes he goes for a swim.

At the party, Mallika and the gang were challenged by another top model's gang for a shot competition. Mallika agreed right away without asking the others. Gauri and Anika were nervous a bit as they don't drink much. But, Advaay assured them that all they have to do is to take one or two shots, the rest of them will handle it.

Soon, both the competing group sat opposite to one another. The whole crowd was cheering for them. And on the count of three, the competition was begun. All started with their first glass. Gauri and another girl from the opposite team gave up right away. Gauri even spat back whatever she had taken. The rest of them went on with the following glasses. One member of the opposite team gave up but these four just didn't stop. Finally, having had enough, Advaay and Om stopped. Om was drunk already but Advaay was slightly stable.

There were only two left from each team. The person who could sustain the longest from either team would be the winner. Another person from the opposite team gave up. But, Mallika and Anika were just not stopping. Mallika couldn't stop because it was a matter of her reputation which was insulted by the other model and as for our Anika, she has had a bad day and alcohol seemed to be solution for her suddenly.

Then, the model who challenged Mallika gave up causing Mallika to stop as well. So now, the competition is between Anika and the model's boyfriend. The whole crowd began cheering harder. Half of them cheered for Anika and the other half cheered for the other guy. And at last, Anika won by taking one shot more than him as he couldn't take it anymore making Mallika's team to be the winner.

By the time the competition has ended, Mallika, Om and Anika were extremely drunk. The sober ones were Gauri and Advaay. Gauri said she'll handle Om and Anika (not aware of what a drunk Anika can do) and Advaay took Mallika with him. They bid goodbye and walked up to their room with their totally drunk mates. Gauri was being totally tortured by her best friend and her brother in law. They were drunk singing. Running here and there. Playing hide and seek. They had become kids literally. With much difficulty, Gauri grabbed the both of them by their ear and pulled them being completely annoyed.

Gauri dropped Anika in her room first. Om who was waiting outside was trying to run away hence, Gauri hastily left to get him without locking Anika's room door properly. Anika who was still wanting to play opened the door to find no one there. She got a little upset. Just then, room service entered into Shivaay's room (opposite her room), Anika stealthily sneaked behind him into Shivaay's room.

The waiter left a tray of food for Shivaay and left. Anika opened the lid and overjoyed looking at the food. She gobbled up everything and left Shivaay's esspresso only for him. She then walks around to take a look at the room. She saw the swimming pool area and rushed there. As soon as she arrived, Shivaay got up from the pool and turned around to find Anika there. He was surprised. Anika on the other hand was surprised to find him in just swimming trunks. She closed her eyes in a very childish manner.

'Anika, you're here? Wait a minute... are you drunk???', asked an astonished Shivaay as she reeked of alcohol.

'No!! Not at all! I just took little little glasses only. Not much!! Manybe around 10 to 15 or maybe 20 little little glasses!! Hihihi', she giggled childishly while showing the size of the glasses.

Shivaay couldn't help but to smile at her childishness.  Anika noticed it.

'You just smiled??? Why???', she asked.

'No! I didn't smile!', Shivaay denied.

'Liar!! I saw you smiling!! What's wrong in admitting it Sadu?', she asked him on his face.

'Anika, you're drunk, get back to your room. We'll talk once you're sober okay? Come, I'll drop you there', Shivaay approached her to get her to her room.

'Stop right there! I don't want to go back to my room. I want to talk! You said you wanted to talk to me right??? Say it all now!! I want to listen!!', she demanded.

'It's not the time to talk, I will talk to you later. Let's get you on your bed first', Shivaay approached her closer.

Anika pushed him away.

'Why?? Why do you always do this Shivaay Sir?? I want to hear what you wanted to tell!!! Why aren't you saying it??? What are you waiting for??? Say it!!! I want to listen!!', she screamed out while crying.

Shivaay went up to her, cupped her face, wiped away all the tears and kissed her forehead. Anika closed her eyes.

'You want to listen right?', Shivaay asked her to which she nodded childishly. He again smiled at her cuteness.

'It's cold here right?? Shall we go inside and talk???', he asked her to which she nodded again. He lifted her in his arms to her surprise, brought her into the room, placed her on the bed and sat next to her. She looked at his eyes in curiousity and Shivaay was also lost in her eyes. He cupped her face with his right hand. She held his hand closer to her face.

'Say it Shivaay Sir!', Anika uttered.

'What I wanted to say is that Anika, I'm really very sorry for whatever I've done so far. I really am. Anika, I don't know why I loose my control whenever I'm in front of you. I just feel alive when you're next to me. I can get all kinds of feelings which I never felt before. I can be happy to my hearts content. I can be worried sick if I know you're in trouble. Just now, when you almost drowned in the sea, I felt like my life...'

'Was going away from you... you felt like your world was breaking apart, right???', Anika completed his sentence.

'Yes. And it wasn't just that, when you were lying nearly lifeless, my breath was stuck. I was suffocating as if...'

'You had forgotten how to breath and your heart nearly stopped!', she completed his sentence again.

'I was so wrong to ask you stay away from me. After spending so much of time with you like literally almost 24/7 for the past week, every second without you here was passing by really hard. I was yearning to hear your voice, to argue with you, to laugh with you. Everything. I missed you!!! And i couldnt stand to see you with that Advaay or any guy as a matter of fact. It makes my blood boil! I felt like carrying you away from them and keeping you close with me. But I stopped myself...', he was interrupted by her.

'Why??? Why you didn't do it?? Why did you stop yourself???', she asked him.

'Because...', he paused

'Say it!! Because...', she urged him.

'Because I've got no rights to do that to you!!!', he said it at last.

Anika woke up with a heavy head to find her to be sleeping in Shivaay's arms.
