Shivaay panicked upon seeing her not responding to him. He pulled her and placed her on the wooden coasters. Everyone were plainly watching what had just happened from the ferry. They were surprised to see Shivaay jumping into the sea to save a mere intern of his. Advaay and Mallika know that its not a mere intern, she's his lifeline. They were worried for her but didn't go to help as they know that Shivaay will make everything right.

As soon as he placed her on the wooden coaster, he began rubbing her palms and feet while shouting her name out. He even pressed her stomach to push out the water that she had swallowed. He checked her pulse, it was very weak that he could hardly feel it and she wasn't breathing to add to this.

He's very well versed in giving basic first-aid. Upon seeing no response from her, he went ahead to do a mouth-to-mouth resurrection on her. He remembered her talks about her first kiss when she was drunk. He hesitated a bit when he neared her lips, but for now, he's got no other choice left. He remembered the way she calmed him down in the elevator and a worried Anika when she thought that it was him in the elevator. He immediately placed his mouth on hers and gave her his breath. He then pumps her heart with all his might. He goes on to give his air to her again, and pumps her heart again.

'Come on Anika! Don't do this to me! Come on! Open your eyes!!! Don't do this to me you mad woman!', he thought as doing the procedure he was thought.

'Open your God damn eyes Anika!', he finally screamed out as he was getting tired from the continous procedure.

Just then, Anika spits out quite an enormous amount of water on Shivaay's face as she gets up coughing, gasping for breath. Shivaay was more than relieved. He felt like his world which was ripped apart is being joined together. He finally felt like he's alive. The pain that was strumming his tiny little heart was finally gone. He couldn't express his happiness to be able to see her alright. He immediately pulled her into a tight hug, holding her close to his heart.

She was shocked but glad to be in the arms of her love. She was too tired to be saying anything at that time. She just relaxed in his arms.

'You scared me to the core! I was shivering when I saw you lying lifeless here. Don't ever do this to me again!', he spit out while hugging her.

She opens her mouth to say something but she closes it thinking of what Shivaay did to her yesterday.

'Payback time!', she thought to herself.

She broke the hug and let's go of him. He didn't want to break the hug yet. He felt like he was holding his life in his arms. He looked at her anticipatedly to hear her voice, to know if she's really fine or not.

'Are you okay now Anika?', he asked.

She simply nodded her head not even looking at him. She avoided him purposely and walked towards the ferry. Mallika and Advaay helped her on board. Shivaay was a bit broken to find her ignoring him like that despite what he has just done for her. He was not expecting her to not talk to him. He was expecting her to throw tantrum and fight with him for making her run an errand which is not even her job.

He broke from the trance of his thoughts when Khanna called him into the ferry. He boards in blankly, mindlessly not saying anything. His heart was loudly blaming him for what he had to go through just a little while ago while his brains were saying the exact opposite to it. There was a war of brains and heart going on in him.

Anika on the other hand, was given fresh clothes to change into by Mallika and they looked after her by covering her up in a duvet and making her drink some hot drinks. Even though she was pleased to be getting those treatment from her fellow friends, she was feeling bad to have hurt Shivaay. She saw the pain in his eyes when she opened her eyes. She saw how worried he was for her. She could differentiate between the sea water and his tears that streamed down his hot cheeks. Then she shrug the thoughts off her mind.

'How's Shivaay??', she asked to both Advaay and Mallika. Both of them looked at each other fully surprised.

'You almost died and you're asking about Shivaay?', Mallika asked being unable to digest what she has just heard.

'Exactly! You should be worried for yourself Anika!', Advaay added.

'You guys saw how restless he got right??? I saw the fear I had yesterday when I thought I was going to loose him in his eyes just now. I can understand the plight he's undergoing but I can't say anything to him. I was in his shoes yesterday. I know what he would have felt at that moment. I wanted to assure him that I'm fine and at the same time, I wanted to take a little revenge on him but now I feel very bad. I think I should go and talk to him', she bared her heart out and was about to leave when Advaay and Mallika stopped her.

'What are you doing? Focus on your plan Anika. We need to make him confess and this is just the right push that God has created. He insulted you when he asked you to avoid him right? He broke your self-respect and pride right? So don't go and talk to him and prove to him that you've got self-respect and pride!', Mallika advised her.

'Mallika is right. Listen to her for now. Stick to the plan. Shivaay will be on his knees in for you soon. Mark my words!', Advaay added.

'Do you guys really think so?', she asked.

'100%!', both said in unison.

They hit the shore and Shivaay was looking for Anika. She was with Advaay and Mallika. Shivaay rushed towards them, but stopped when he was near to them. He remembered how Anika had ignored him a little while ago and walked past them quickly into the hotel not before stealing glanced from Anika. He felt deeply relieved to see her back in her normal mood with Advaay and Mallika.

Once he was inside his room, he changed into a fresh clothes and start thinking about Anika despite not wanting to do so. Just then, Om entered his room. Shivaay explained everything to Om without even he asking. Om realized that his brother was really head over heels in love with Anika by the way Shivaay described everything.

'Why do you think she did that?', Om asked him.

'How would I know Om? I've got no idea!', he uttered weakly.

'It's because of what you did!!! It's because of what you told her!!! You shouldn't have told her to stay away from you when you can't bear it. Now that she's avoiding you, you're feeling hurt! She's basically doing what you told her to do!', Om pinpointed Shivaay's mistake.

'What should I do now Om???', he asked being helpless.

'Just go and talk to her. Tell her that you were wrong. Tell her what you felt like when the thought of her leaving you forever did to you! Explain everything Shivaay. Remember, honesty is the best policy!', Om adviced.

Shivaay plainly nodded his head in agreement.

That night was the Launch of the show. Shivaay was already there as early as 6:45 p.m. even when the launch starts at sharp 8:00 p.m. Even though he was busily looking through the arrangements for one last time, his mind was keep on looking for Anika. Just when the Launch was about to begin, after the arrival of all the VIP's on the red carpet event. Another limousine stopped by. Advaay got down from it. Shivaay smirked a little looking at him dressed up in all white. Advaay then went ahead and opened the door on the other side. Stepped out a beautiful Anika. Shivaay's heart stopped when he looked at Anika. His jaw drooped literally. She was dressed in white as well. And she was looking like a bomb in that particular outfit.

It was a simple, elegant, classy yet at the very same time a hot and bold look. Just the way Shivaay likes. I felt like his feet were swept away from the ground. She looked like an angel descended from the heaven. And when she smiled at him, he felt like the whole world had stopped.
