Anika broke the hug and looked at Shivaay. She was about to say something when she heard her name being called.

'Anika!!! Where are you???', Gauri whom just entered panicked after seeing the condition of the house. Everything was in a mess. The sofa was torn and the batting in it was on the floor. All the glasses in the house were shattered into pieces. The locks were broken in a very ill manner.

Gauri and Om then rushed into Anika's room and found the both of them there. Gauri immediately went and hugged Anika. Gauri was trembling in dear and began to cry. She was holding Anika close to herself.

'Nothing happened to you right??? Are you okay??? Are you fine???', she continues to bombard Anika with questions after breaking the hug while cupping her face.

'I'm fine. Nothing happened to me. I'm absolutely fine. Thanks to Shivaay Sir', she revealed while looking at Shivaay. They had an eyelock.

'Are you okay Shivaay?', Om asked.

Shivaay just hummed in yes not wanting to break the eyelock he's made with Anika. Gauri then began questioning what happened to Anika and the house. Anika tells them the flashback. Anika slept early before after talking to Gauri. She was awaken by the sound of someone trying to break the main door. She knows right away that its not Gauri and locked her room door. She took her phone and hid inside the cupboard. At that time, she heard sound of things breaking. She got even more scared and the first person she thinks to dial at the moment was Shivaay. Then, Shivaay continued the flashback saying he came here to find two men breaking Anika's room door. Hence, he beat them up and went looking for Anika.

Both Gauri and Om were surprised and shocked to hear this. Gauri then was concerned for Anika's safety. She fears that this incident may repeat itself. Plus, the house is in a total mess.

'Om Sir, I don't think I'll be able to come with you and the team to Paris tomorrow. I'm really very sorry but I can't leave Ani alone like this. Plus, just look at the condition of the house. I don't think I can leave her here alone', she pleads to Om.

'I can understand Gauri. Don't worry. But this trip was supposed to be a huge turning point for you in this field. Not many interns can get to go there. I hope you rethink about it', Om tried to convince Gauri otherwise.

'Gauri! Are you mad? I'm fine. Nothing happen to me. You go ahead without worrying about me', Anika tried persuading Gauri.

'No! It's not okay. My carreer isn't important than you are. This time around Shivaay Sir saved you but what about the next time?', Gauri questioned her.

'Not just this time around, I'll be there for her whenever she's in trouble', he exclaimed drawing all the attention in the room.

'You should go Gauri. And don't worry about Anika, I'll look after her', Shivaay voiced out.

'But how are you both going to stay here? This place needs a overhaul. It's become haywire', Om said.

'Don't worry about that. They can stay in my house tonight', Shivaay suggested.

'Yeah and the remaining days? Where will Anika live???', Gauri asked curiously.

'In my house of course. What's the big deal?', Shivaay spoke his mind out.

'That sounds good to me', Gauri supported him.

'Just a minute Shivaay, how can she just stay at your house? I mean Oberoi Mansion will be a better place right?', Om exclaimed.

'What do you mean? If she lives in Oberoi Mansion, how she'll get to work??? If she lives in my house then it'll be fine, we can go and come back together', he explained his point.

'Exactly! That is why I'm saying Anika should live with Shivaay Sir', Gauri supports Shivaay.

'Wait, wait! You guys are talking about me without even asking me where I want to stay? Huh? I'll stay right here! In my house. No where else', Anika stood affirm in her decision.

'Don't be stubborn, Anika. We are all worried for you! Now please stop being this adamant and follow me back home', Shivaay said with minimal anger in his voice.

'It's just until I get back Anika. It's not like we're asking you to stay there forever', Gauri added.

'Exactly Anika. Just stay there for a few days in the mean time your house is being renovated', Om tries his part in convincing her too.

After thinking a while and more session of convincing, Anika finally agreed. Shivaay and Om left the girls to allow them to pack their necessary things. They made space for themselves in the hall while waiting for them.

'She was really scared when I got here', Shivaay said.

'Gauri was almost dying when she saw all of this!', Om said.

'Luckily I was next to her', they said in unison. Realization of this thing hit them in a while. They turned to look at each other and smiled.

Just then, the girls came out with their luggage. Anika was clearly having more stuffs than Gauri. Shivaay was reminded of the time when she packed a large suitcase for their Dehradun trip and a smile formed on his face.

'I was thinking, why not I bring Gauri back to Oberoi Mansion tonight', Om said all of the sudden.

'But why???', all the three of them asked in unison.

'Our flight to Paris tomorrow is early in the morning. It'll be easier for me if she stays at Oberoi Mansion', Om cleared his point.

Everyone agreed but Gauri hesitated a bit. Anika pats her shoulder and signs her to agree. Then, both the girls left with each of the Oberoi brothers after reporting this entire incident to police.
