Big chocolate brown eyes drooping

Chocolate

Chocolate cake

Hungry

But also so tired

Pillow

Fluffy pillow

Like big white clouds

Or pink cotton candy

Yes yummy, tasty cotton candy

Which brings me back to food again

Drop the food, because I'm exhausted

I wonder if I will have happy dreams

Or nightmares

Will I be a princess in twirling skirts and glass slippers

Like Cinderella

Or will I be chased by hungry vicious goblins

Like that unlucky girl in some nightmare

Shudder

The goblin's blood red eyes frightening me

Fall

Stumble

Bloody knees

Pain

Searing pain

Drop, drop, drop

Warm blood

Cold blood

I'm tired

So tired

"Eyes close"

I command

That's how my eyes feel

A tiny blue and green dot out the window of my spaceship

Fading from view as I enter the Milky Way

My eyes go

Like a butterfly

Hues of a rainbow

Red

Orange

Green

And blue

I could go on

But I think I'm finally succumbing to the world of dreams...
