"Hi mom," Minghao replied to the woman that walked through the door.

Mrs. Xu looked over to Jun and walked over to him. "Oh! My dear Junhui! It's been so long. How are you doing?" She asked him.

"I'm doing good," Jun replied.

Everyone else in the studio looked confused as to why Mrs. Xu was visiting.

Minghao noticed everyone else's reaction. "So mom... what brings you here to South Korea?"

"I cane to visit," Mrs. Xu said. Jun translated what she said to the other members and they all nodded. "And... Junhui... I need to talk to you."

"Sure. Mrs. Xu," Jun said as He and Mrs. Xu left the dance studio and into the hallway, leaving everyone in confusion once again.

-Jun's POV-

Mrs. Xu took me into the hallway outside of the dance studio. Questions were wondering all over my mind on why she wanted to talk to me.

"Jun... I needed to talk to you about Zhang Tufan," Mrs. Xu said. (Don't judge me idk Chinese names)

"What about him?" I asked. He was my acting director for the last drama I was in before I quit acting. After all these years, I'm hearing his name once again.

"He... wants you in one of his new dramas he's making. He sent people to search for you because you are the only actor he wants for the main character," Mrs. Xu told me. I sighed. There's no way I'm going back into acting for that guy. He's the reason I quit.

"I don't want to be though..." I said. Mrs. Xu nodded like she understood and brought me into a hug.

"Makes sense. I mean, you are busy with your new band and honestly, he isn't the best director there is," Mrs. Xu said. I smiled and hugged back.

One of the reasons Minghao and I have a good friendship is because his mom and I get along. It's mostly because of our friendship, but I'm glad I can pass her as a friend.

We broke from the hug and she held out and envelope. "This is from your mom. She couldn't visit because... of some important issue, so she told me to give this to you before I came to visit." She handed me he letter and I politely took it. I wanted to know what it was about, but I decided to wait. "Oh and also," She whispered in my ear. "Take good care of Minghao. I see the way you look at him."

My eyes widened in shock as she broke into laughter. I just shook my head and let a grin appear on my face. "Don't worry Mrs. Xu. He's in good hands."

"Um... should we go back inside?" I asked.

"Before you do, open the letter," She said. I nodded and carefully opened the envelope.

"Do you know what this is about?" I asked before reading the letter. She gave a slight nod, making me a bit nervous as to what was written on the letter. Giving a slight peak, it started off simple, then the very last sentence left me scared and worried.

My dear Junhui,
I miss you a lot, and it hasn't been that long since you went to South Korea. I hope you are doing well. Are the members treating you with kindness and care? I hope so.

I saw the news report on Allkpop. I see that Minghao is in the same band as you. How does it feel to be reunited with your best friend? I bet it feels great.

I have very important news to tell you. If you received this letter, then that means Mrs. Xu met up with you and gave this to you. And if you're reading this right now, then something bad has happened.

Take care of yourself, Junhui, and please don't follow your father's path.

Love, mom.

A tear was falling down my cheek for an unknown reason. Millions of thoughts were wandering around my head. "Is mom okay? Is dad okay? What happened to dad? What's going on? What happened while I was gone? Is this a joke?"

I looked at Mrs. Xu for answers, maybe a reason for this letter, but she looked at the floor and shook her head. I looked back at the letter and reread it over and over again, getting each and every word in its place to get a clue. I thought of millions of different possibilities, and settled down with 2.

"Is my dad a bad person?" I asked. Mrs. Xu just shook her head, meaning I was wrong.

My eyes widened in realization as I went with the last option I had. I refused to believe it, hoping it wasn't true, hoping the letter was a joke, but Mrs. Xu's face when I asked her confirmed it all.

"Is my dad... dead?"
