Start with your circle, and then draw the jawline below.

Draw your ear right on the jawline, and as before they have different ears than all the others.

Draw the horns, starting from the bottom line up.

Draw the top of your head, making it slightly square, giving it a dip and then giving them a moose nose.

Draw your neck, giving them a slightly thicker waddle thingy.

Draw your nose horn, and your underbelly line.

Draw your facial features, adding a bone crest and nostril.

Add detail into the eye brow, and draw a second line next to the neck/belly one, and add lines in between it.

Draw your spikes and the belly lines

Add detail into the horns, and draw a faint line in the middle of the remaining blank neck.

Draw the top scales like so, starting with the round part of the scale. Once you finish the top scales, feel free to stop here.

Adding all the circles just adds to the detail and relative completeness of the drawing.
