Again, start with the circle

You start sketching out the neck. They have a thicker, shorter neck, and don't go out very far. Sketch the underbelly lime lightly as you will erase it later. Also, there is the horn change.

The neck spikes are different, and I suggest looking at a picture to find out the exact shape of them. This one is pretty close though.

(Ignore the darker line, don't do it) Draw the facial features in

Draw the secondary features in, and begin the underbelly. The underbelly things get bigger as you go down the neck, so pay attention to that.

Draw lines to about midway through the neck, and add texture lines to the brow thingy

Finish adding texture lines to the top of the head. Add the U shapes to the neck, finishing the scale pattern. Feel free to erase and add lines where you need.

Finish it out with the belly lines.
