Chapter 7

Okay, this is it. All I have to do is get out of the car and go into the house. This should be easy, right? Well, not for me. Luckily, Adeke had enough sense to send Adai ahead while Lez, Adeke and I stayed behind in the car. 

"Are you ready, Love?" Adeke asked from my right. 

"No." 

"Oh come on Anahi, this is just silly. You're just sitting here in this dark ass car worried 'bout nothing. Let's go I've gotta pee." Leslie proceeded to grab my hand and pull me out her side of the car. I followed along tugging at my trapped wrist as we got closer and closer to the door. 

My mind went into overdrive and all I could think of was would they approve of me? Would my sisters like me? Hell, would I even like them... 

It's funny how your mind can instantly go blank when something shocks you. Well, in my case it is someone. One minute I am standing there fighting against Leslie and the next I was staring face to face with my real mother.  

One look at the woman in the doorway and I could tell she was my mother. We shared the same dark luxurious hair, big brown eyes, and full lips. I watched her wearily waiting for her reaction, as she took in my features as well. 

"Anahi...it really is you!" My mother quickly closed the distance between us and pulled me into a bone crushing hug. I hesitantly put my arms around her slim frame and hugged her back. She quickly pulled back and put me at arms length, again taking in my features.  

I couldn't help the grin from forming on my face as I looked at the happy woman in front of me.  

"Hey! Sofia, where is my hug?" Adeke said coming up to my side. 

"No hug for you, boy. I'm still not happy with you!" My mother responded, shaking a finger at him. 

"Me? What did I do?" Adeke asked smirking at her. 

"You know what you did, now come on inside before the rest of them show up." My mother turned around mumbling something about Adeke mating with her daughter and the odds of that happening... 

"Hey I can't help it if fate decided to have a sense of humor! You know you wanted another son!" Adeke laughed as he grabbed my hand and following her through the doorway. Luckily I was able to shake off the fire coursing through my arm at his touch and grabbed at Leslie's hand before we got a step inside the door, pulling her along behind me.  

"Ha! You might as well have been a son...as much as you are here. Anahi, don't listen to Adeke's ramblings. We welcome everyone into our home, even though sometimes I wish we didn't." She winked at Adeke. 

It was strange, that one little wink. Although I knew it was only friendly banter I couldn't help the small hiss that escaped my lips. My eyes widened in shock and I know my face turned an ugly red color. My mother didn't seem to mind to much though. In fact she only winked at me and chuckled to herself. 

"Great way to make an impression Anahi!" Leslie whispered behind me. I attempted to elbow her into being quiet but she only laughed at me.  

"She is my daughter and she will be loved anyway. Anahi, I missed so much in your life...but it seems that you have grown up beautifully. We will have plenty of time to get to know each other so our first impressions won't really matter." My mother pulled me into another hug. This hug was much more relaxed, compared to our last one. Before she pulled away she whispered in my ear nervously, "I missed you,baby. Can you please call me Mom?" 

Unable to reply I only nodded my consent before I pulled away smiling. Mom...Wow, I have a mom. A real one, not one of the foster moms who got paid to watch me. 

"Mom...wow that sounds really wierd." I giggled.  

"Okay, we have to get out of the hall. I can't hog you all to myself or they will be so pissed at me. Let's go to the lounge. I'm sure everyone is already there and waiting." Mom grabbed Leslie's hand from mine before turning down the hall. "Leslie you come up here with me and let those too have a little alone time before we get bombarded. We have quite a walk in front of us..." 

I raised a brow at that. The house we pulled up to was a simple, yet beautiful two story house hugging the woods behind it...how could we possibly have a long walk ahead of us? 

"The house is just a front for the palace in the woods." Adeke said, answering my unspoken question. 

"Palace?" 

"You are a princess. Really, they just call it a palace when in fact it's more like a small mansion." Adeke replied putting an arm around my shoulders and slowly walking after mom and Lez. His fingers gently trailed a path on my arm sending fire through my veins. As we walked though the house and down into the basement all previous thoughts about meeting my sisters and father left my mind. Hell, even the curiosity of where we were going was forgotten.  

All my mind could concentrate on was the feeling of Adeke's fingers on my skin. At first it was just a fire in my arm, but with each touch of his fingers the fire spread throughout my body. Within seconds of walking I couldn't take it anymore and allowed a small moan to escape my lips.  

Adeke immediately took his fingers off my skin and smirked down at me, "Sorry." 

"I'm not. So, do you know the way to the lounge?" I asked as I watched Mom and Lez enter a doorway and disappeared into the darkness.  

"Of course I do. Why?" He asked. 

I looked up at him from under my lashes and bit my lip. I smiled up at him as I turned to stand in front of him. My eyes trailed down his body and I couldn't help but lick my lips hungrily at his hard chest and abs. I reached a hand up and ran my finger tips down his chest. I almost purred at the sound of his increased breathing.  

"Well I was thinking of something..." I trailed off as my fingers finally made there way to his hard abs, causing him to suck in his breath through his teeth.  

"What is that exactly?" His voice came out husky, sending a shiver down my spine. I raised my eyes to look at his lips before smirking. 

"Oh, I don't know..." I licked my bottom lip. Adeke moaned lightly, his eyes fixed on my lips.  

Adeke's arm wrapped around my waist and pulled my body to his roughly. Unable to stop myself I instantly started purring. His body ran the length of my own and I instantly became warm. His heat mixed with his unique smell stirred the fire inside me causing another moan to escape my lips. 

"So, is this close to what you were thinking about?" He brought his mouth down where my neck meets my shoulder and kissed it softly. Pleasure shot through my veins and I couldnt help myself any longer. Roughly grabbing a hold of his shirt front I pushed him back against the wall. Wasting no time, I pulled his mouth down to mine.  

Bliss, pure bliss. His lips devoured my own so quickly and hungrily that I had to keep myself from crying out. I tried to push myself closer to him but seeing as I was practically crawling up his body already...I couldn't really get much closer. Adeke suddenly pulled back away from my mouth but before I could protest he had me pushed against the wall, my legs around his waist holding on tight. He pushed himself against me before bringing his lips back down to mine. I couldn't stop myself from grinding against him as our tongues danced together. I felt his pleasure through my jeans and smirked against his lips. 

"Yes love?" Adeke asked against my lips. 

"I take it that you enjoy this do you?" I rubbed against him again causing him to moan under his breath.  

"Anahi..." He replied on a sigh. My name on his lips, spurred another round of purring to come from my chest. Adeke's green eyes flashed up to mine before his grip tightened on my waist. Adeke ground himself against me and the feel of him so close caused my purring only to get louder.  

"Anahi...we have to stop..." Adeke tried to stop but only ended up rubbing against me again.  

"Adeke, I swear to Gaea if you two are not through that door in thirty seconds I'm calling her father down here!" Mom was yelling from far down through the doorway she left through. 

At her words Adeke instantly dropped me down on my feet and backed away. I laughed at his scared expression, making him send a glare my way. He grabbed my hand and began pulling me to the doorway. I began laughing even harder when I saw the pronounced tent in his pants. Adeke shot me a strange look before he raised his eyebrows questioningly. 

"Um, babe..." I looked down to his crotch giggling again. Adeke's eyes followed mine and he quickly turned away from me to adjust himself.  

"Not funny Anahi." He grumbled.  

"Well, I thought it was." I said simply still chuckling. Adeke turned back to me, his cheeks red with embarrassment. I quickly kissed his lips and started pulling him to the door. 

"Adeke!" Mom yelled back to us. 

"Damn, I'm comin!" Adeke yelled back irritated.  

"That's what he said..." I joked. Adeke chuckled at me, no longer irritated.  

"Come on love." He then proceeded to pull me through the dark doorway and closer to the rest of my family.
