To recap, Kane has been banished from the armored riders for his behavior and actions against Kenji and Tsuyu. With him banished, 3 Riders are left. It will take the help of Nobu to fix the Genesis Driver to have an edge over the Inves. On the bright side, the Armored Riders have gained an ally to help with their cause to destroy the artificial Helheim fruit. With that, all said, let the story begin.

Musutafu University

Over at Musutafu University Nobu was seen in the lab continuing to fiddle with the now mostly repaired Genesis Driver.

Nobu: It took the better part of two and a half weeks, but it appears my repairs are almost complete.

Nobu said as he looked at the Genesis Driver. Nobu then pulls out something from his pocket and reveals it was the Lemon Lockseed. However, it's appearance was different from Nobu's usual Lemon Lockseed. This one was made mostly of a transclearant blue material. It still depicted a Lemon, only "E.L.S.-01" was written on it.

Nobu: I wonder what mysteries these Energy Lockseeds hold. Kouta mentioned that they were rather powerful, what exactly does that entail?

Nobu then hears a knock on the door and then opens the drawer to his desk and hides the Genesis Driver and then closes it and then puts the Lemon Energy Lockseed in his coat and then heads to the door to see who it was.

Nobu: Yes? How can I be of assistance?

Melissa: It's me Nobu. Professor Shield, I came to see you.

Nobu then opens the door and Melissa walks in and then closes the door before hugging Nobu.

Melissa: I'm sorry, I'm sorry!

Melissa said hugging Nobu while he pats her back.

Nobu: I fail to see the issue Professor Shield, what exactly requires you to apologize to me?

Melissa then calms down and explains why she is apologizing.

Melissa: I am sorry what happened at the Ximenia Research Facility this is the second time I almost got you killed.

Melissa said almost ready to cry as she felt it was her fault for the incident. Nobu then looks at Melissa and then pats her back.

Nobu: I fail to see how that is your fault Professor, I knew very well something could go awry if Ximenia proved to be dangerous.

Melissa: Still this is the second time I almost got you hurt. I am a horrible professor for almost getting you hurt.

Melissa nearly started to cry but Nobu stopped her.

Nobu: Professor, I assure you that you are in no way putting me in danger. Believe me when I say that I'm used to unsafe working conditions.

Melissa then looks at Nobu and then hugs him tight.

Melissa: I understand though I don't know what I would do if you got hurt or worse.....

Melissa said that Nobu decided to do something he thought Melissa never would ever expect. Melissa felt two pairs of arms wrapped around her and then felt the warm embrace from Nobu.

Nobu: I understand, but I assure you that I will remain safe. I mentioned my extracurricular activities, right?

Melissa: Yes, you have Nobu.

Nobu remained silent for a moment as he knew he couldn't tell the Professor the truth, but he also knew that he had to put her mind at ease.

Nobu: the man assigned to our extracurricular activities is having us repair hero support items.

When Nobu said that Melissa then let go of him he did the same. Melissa then looks at Nobu and had a smile on her face.

Melissa: Support items huh? Well lucky for you Nobu I have made and fixed hero support items. May I see the item in question?

Nobu: Sorry, Professor Shield, but I am under strict instruction not to reveal my work to anyone.

Melissa looked a bit disappointed but understood.

Melissa: Well Nobu whatever item you are fixing I know you will make it work after all you are one of the most innovative student I ever had. You always find new solutions to fix a problem.

Melissa said with a smile, which Nobu did as well.

Melissa: Well, I have to go do some paperwork. Have a nice day Nobu.

Nobu: You to Professor.

Melissa then opens the door and leaves the lab.

Nobu: Now, I best get back to work on the Genesis Driver. It is just a few more steps before it should be complete.

Kiyashi Ward Shopping Mall

At the Kiyashi Ward Shopping Mall, tons of people were seen walking around, buying and eating in the mall.

While the people walked through the mall Kenji and Tsuyu were seen at a bench eating some takoyaki plus having bags that had dirt bike parts.

Tsuyu: How do you like the Takoyaki Kenji?

Kenji: It's good, I'm surprised you brought me here to get parts for my bike. How'd you even swing that one with my sister?

Tsuyu: Oh after you went upstairs I talked with your sister. She seemed to have gotten the message. Plus, when I said I was going to bring you to the mall she said okay and that's it. No questions asked. She must have really taken what you said to heart plus mine.

Tsuyu said as she took a bite out of her Takoyaki that Kenji simply rolled his eyes, but let a ghost of a smile spread across his face.

Tsuyu: Anyway, like the new parts? With my pro hero discount, you managed to get some good parts for your dirtbike. I wouldn't be surprised that it would be going a lot faster than it used to be.

Tsuyu said which Kenji nodded.

Kenji: Again I appreciate it, funnily enough, this is the first time I'm ever replacing anything on it. Surprised the old thing didn't break down sooner given how old it is.

Tsuyu: You know I'm starting to see why your sister was worried about your safety when riding that thing, ribbit.

Tsuyu said which Kenji nodded and ate his Takoyaki.

Kenji: It's fine, better to get an older bike then a brand new one. Wouldn't want to pay the ridiculous prices for parts or repairs.

Tsuyu: True, well we got everything we need, all that is left is to bring the limo around. Still can't believe she got us a limo to the mall?

Kenji: I don't get her sometimes, but I can't say I have a lock that turns into a motorcycle now can I?

Tsuyu: True, it still amazes me that a lock you have can turn into a motorcycle. I mean that is pretty advanced compared to what we have now. Imagine having a vehicle in your pocket and being able to pull it out anywhere. Kenji no offense to Kouta but you know some strange people, ribbit.

Tsuyu said which Kenji chuckled and nodded.

Kenji: Yeah, I do. Honestly, it's not the worst thing in the world. They're a good group of people, despite how weird they can be.

Tsuyu: Yes, they still can't believe one of them tried to attack you before getting booted. I won't say he didn't have it coming but his eyes showed anger he almost reminded me of Bakugo when we were still in school, ribbit.

Tsuyu said remembering the days when Bakugo was a jerk and a downright bully.

Tsuyu: Whatever that guy has he needs to straighten himself out because with the attitude he had I highly doubt he would be considered a hero or better yet a Kamen Rider, ribbit.

Tsuyu said which Kenji nodded.

Kenji: The fact of the matter is that the Boy Scout doesn't understand what's important, only what he wants.

Tsuyu: True, well anyway let's head out and I will call the limo.

Kenji nodded and finished his Takoyaki and then threw it in the trash. Kenji then picks up the parts as well as Tsuyu and they head to the parking lot.

Charmant III Bakery

At Charmant III Bakery Daisuke was seen at a table waiting for Himiko. So far he has been seen checking his phone.

Daisuke: I wonder where she is?

Daisuke said bored out of his mind until he heard the door open and saw it was Himiko. Daisuke straightened up and waved at Himiko.

Daisuke: Himko over here.

Himiko then sees Daisuke and smiles. She then walks over to Daisuke and sits down.

Himiko: Hey, Daisuke how have you been?

Daisuke: Okay, I guess I had a bad day yesterday with one of my classmates.

Daisuke said a bit bummed out about the incident but then went back to being cheery.

Daisuke: You don't have to worry about it.

Himiko: Okay, well let's order.

Daisuke nodded and ordered some cakes.

Daisuke: So you've been here before?

Himiko: Nope, this is the first time being here.

Daisuke: Well if that is the case then you won't be disappointed as the cakes are incredible.

Daisuke said while Himiko nodded and looked at the menu and saw they had a blood-orange upside-down cake.

Himiko: Oh I am going to order this one.

Himiko said while Daisuke looked and saw the cake and smiled.

Daisuke: Good choice, the blood orange cake is really delicious you won't regret it. I am going to order a strawberry cake.

Daisuke nodded which Himiko nodded as well and both ordered their cakes. While waiting for their orders they decided to continue with their small talk.

Daisuke: So how have you been, Himiko?

Himiko: Good, things have been good.

Himiko said with a sad smile which Daisuke noticed.

Daisuke: Himiko, is something wrong?

Daisuke said while Himiko sighed and nodded.

Himiko: Yes, I got the same looks again from last time.

Daisuke: I see, just ignore them and you'll be okay.

Daisuke said while Himiko gave a small smile.

Himiko: You're so kind Daisuke but you need to understand why people give me those looks.

Himiko said while Daisuke nodded and listened.

Himiko: Okay, the reason people give dirty looks was because I was a former....

Himiko became quiet and was shaken to say the words but Daisuke put his hand on her shoulder and looked at her with a smile.

Daisuke: It's okay I won't judge you whatever it is.

Daisuke said looking at Himiko which made her calm down and nodded.

Himiko: Okay, Daisuke as I was saying I was a former...villain....

Himiko said, whispering the last part but enough for Daisuke to hear. Himiko was ready to hear him scream at her but it never came and felt her hand being held tighter by Daisuke.

Daisuke: I see well at least you no longer are a villain right?

Daisuke said which surprised Himiko and made her nearly cry but kept it together.

Himiko: You don't hate me?

Daisuke: No I don't.

Himiko: But I did really bad things. I hurt people and even killed...

Himiko said again was about to cry but Daisuke calmed her down again.

Daisuke: Look I am not judging plus it seems you feel bad about what you did. Plus, look at you now your no longer a villain so who cares about what you did in the past.

When Daisuke said that Himiko felt her chest feel warm and also couldn't believe how kind Daisuke was.

Himiko: Daisuke you are really a kind person.

Daisuke: Thanks Himiko. Anyway, our cake is here so dig in.

Daisuke said as a waitress servers them their cake.

Himiko: Wow this looks delicious.

Daisuke: I know right. Well, come on eat.

Daisuke said which Himiko nodded and both started eating their cake and also having a good time.

Himiko: Thank you Kenji for being kind to me.

Himiko said with a smile.

Daisuke: No problem Himiko.

Back at Musutafu University

At the university, Nobu was seen working on the Genesis Driver and was almost done fixing it.

Nobu: Well It looks like if I plug the Lockseed module in here that should complete the repairs needed for the Genesis Driver.

Nobu then plugs the Lockseed module into the Genesis Driver and it glows and makes an announcement.

Driver: Genesis Driver!

Nobu then smiled as the Genesis Driver was now complete.

Nobu: Well now, it looks like it's fully functional. I should probably go to Helheim and report in to Kouta. Maybe I should perform a few tests with it while I'm visiting.

Nobu then got ready to leave but unknown to him things were about to get dangerous.

Over in a parking lot a student from the university was seen waiting and pacing back and forth.

University Student: Where is he?

The University Student said, pacing back and forth until he hears footsteps and sees a man with a white mask.

White Mask: You look impatient, just relax you will get your quirk.

The white-masked man said that the university student got mad.

University student: I waited long enough, now give me my fruit!

The university student demands that the white-masked man nod and open a briefcase and give the artificial Helheim fruit to the university student.

University student: Yes, with this fruit I will no longer be powerless. I will be all-powerful!

The university student then eats it and once he finishes it he feels his body change and vines start to pop out of his body and cover him. It takes a few moments for the transformation to be finished; the university student was no longer human but an Inves.

The Inves looked to be a humanoid moth creature with wings as well as having a blade for an arm.

Komori Inves: AAAAAAHHHHH!

The Komori Inves roared which the white-masked man then pulled out his phone.

White Mask: The attack is a go.

Science Wing

Back at the lab Nobu was ready to head out but heard the door open and saw it was Melissa.

Nobu: Professor! I-I was not expecting your return!

Nobu quickly hid the Genesis Driver behind him before Melissa could see it.

Melissa: Oh sorry for dropping in I just wanted to stop by and remind you that we got a test on Friday. Also, are you okay? It looks like you got spooked.

Melissa said while Nobu simply let out a shaky sigh.

Nobu: Apologies, I'm just used to you knocking before you enter.

Melissa: Oh my bad then anyway. Remember the test is on-

Before Melissa could finish they feel the room shake and hear an explosion.

Melissa: What was that?!

Nobu: It appears that trouble has made its way to the University.

Both Melissa and Nobu both leave the lab and see Inves attacking the University.

Nobu: Professor, we need to make our exit from the academy immediately.

Melissa: Agreed!

Melissa and Nobu started heading out of the science wing and as they made it they kept running.

Melissa: It's one of those monsters from the Science Center. How did someone in the university get a hold of that Quirk fruit?!

Nobu: It would most likely be through the same means all the other ones were acquired. A group is distributing them to civilians.

Melissa: This is not good if quirkless people get a hand on that fruit then a monster pandemic would surely follow!

Melissa said as they kept running but as they did a fireball stopped them and both turned around to see the Komori Inves.

Melissa: Oh no it's the monster!

Nobu: Professor, keep heading towards the exit. I will try and draw its attention!

Nobu said while Melissa looked at him in shock.

Melissa: What! Nobu you will get hurt!

Melissa said while Nobu nodded.

Nobu: It's better than both of us sustaining injuries is it not?

Melissa: I will not leave you Nobu. I am your teacher and I will not let you do it!

Nobu: This is no time to debate Professor Shield! If you get to safety then you can alert the proper authorities!

Nobu said looking at Melissa with pleading eyes.

Melissa: But what about you?

Nobu: You forget that I have so much I wish to accomplish in the scientific field. It would be rather disadvantageous for me to die before I graduate.

Melissa: I am not leaving you! That is final!

Melissa said she then sees the Inves shoot a fireball at her. Nobu quickly grabs her before rolling them both across the ground. Melissa lands on top of Nobu as he lets out an annoyed groan.

Nobu: You're not going to make my job easy now are you Professor?

Melissa: It's my job to protect my students. So tough luck Nobu.

Nobu then gently pushes Melissa off of him before he stood up and stood in front of Melissa so the Inves could not reach her.

Nobu: Yes, and I have been tasked with protecting the earth. While it is completely moronic for me to do this in front of you, I suppose there is no other solution to this equation.......

Melissa: What do you mean Nobu?

Melissa asked confused about what Nobu was going to do.

Nobu: It's time that you learn just what my recent extracurricular activity is. Plus this is as good of a time as ever to test out the Genesis Driver.

Nobu pulled out the Genesis Driver before placing it on his waist as a belt formed. Nobu then pulled out the Lemon Energy Lockseed before activating it as a zipper opened in the sky above him as a metal lemon floated out.

Lockseed: Lemon Energy!

Nobu used his middle and ring fingers to push his glasses back up his nose before plugging the Energy Lockseed into the Driver before locking it as a different voice to the Sengoku Driver spoke.

Genesis Driver: Lock on!

Melissa: Nobu you're one of the armored individuals?!

Nobu gave her a melancholic smile over his shoulder before turning his attention back towards the Komori Inves.

Nobu: Henshin!

Nobu grabbed the handle on the side of the Genesis Driver before pushing it in. This caused the Lockseed to pop open as juice flowed through the tubes and into the cup on the bottom of the Driver.

Genesis Driver: Soda! Lemon Energy Arms! Fight the power! Fight the power! Fight! Fight! Fight! Fight! Fi-Fi-Fi-Fi-Fight!

The lemon dropped down onto Nobu as an altered version of his bodysuit appeared on him. The lemon unfolded into armor as a red bow with blue edges on it appeared in his hand.

Duke: So this is the power of the Genesis Driver? It is certainly stronger than the Sengoku Driver. This must be the Sonic Arrow Kouta was referring to.

While Duke was checking out his new form Melissa was stunned but then saw the Inves ready to fire at Nobu.

Melissa: Nobu, look out it's going to shoot!

Duke let the fireball fly towards him before he swung the Sonic Arrow at the fireball, cutting it clean in half. Duke then presses his middle and ring fingers to his visor as if he were fixing his glasses.

Duke: My your rather underwhelming compared to other Inves I have faced.

Melissa: Nobu, I will call for help, stay safe till then.

Duke: There is no need for that Professor, this will be over in a matter of minutes......

Melissa then looks confused until suddenly she sees a zipper open right next to the Komori Inves and out comes a horde of Elementary Inves.

Duke: Calling reinforcements will not save you from imminent destruction......

Komori Inves: ROOOAAARRR!

The Komori Inves then commanded the other Inves and charged at Duke. Duke lunges towards the Elementary Inves before slashing one across the chest before drawing back the string of the Sonic Arrow before firing a yellow energy arrow into another. Duke then ducked under the attack of another Elementary Inves before slashing it twice across the chest with the Sonic Arrow.

Duke: It appears that your minions are minor variables in this equation. I suppose I should subtract them!

Duke then jumped over the attack of another Elementary Inves before landing on its shoulders and wrapping his legs around its head. The Elementary Inves wildly flailed around in a desperate attempt to get Duke off. Duke then opened fire on all other Elementary Inves with the Sonic Arrow, destroying them with energy arrows. Duke then kicked off the last Elementary Inves he was sitting on before back flipping into the air. Duke lined up an arrow before firing it into the remaining Elementary Inves's head, destroying it. Duke landed on the ground before pressing his middle and ring fingers to his helmet's visor as if he were fixing his glasses.

Duke: It appears you and I are the only remaining variables in this equation.......

The Komori Inves got angry and started charging at Duke. Duke charged towards the Inves as well. The Komori Inves attempted to slash Duke with its blade arm, but the Rider blocked it with the Sonic Arrow. Duke then kicked the Inves in the chest before slashing it three times across the chest with the Sonic Arrow. Duke spun out of the way of another blade arm arch before slashing the Inves on the black twice with the Sonic Arrow.

The Komori Inves roared in pain and as it was on the ground it barely managed to get up. The Inves then looked at Duke and was going to shoot one more fireball to try and take him down.

Duke: That predictable variable again?

The Komori Inves then shoots the fireball but Duke cuts the fireball in half as the Komori Inves stands up before a part of its body unfolded into wings before it took off into the sky.

Duke: A new variable? It will not increase your odds of survival......

While the Komori Inves was in the air it spits out more fireballs at Duke as the Rider dodged the attacks.

Duke: It appears I should subtract you from this equation before you can cause anymore damage to the university.

Duke fired two energy arrows into the Komori Inves wings, causing it to crash into the ground. Duke then removed the Lemon Energy Lockseed from the Genesis Driver.

Genesis Driver: Lock off!

Duke then plugs the Lemon Energy Lockseed into the Sonic Arrow before locking it up.

Sonic Arrow: Lock on!

Duke took aim at the Komori Inves as yellow energy flowed through the string of the bow and gathered at the arrow. Duke drew back the string as large amounts of energy gathered as Duke steadied his aim. Duke released the string as a powerful yellow energy arrow flew towards the Komori Inves. When the arrow impacted the Inves, it exploded into a circular lemon slice, destroying the Inves.

Duke: That solves that equation, now I should probably take my exit.

Duke then sees Melissa who just walks over to him before hugging him.

Melissa: Nobu, that was incredible! You defeated that monster and saved the university.

Melissa said hugging Duke with a smile on her face.

Duke: You seem rather ecstatic at the knowledge that I'm one of the Armored Riders that have been such a problem.

Melissa: Yes, well knowing it is you and the fact that you not only saved my life but also the people at the university I can understand what you meant by that monster had no humanity. I mean it was a wild animal and it just went on a rampage ready to kill someone. Nobu right now what is important is to find a way to stop that fruit or more quirkless people will end up like that monster.

Melissa said looking back at the fire of where the Inves was and then back at Duke.

Duke: You seem rather quick to change your tune, Professor. My outburst was over the rather hurtful words you said, even though I know it was illogical for me to get angry considering your like of information.

Melissa then looks at Duke for a moment and then remembers the conversation she had and then stops hugging Duke.

Melissa: Nobu, I am sorry. I am so sorry. I was basically saying I would have turned you into the police. Nobu I am so sorry. I am sorry I hurt you. I would never turn you in. You are a good person Nobu and don't deserve to go to jail for saving lives.

Melissa said as she looked at Nobu, being very sorry for what she said back then.

Duke: Calm down Professor Shield, you're becoming hysterical. You would have no feasible way of knowing what you were saying at the time.

Melissa: Still, I may not have known but I should have thought about how many lives were saved because of you and the other Armored Individuals again I am deeply sorry.

Duke: I accept your apology, Professor Shield

Duke and Melissa then hear the sound of fire trucks plus Police sirens.

Duke: It appears I should take my exit, stay safe Professor Shield and please keep this a secret.

Duke then pulled out the Gate Lockseed as he got ready to retreat to Helheim.

Melissa: Oh no you don't! I am coming with you.

Duke: I beg your pardon, Professor?

Melissa: You heard me, Mr.Hashimoto! I am coming with you after all you kept the secret of being one of the ArmoredIndividuals and I also think you lied about that extracurricular and the professor you are doing the project for so I want to meet him.

Melissa said looking at Nobu with a serious look which he sighed as she was determined to come.

Duke: Very well, promise to remain calm when we enter his domain.

Melissa: I will Nobu.

Duke then activated the Gate Lockseed as a zipper opened next to the duo before opening a portal to Helheim.

Duke: Stay close Professor.

Melissa: Right.

Both Melissa and Duke head into the portal and leave the university and go to Helheim.

Helheim

Over at Helheim, Kouta was relaxing in the forest and meditating until he heard the dimensional zipper open and saw Nobu but also Melissa.

Kouta: So Nobu care to explain who this woman is and why she is here?

Nobu: I unfortunately had to transform in front of Professor Shield in order to prevent both our deaths.

Melissa: Yes, Nobu saved us from getting us killed, and with that out of the way I like to ask why was it necessary he be dragged into this fight against those monsters?!

Melissa said very mad when Kouta stood up and walked over to her.

Kouta: Those monsters are called Inves and secondly he was chosen by the Lockseed to help save the earth.

Kouta said, which confused Melissa.

Melissa: To save earth from what?

Melissa asked which Nobu explained to Melissa what he and the other Armored Riders' mission was.

Nobu: We are to track down the source of the Artificial Helheim Fruits and put a stop to their production. We are also tasked with defeating any and all Inves that threaten the safety of our world.

Melissa: What happens if the fruit is not stopped?

When Melissa said that Kouta shows her an orb and shows earth being turned into another Helheim and when she saw that she looked horrified.

Melissa: My god this is horrible.

Kouta: Yes, and if we do not do something then all of humanity is lost.

Nobu: On a more positive note, I was able to get the Genesis Driver in proper working order. It's rather powerful, it should serve us well in our future endeavors.

Kouta: Excellent Nobu with the Genesis Driver back into play we may be able to change the tide now all we need is a few more and we are good.

Kouta said with a smile on his face.

Kouta: Now Professor Shield, correct?

Melissa: Melissa if you like.

Kouta: Right, Melissa since you know about Nobu being an Armored Rider, would you be willing to help Nobu repair more Genesis Drivers to save the earth?

Melissa nodded while Kouta smiled.

Kouta: Excellent, now I know you two had a rough day. Why not go back home to rest after all you just fought an Inves.

Nobu: I don't know if I'm entirely comfortable with Professor Shield getting ensnared in our mission Kouta.

Melissa: Nobu I can take care of myself plus the earth is on the line with my help we will be able to fix more Genesis Drivers in no time.

Nobu: Very well, but please be careful Professor, I am not one for sentimentality given my upbringing. You however are someone I genuinely care for and I do not wish to see you get injured.

When Nobu said that Melissa smiled but also blushed a bit but not enough to be seen.

Melissa: T-T-Thank you Nobu I feel the same way anyway we should head back and rest. We can work on the Genesis Drivers later.

Nobu: Yes, hopefully it will be easier this time around. However, I highly doubt that for some reason.

Kouta: Don't worry Nobu, you and Meliss will figure it out now and send you two home.

Kouta then summons a dimensional zipper and both Nobu and Melissa leave Helheim.

Kouta: Well it seems things are looking up.

Musutafu Apartment Complex

Over at the Musutafu Apartment Complex Kane was seen on the couch depressed. After Kane's banishment from Helheim, he felt empty and angry. He was kicked out of the Armored Riders and lost his powers.

Kane: I can't believe I got kicked out.

Kane said in disbelief he felt like he lost a part of himself. Kane hated being normal and being powerless.

Kane: Fuck....

Kane then turns on the TV and then sees the news of the University Nobu went to and saw that it was Inves' attack as well as saying that Duke saved the university. Kane then turns it off and then puts his face on a pillow.

Kane: I fucking blew it and now I am just quirkless. I am nothing....

Kane then closes his eyes and drifts to sleep.

END

KLigers98: Okay, going to say we have another new ally plus with Genesis Driver fixed the group now has a fighting chance. Also, with Melissa's help, we might see more Genesis Drivers soon. Also, it seems like Daisuke just made a very special friend which I have to say goodbye to him. Kenji and Tsuyu are getting along which is also good and now for the bad thing which is Kane being a total mess. He should have seen it coming, I mean really what was thinking!

Tojamaru: You have no right to be judgemental considering the things you let others get away with. Personally I fail to see why Kane was even chosen to begin with, the others all understand their mission and the real purpose of their powers.
