A/N~ This is a mini chapter and has nothing to do with the book. After this it will continue as normal (I'm meant to be asleep so be thankful I did this chapter now XP)

Your POV
It was 3:00pm and I had to get ready for mine and Laurence's date at 7:00pm (yes it takes you that long to get ready). I curled/straightened my hair (if you have short hair leave it like that) got some light makeup ready to put on and went to Embers room so she could help me pick out an outfit.

After hours of debates and arguments we both agreed on this simple yet nice outfit:

It was just coming up to 7 so I showered put my makeup on and got dressed. Just as I was done Laurance rung the door bell. I answered the door to see him standing there in jeans and a smart green shirt.
"You look beautiful tonight L/N" He complimented.
"You don't look so bad yourself Z'vhal" I answered.
Laurance drove us to the place where our valentines outing was taking place. ( XD it is definitely not a date)

We arrived and Laurance opened the passenger door for me.
"Here we are m'lady" He said.
"Thank you my Prince" I said with a giggle.
"Laurance, what are we doing in the park?" I asked.
"You'll see" was all he replied with as he held my hand and lead me to this secret place. We were about to turn a corner when Laurance stopped.
"Put this blindfold on over your eyes." He said handing me the blindfold. I put it on and felt his hands rest on my shoulders and motioned me to walk forward.
"Laurance I hope you aren't taking me into the woods to murder me" I said jokingly.
"*gasp* how did you know?" He replied sarcastically.
We stopped walking. Laurance was quiet then took off the blindfold slowly and carefully. What I saw shocked me. He had set up a picnic under the stars with fireflies and fairy lights hanging from the trees.
"Laurance this is beautiful!" I exclaimed. Nothing I had ever seen had been this beautiful in my entire life and no one had been this nice to me since mother died.
"It's not as beautiful as you though" Laurance flirted. I ran up to him and gave him a HUGE hug. We enjoyed the rest of the evening eating food, singing songs and star gazing. This has to be the best night ever!
