~Laurence's P.O.V~

I woke up next to Garroth. I sat up only to be pulled back down by Garroth. I giggled and kissed his nose before standing up.

I walked to the kitchen and decided I would cook breakfast for him for all the things he's done for me.

I ended up choosing to make pancakes with strawberries. I went to the pantry and grabbed the ingredients for the pancakes and set them on the counter.

I grabbed a mixing bowl and spoon and poured all of the ingredients in the bowl. Before I stirred I turned on the griddle letting it heat up.

I went to the bowl and proceeded to making it. I stirred and stirred until it looked good enough. I grabbed the cookie cutter and spatula. I poured the mix and added chocolate chips.

I used the cookie cutter and shaped it. As it cooked I walked to the fridge and grabbed the strawberries. I pulled out the container and opened it, taking in the sweet,fresh smell of the strawberries.

I went to the drawer and grabbed a knife and walked back to the strawberries. I rinsed the strawberries in the cool water before turning off the water and cut them.

After I cut the strawberries I sat them in a bowl and walked over to the pancakes smiling at the light brownish, goldish heart shaped pancakes.

I sat them on a plate and spread the strawberries on them before sitting them on the table.

I took a step back to admire my creation.

I went to the cabinet and grabbed a cup and walked to the fridge grabbing the Orange juice and pouring it into the cup before setting it down.

I grabbed a fork, knife, and a napkin. (Yup half the chapter just about making breakfast...bravo😂)

As if on que Garroth walks in with his hair a mess still looking cute. He yawned before looking up at me smiling.

"Good morning Laury". He said making me blush from use of nickname. He chuckled.

"I made breakfast for you Gar Gar". I said smiling brightly at him. He returned the small gesture before sitting down. He pouted syrup on his pancakes.

He took a bite. "Mmmm Laur this is amazing". He said after he finished chewing. I smiled even bigger. He patted his lap while looking at me.

I felt my face heat up as I walked over to him and sat on his lap. He chuckled before kissing my already red cheek.

"Here try it. Here comes the choo choo train! CHOOO CHOOO!". He said making my laugh as he put the food in my mouth. I swallowed it.

~Time skip~

After we finished and cleaned up we walked to the living room and cuddled on the couch when the front door opened revealing a tired looking Hayden and an excited Cadenza.

I giggled watching Hayden drag himself up the stairs and how Cadenza didn't want to take her eyes off is. As she was out of my sight I heard a loud Squeak.

I lied my head down on Garroth's chest. "Hey I have a surprise for you Laur". He said. I immediately looked up at him.

"What is it?! Where is it?! When can I have?! Please tell me!!!". I practically screamed. (Literly me everytime someone says they have a gift😂) He chuckled and kissed my forehead.

"Right now jist wait here I'll be right back he told me. I nodded vigorously. He laughed and stood up.

~Five minutes later~

Garroth finally came back with a smile. He had a small box with him. He carried it with his to hands smiling big.

He walked over to me and handed me the box. The box was shaking a little I opened it tears immediately ran down my face making me smile very big.

Inside the box was the cutest puppy ever!!!

It was so tiny I could hold it in one hand. I snuggled the puppy and ran to Garroth hugging him tightly repeating thankyous over and over again.

He kissed my cheek and we sat down watching more anime cuddling. I hugged the dog.

I giggled as he licked my face. (Yes! I said HE not HER) This is another reason why I love Gar Gar. I kissed his cheek hugging him with the puppy in my arms.

I laid down slowly drifting to sleep to the steady best of Garroth's hear....
