Background: Shio is a Japanese-American who was born to an American father and a Japanese mother. He had a normal childhood until tragedy struck when he was a toddler at the age of 3. After taking a trip to Japan for a family vacation, the van he was in was struck by an out-of-control truck that slammed into the vehicle and caused it to be severed in half. The damage to the van was so bad that it killed both his parents, but Shio miraculously survived. These events would leave the poor boy traumatized as he was now an orphan. However, he was suddenly saved and adopted by a man named Sougo Tokiwa whoglady raised the boy as if he were his own son. In the first few weeks, things were rough at first, but Shio soon started to get used to and accept Sougo as his adopted father. Years would pass and Shio grew into a responsible young man as soon as he got into high school. However, his life soon changed forever after learning about who his adoptive father truly is due to an incident when coming back home.

When Shio got back home and was preparing dinner with his father, someone broke into their house and attacked the pair. When the fighting made its way to the backyard, Shio is shocked when he saw his father summon the Ziku-Driver and transform into his Kamen Rider Zi-O Oma form. Shio watched in both awe and shock seeing his father battle against the mysterious individual, but to his horror, he's soon taken down, causing his father to De-Henshin and cause the Ziku-Driver to be destroyed in the process. The mysterious individual reveals himself to be Aku Yami and just as he was about to kill his adoptive father, he was saved by a man named Tsukasa Kadoya AKA Kamen Rider Decade. After managing to drive Aku into retreat, Sougo is forced to tell his son the truth about who and what he truly is.

Sougo told him all about the Kamen Riders and the story of Ohma Zi-O. zHe spoke about how, in an alternate timeline, he became the 'Demon King of Time' and how he grew to become a brutal tyrant who murdered half of the human population. Although horrified at first, Shio calmed down after his adopted father told him how he changed his fate and made sure his future doesn't end up like his alternate future self. After that, Tsukasa spoke to the father and son duo, telling them about Aku and the atrocities he's committed so far. They're horrified learning about his mass genocide across the multiverse and how he committed multiple brutal acts of rape on many females. Tsukasa learns that Ziku-Driver has been destroyed and Sougo is unable to fight no longer due to suffering severe injuries. This was bad until he turned his attention to Shio. To the shock of Sougo, he tells his son to become a Kamen Rider and help him fight against this new threat. Sougo refused at first, but Tsukasa stated they had no choice. That they needed help, and he told him to give his son that one driver he tried to hide from his own adopted flesh and blood.

Before his adopted father could respond, Shio agreed and was willing to do whatever he could to protect his world. For Shio, he felt like he had no choice after learning the danger his universe was in, and he knew in his heart that he needed to step up for the sake of his father and friends. For Sougo, he realized he had no choice and seeing how his son was determined to do the right thing, he relented and gave Shio something he thought would stay buried from his past. After explaining and telling Shio about an item in the attic, Shio makes his way up there and when he came back, he's seen holding onto the Ohma Zi-O Driver. After Sougo explains the purpose of the device and its transformation, the Kamen Rider declared to his adopted son that he was now the new Ohma Zi-O and the new King of all Kamen Riders. When Shio first activated and transformed into Ohma Zi-O, he felt an overwhelming surge of power, yet he was able to handle and adapt to his newfound power. After being able to master the Ohma Zi-O Driver and become the new 'Demon King of Time', he followed Tsukasa as the pair journey through the multiverse.

It was here he was forced to fight against his Archenemy/Archenemies named Aku Yami. The same person who attacked and almost killed his adoptive father. The two had fought on multiple occasions, forcing them to travel to multiple different parallel and alternate universes of the Kamen Rider Multiverse. As Shio fought against Aku, he somehow managed to 'evolve' the Ohma Zi-O Driver to give him access to far more powerful forms such as the Ohma Zi-O II and Grand Ohma Zi-O forms. He also gained powers and abilities that were the same as his father, both his present and alternate future self, allowing him to control time, use all the rider powers, etc. However, one battle against Aku had not only left him heavily injured, but it also caused him to be at death's door. All of his limbs were sliced off and his insides were ripped out. Despite all the powers and abilities he's gained throughout his journey, Shio felt like he had failed his father and everyone else. However, just as he was about to enter into a possible afterlife, he felt like his very consciousness/soul was ripped out from his body and transported somewhere else. When he woke up, he was soon confronted by a group of beings called the Wise Ones, entities made of light, wisdom and reason.

The Wise Ones told Shio everything about how they were the true creators of the Kamen Riders and why they exist to begin with. The reason is because they explained how eons ago, they fought a war against powerful, malevolent creatures of evil and horror called the Dark Ones with their leader called Darkon. They explained how during the beginning of creation, they reigned supreme throughout the universe for countless eons, torturing and subjugating all other races that feared them. It was here they explained how they waged war against them and managed to banish them to a realm of darkness, never to be seen again. From there, Shio learns about the existence of the Prime Earth and how it was the very source of the multiverse, how it was the center point where all the Alternate and Parallel Earths have originated from. Shio then learns about the origins of Aku, the Wise Ones telling him that he is in fact the son of Darkon, born from the unholy union with a Satanic Nun. The Wise Ones tell him that his main mission was to find the Prime Earth and destroy it, thus destroying the multiverse in the process and allowing the Dark Ones to return. The reason was because Prime Earth was the lock and key that led to the realm of darkness. If that world is destroyed, then all forms of life in creation will suffer against the true forces of evil.

Now knowing what's truly at stake and how important it was to stop Aku, Shio knows he needs to do all he can to stop the forces of darkness no matter the cost. As the Wise Ones healed Shio of his injuries and brought him back to life, they soon gave him a new transformation called Emperor Ohma Zi-O and gave him a Katana named Morning Light. Now back to his full health, along with being armed with a new weapon and a transformation, Shio sought to find Aku which would soon lead him to Prime Earth. After a bit of dialogue and mocking from the now revealed demonic man, the two engaged in a brutal and vicious climactic battle that determined the fate of all existence itself. Despite all odds, Shio was finally able to win and kill Aku once and for all, saving Prime Earth and the rest of the multiverse in the process while also keeping the Dark Ones from eve coming back.

Just as he was able to leave and go back to his home universe, Shio is soon greeted by a surprising guest and to his shock, it was none other than the alternate, future version of his adopted Father, Sougo Tokiwa AKA the original Ohma Zi-O. Shio was shocked and scared, demanding answers as to how he was still alive and around when his was certain his current day father erased both his timeline and very existence. To his bewilderment, the future Sougo Tokiwa laughed loudly before explaining how his timeline was indeed erased but that didn't mean he ceased to exist. He was just simply moved to a different timeline, one where his adopted father never made the choice to reset the timeline and still became just like him. This shocked Shio to his very core that his adopted father never truly got rid of his alternate future self. Shio asked what he was doing here and future Sougo explained how he came to congratulate him on becoming a true Emperor and a God before giving him a gift that was from the Wise Ones.

It was here that future Sougo extended his hand which produced a glowing golden orb and then flew straight at Shio before being absorbed into him. This was when Shio got his final transformation which was the Omni Ohma Zi-O form. Future Sougo explained to his adopted son that he was no longer human but rather a literal God. A Celestial deity who had achieved true immortality and power that far surpasses his own. This shocked and scared Shio knowing that he wasn't human anymore. When all was said and done, future Sougo left, and Shio went back to his home universe. He used his powers to heal his father and told him everything that happened. Sougo was shocked about hearing what his son had to go through and learns the truth about the origins of the Kamen Riders. However, he's horrified to learn that his alternate future self was still alive and well, but was then confused when he learns that he congratulated his son and gave him the power to become Omni Ohma Zi-O.

Sougo then learns how Shio was traumatized by the events he was forced to go through and how he was scared knowing that he wasn't human anymore. After learning about his son's long and agonizing journey, Sougo helped his son go through his PTSD and would have a hand in helping train his newfound powers. Years go by and Shio is able to recover from his physical and mental scars. Now as the 'God of all Kamen Riders', Shio would often travel to different worlds and to other alternate universes, sometimes helping out in case there was any trouble that can lead to extinction level events.

Personality: Shio is the kind of person who just minds his own business and wants to stay away from problems that could affect him. Despite that, he has both a friendly and easy-going personality, always willing to help others in case they were trouble. Despite Sougo Tokiwa not being his father by blood, he was grateful he raised him and instilled in him a strong moral sense of value. He was taught about what was right and wrong, along with making the right choices so he doesn't have to deal with the consequences. However, when he became Ohma Zi-O and started his journey to stop Aku Yami, he became both serious and cold as he understood what was at stake. However, he started to develop PTSD after being forced to witness the atrocities being committed by Aku Yami. After stopping him and saving all of reality, he went back home back as a changed and scarred person. There were times where he had sleepless nights and had nightmares after what he'd seen and witnessed on his journey. Luckily his father was there to help him recover and eventually he 'somewhat' went back to his old self. Although Shio never really considers himself a 'King', 'Emperor', or a 'God', his actions and character have proven otherwise. However, due to what he was forced to endure and the life lessons he took to heart, Shio had more of a moral grey POV. While he isn't one for violence or killing, he's not above doing so. So yes, unless absolutely necessary or as an ultimate last resort, he is willing to kill and take a life. Furthermore, he doesn't really think much about romance or girls, more focused on dealing with his own life and making sure all goes well for him.

God of Creation Physiology: When Shio evolved into a Celestial God and got the Omni Ohma Zi-O transformation, he was grated the title of being a 'God of Creation'. As a 'God of Creation', Shio was warp and re-shape the very fabric of existence in any way he desires. This allows him access to new and more powerful abilities that practically make him unstoppable.

Disintegration: Can send out a powerful wave of energy that can disintegrate anything in its path.

Enhanced Awareness: Can sense and identify incoming threats.

Velocity Manipulation: Can freeze any and all objects in the area.

Time Manipulation: Can freeze or reverse time before disintegrating enemies.

Timeline Alteration: Can view and see into multiple different timelines.

Telekinesis: The power to move, manipulate or otherwise interact with matter/energy without physical means.

Teleportation: The power to instantaneously move from one location to another without physically occupying the space in between. Users can teleport; moving instantaneously from one location to another without physically occupying the space in between or transfer matter (beings/objects, including themselves) or energy from one point to another without traversing the physical space between them. This can be achieved by various means, including causing the atoms/molecules to travel at light-speed, warping the space, or use quantum superposition, in which the user teleports by spatially rearranging the subatomic contents of a system.

Power Absorption: The power to absorb or steal powers from others. Users can absorb powers; assimilating supernatural abilities and powers directly from others even straight from the source, removing into themselves and utilize it in various ways, enhancing themselves with each new power drain expanding their arsenal of abilities. As a result, victims either temporarily or permanently lose their powers depending on how much users take into themselves.

Legend Riders Powers: Possess the powers of all the Riders that exist in the Past, Present, and Future. He can tap into their powers by activating their Ridewatches as well as simply through his will. He can also summon Rider clones and even corrupt the ones summoned by others.

Dimensional Travel: Being now a celestial, Primordial deity, Shio can travel to different locations via Aurora Curtains, including parallel worlds. Similar to Kamen Rider Decade. However, being a literal deity allows him to now travel to alternate universes or dimensions outside of the Kamen Rider multiverse.

Temporal Protection: Due to being a deity and able to manipulate time, he is normally unaffected by the changes in the timeline on the world he enters.

Resurrection: The supernatural power to bring the dead back to life. The user can bring oneself and others back to life. User can fully restore a creature's body, mind, and soul to full health.

World Alteration Resistance: A God of Creation by themself is not affected by the powers of other fellow Gods.

Primordial Force Manipulation: Users can manipulate anything, and everything made by the primordial force, the unique source or origin of every universal concept; in other words, the primordial force that had originated everything, giving them the true position of a Supreme Being.

Immortality: Is forever youthful and ageless. To never die. Has eternal life and will always remain undying.

Omnilingualism: The power to speak, understand and decipher any and all languages. The user can speak, write, understand, and communicate in any language, including computer codes, dead languages, extinct languages, the universal language of mathematics and music, languages that have never been heard before, sign language (even lip-reading), illegible words, and backwards speech and writing with little or no training. The user may even communicate with non-human animals or read body language.

Celestial Perspective: Is cosmically aware of all beings.

Matter Manipulation: The power to manipulate matter. More specifically, elementary particles, atoms, molecules, cells, microorganisms, everyday objects, animals, buildings, cities, mountains, continents, planets, planetary systems, and galaxies are composed or contain fragments of matter that define it. Matter can exist in different states, generally through solid, liquid, gas, plasma, and other matter states. Because the user can control matter, the user can manipulate nearly 'anything' in the universe. The user can manipulate matter to transform and revamp the composition of an object from solid, to liquid, to gas, change its size from microscopic to building-sized, or disfigure and reassemble an object's matter into another form. The user can warp matter of nothing in their surroundings (buildings, houses, parks, cities, or massive areas) into another landscape, such as turning a New York sized city into a volcanic field of blazing magma and dead trees with fire as leaves. The user can create and destroy matter; something matter does not usually experience; the user can create abstract forms of matter that violates the laws of physics or erase it from existence. On an astronomical scale, the user can manipulate planets, to the universe, controlling everything that contains them, turning the user into a cosmic entity of great power. Creation: The power to create. Users can produce something either out of nothing or from existing sources. Can create anything they can think of, whether conceptual or physical. This includes the creation of energy and forces that can produce various effects and phenomenon and be used to achieve various feats, entities that can either lack or possess sentience, personality, identity, souls and life of any complexity, cosmic phenomena such as planets and stars, entire realities ranging from smaller dimensions with physical or metaphysical environments to multiple collections of different universes and timelines, etc.

Creation Manipulation: The ability to manipulate creation. User can manipulate creation. Control and shape their own creation and created matter, energy, system and reality. Delaying/hastening when creation happens, speeding/slowing down creation, determine what parts should be created. The main limitations of reality warping are an advanced variation of the superpower or understanding the sophistication of reality itself; everything requires understanding to be used effectively. At basic or advanced levels, the user can manifest their imagination (beings or objects) into reality, generating corporeal forms of their role models, superpowers, families, pets, to fantasy, bend reality to cause only beneficial events to happen only to the user, denying the laws of physics, or re-editing their current condition to achieve godhood. At master or ultimate scale, the user overrides anything tangible on a large scale, shaping massive quantities of planets, stars, or galaxies into any form the user desires, manipulating the laws of physics that they can only benefit from or make beings suffer from their renewed laws, or warping the universe akin to photo editing. Omnipotence: When Shio achieved his Omni Ohma Zi-O transformation, he was able to gain the ability of true omnipotence. This ability grants the user 'unlimited power', allowing the person to do absolutely anything. With this power, the user can even make one's own thoughts become reality and have now restrictions of how that power can be used. This essentially makes Shio the most powerful Kamen Rider in all of existence, be it in the past, present, or future.

Omniscience: The power to know everything and have 'All-Knowledge'. It allows the user the ability to see and know all things at/in all times. With this power, the user is granted access to knowledge of universal, multiversal, and omniversal understanding.

Omnipresence: Often called 'Divine Presence', this term is used to describe the ability to exist simultaneously in all places and at all times. It is described as being able to be in every moment at every place. This was made possible when Shio ascended into becoming a Celestial God.
