Background/History: Julie was born from a one-night stand between Jack Cooper and Gates. Despite that, the two got married and raised her like loving parents. Throughout her childhood, she grew up with dreams of becoming a Titan Pilot. Julie loved her parents and were taught the values of the Frontier Militia while also learning about the IMC and the war crimes they've committed. As someone with once an innocent mind, she thought she knew better. That the IMC were the Villains, and the Frontier Militia were the Heroes like her parents. However, everything changed when Hammond Robotics got involved in the war and the Frontier Militia, the very same organization she once looked up to, had become the very monsters she was taught to hate. When over 1/3 of the Militia forces chose to defect to the new IMC, Julie was one of them who joined her parents. She was reluctant at first but was forced to join the IMC after seeing what the Frontier Militia, her own people, have become.

When she aligned herself with the IMC, she didn't trust them at first and for obvious reasons. Her distrust was especially prevalent when she met Kyle W. Hammond, the grandson of the man who created the very organization who ravaged the Frontier and oppressed her people. However, as the 2nd Frontier War progressed and seeing Kyle's actions during the war effort, she slowly but surely began to war up to him. Despite his family legacy, he was nothing like she thought he was. When she finally joined and graduated the Pilot program, she followed in the footsteps of her parents in becoming a Titan Pilot. Not to mention, she was given her father's Titan, BT-7274, to act as both her guardian and friend on the battlefield.

As for Kyle, she worked alongside him as the two worked together to protect all of humanity against any and all threats. Furthermore, the more time that spend together, their friendship grew. Despite being born from two different warring factions, they were able to get to know each other better and see they were no different than each other at all. Also, unknown to her, Julie had also begun to grow a romantic crush on Kyle, often starring at him for some time and blushing whenever she sees him.

Personality: Julie is the kind of girl with an easy-going personality. Similar to her parents, she follows orders to the letter, yet she would often have her own sense of humor. However, she isn't the kind of girl who you wouldn't wish to mess with. Mostly her attitude is that of a tomboy, typically liking things and acting like that of what boy normally do. Of course, she still has her more 'feminine' traits. However, when doing missions, she's known for being cold, serious, and focused. Always making sure the mission gets done and makes sure the team she's with get back alive. Regardless, Julie has proven herself to be a formidable and dangerous fighter on the battlefield, yet she's also the kind of person you can rely upon when there's trouble.
