Background: Haruhito was born due to his mother being revived thanks to his father's Phantom and Wizardragon. When Koyomi was brought back to life as a normal human being, Haruto cried in relief seeing the person he cared for the most was now alive and well. After their reunion, they stayed together and moved on with their lives. As the years went on, the two would fall in love and get married. Years later, the pair had a son who they named Haruhito Souma. In the beginning, Haruhito would grow and have a normal life as a child. However, his life changed forever at the age of 13. While helping his father in the backyard with yard work, Haruhito suddenly collapsed into the ground and screamed in agony. Both Haruto and Koyomi were horrified to see their son was a gate and his phantom tried to get out. However, through sheer willpower and proving his worth, Haruhito was able to contain his phantom and tame it to his command. After talking with their son, it turns out Haruhito was born with a Phantom called the Infinity Wizardragon, a phantom that's far more powerful and dangerous compared to Haruto's own Wizardragon.

It was because of this incident that both Haruto and Koyomi were forced to tell their son everything and who they really are. Although initially shocked and freaked out at first, Haruhito had learned to accept the truth and what he is. In order to help better control and contain his Phantom, Haruto decided to give him the Wizardriver and make him the new Kamen Rider Wizard. Seeing that there was no other choice and wanting to make sure he doesn't hurt anyone, he accepted, much to his mother's disappointment as she wanted her child to have a norma life. Years went on and Haruhito was able to master his magical powers. He even got new forms and powers that made him even more powerful compared to his father. It wasn't until later in his life that trouble began to happen again. When Haruhito became the new Kamen Rider Wizard, it also came with the emergence of new Phantoms and new enemies. Thanks to his training he was able to stand his ground and gain experience at fighting against Phantoms. He got really good at it and thanks to his new abilities, he was able to survive and save many people from falling into despair.

When he became an adult, he would eventually get a job at becoming a police officer thanks to a friend of his parents named Rinko Daimon. After a year of training and taking the tests, he was able to get the job and become a police officer. In the present day, he joggles his daily life between his job and a Kamen Rider. Despite some problems coming his way, he's able to enjoy his life to the best of his ability.

Personality: His personality is similar to that of his father but a little different. Although he does have an amused expression when with other people, he mostly shows a lack of emotion on a daily basis. That doesn't mean he's also stoic as he often makes deadpan or annoyed remarks when dealing with people to either annoy or anger him. When it came to girls, he never really cared much when it came to romance, but sometimes he would glance at them due to either their cuteness or beauty. When he became the new Kamen Rider Wizard, his parents influenced him with the word 'Hope' and to never give into despair no matter the situation. This makes him have an optimistic personality in battle. Like his father and to the annoyance of his mother, he also likes to eat Plain Sugar donuts. As he grew older and became an adult, he was inspired to become a Police Officer thanks to a friend of his parents named Rinko Daimon. Being in the Police Force gave him a sense of purpose to do what's right. Although he still does his job as a Kamen Rider to bring about hope and stop the Phantoms, he's motivated by his parents to do the right thing in the make. When it comes to working with others, he shows a friendly personality and it willing to help them to the best of his abilities.

Phantom-Mana Channeling: After he tamed Infinity Wizardragon, Haruhito can use magic to produce various phenomenon's by utilizing the Wizardriver and Wizard Rings to an extent. 

Elemental Manipulation: The ability to manipulate the elements. Can utilize the powers of Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, and Lightning.

Barrier: A magical shield that protects the user from both physical and magical attacks.

Multilayer-Barrier: Can summon multiple magic barriers for added defense. Is able to project them at different areas or stack them together.

Gate: A type of magic with the ability to interfere with another dimension. With this magic, one had to imagine connecting the place they were currently at, and the place they want to go to with a 'point' instead of a 'line'. It's a specialized magic that he made that he based off the Teleport Wizard Ring.

Alternative Dimension Storage Magic: Allows for the storage of objects in another dimension.

Flying Magic: Uses Anti-Gravity Magic that allows the user to give the illusion of flight and that the user can fly in a 360 environment.

Invisibility: Can deflect all light from himself. As a result of no light hitting his body, it appears that he has disappeared.

Sunlight Beam: By gathering sunlight, the user can shoot a beam from the sky.

Creation Magic: The power to utilize magic to create anything. User can utilize magic to create anything out of certain materials or magical energy, in any shape or form even with any kind of materials or even entities. When using the Create Wizard Ring, it increases this magic power immensely. Was gained after managing to unlock the Wilhelm Style.

Magic Wings: Due to taming the Infinity Wizardragon, Haruhito is capable to manifesting magical wings behind his back in order to allow him to fly freely. Although he can use Anti-Gravity magic to fly, its helps to use the wings as stabilizers.

Master Martial Artist: Thanks to help from his father, he became a master martial artist. He also was able to use various fighting techniques like Karate, Taekwondo, Kung Fu, Jujitsu, etc. This allows him to be an expert in hand-to-hand combat. Allows him an easier time fight against Phantoms in close range.

Master Swordsman: Thanks to his father, he's able to wield a sword like a master. Various techniques and skills were taught to him that allows him to use a sword like a professional.

Master Marksman: Due to being a Police Officer, Haruhito was trained and became a master in the use of firearms. Be it pistols, assault rifles, marksman/sniper rifles, shotguns, etc. he can use all of them as a professional expert.

Master Acrobat: Is very agile, evasive, maneuverable and graceful, able to fluidly dodge attacks from multiple directions with coordinated flips, twists, and sharp turns without losing balance, that made him a highly skilled acrobat, gymnast, and aerialist. He often utilizes these talents in combat for both evasive and offensive purposes which has shown expertise in utilizing parkour and tricking flips in his attacks and takedowns.

Bind Wizard Ring: Restrains a target with six strands of mystical chains. When not transformed, the chains are made of metal. Otherwise, the form of the chains depends on Wizard's current Style.

Smell Wizard Ring: Releases a horrible odor that emits from the wearer.

Extend Wizard Ring: Allows Wizard to elongate a part of his body.

Dress Up Wizard Ring: Changes the wearer's clothes into an outfit appropriate for the setting.

Excite Wizard Ring: Temporarily enhances Wizard's muscles to spectacular results. If in Rider form, Wizard becomes a hulking giant that can easily destroy Ghouls.

Fall Wizard Ring: Creates a hole for Wizard or anyone/anything else to fall into. If he so wishes it to, Wizard can make the hole appear temporarily to avoid being directly followed.

Special Wizard Ring: Only compatible with Flame Style or one of the Dragon Styles. If used in Flame Style, Wizard can generate a stream of fire from his Magical Portal. If used in a Dragon Style, Wizard is equipped with a different part of Wizardragon's body to aid him in battle.

Gravity Wizard Ring: Only compatible with Land Style or Land Dragon. Initiates an attack called Dragon Levitate, where Wizard fires a blast of compressed gravity at the enemy to levitate them into the air and then drop them to the ground with a sharp increase in gravity, leaving a sizable crater as a result, though the attack is smaller if used in Land Style. When not in Rider form, it allows Haruhito to control gravity wherever he aims his Magical Portal.

Striker Wizard Ring: Only compatible with Bolt Style or Bolt Storm Dragon. Initiates an attack called Dragon Velocity, where Wizard can run or glide at light speed, leaving a trail of lightning in his path. In fact, with this ability, Haruhito can break the space/time barrier, allowing him to even travel through time relatively easily. When not in Rider form, it would allow Haruhito to be surrounded by an electrical aura and run at light speed.
