"Yes, sensei." All three said as Aizawa left to go ask as the others came down and they said good morning to him which he fully responded back to them. Everyone was happy Izumi was up as they were very worried about her and she apologies to them for that.

"Sensei said that All Might is going to watch us train as we fight clones of Ectoplasm-sensei to work on our new moves for the exams." Yaoyorozu mentioned to them making many to nod.

"If you feel like you need a support device or a change in/addition for you costume to help with your Quirk, to go to the Support Department and ask for them." Izumi said as an advice making them to wonder what they would be needing.

"If you are also going to be doing something big for your new moves, warn Ectoplasm or All Might first to make sure you have enough space and no one is fully around you." Jiro chirp in making many to agree as they don't know what move to make really.

"Here." Izumi hands out small booklets for them including both Yaoyorozu and Jiro as well, too. It took a lot out of her really as she was secretly writing them for her classmates at summer camp which was why she was more tired than she should have been.

"They are small booklets I had made while at summer camp which was why I was actually very tired during that time really. I hope they help you all out. Kacchan still has his, right?"

All Might saw the booklets and saw they were quick to steal the clones of their teacher making him to wonder as Izumi chuckles a bit which made them turn to her as she explains she had made them each a small booklet for them to use for their Quirks back during summer camp.

"That's very nice of you, Shigarkai. Now then, do you know what you're going to be working on there fully?" Ectoplasm asked her making her to shake her head, but she was curious about something.

"All Might, is it possible to move energy to someone else and then 'recharge' them?" Toshinori can see what she means as OFA does have a lot of energy inside of it and she wanted to know if it's possible to transfer the energy over to someone without passing the Quirk on itself really.

Izumi wonders what can she work on for her OFA before she limped a bit and then her eyes were glowing under the shadow demon mask making both teachers to be shocked before she had fully collapsed making Toshinori to catch her as she feels like she has a headache.

"ARE YOU ALRIGHT, YOUNG SHIGARKAI?" Izumi nods as she felt like she had a flashback to when she was born, but she didn't know why making Ectoplasm to let her rest for a bit before she goes ahead to start training making her to agree as she sits down on the ground and bends forward.

'Izula? Izuki? Izuka? Izuni? Izuji? Who are they? Why are those names in my head really? What's going on here?' Izumi feels like she should know who they are as if they have been with her for a long time really making her to have a very hard time understanding this really.

Izumi was feeling much better and she can get to work on training as she was careful as she stays away from the edge making her to fully activate OFA and focuses on the Air Force style and hurts one of her fingers making her to think of something to help her out.

The shadows transformed into a better glove to allow her to fire them out without hurting herself. They also made her a pouch for her to grab a lot of stuff from plus a mic to talk to teammates and stay in contact during missions really.

Izumi tried again and it works as she can have it come out of the gloves better and she's not getting hurt as she fired five at the same time. Ectoplasm was pleased, but he did noticed the movements and the why her finger healed up so fast really. Plus the changing of the gloves.

'Could it be? Living shadows like Dark Shadow, but purely from the shadows?' Ectoplasm thinks as he wonders making him to write a small report of this to both of Nezu and Aizawa making Toshinori to be worried if that's true really as Izumi is going to be having a very harder time.

Izumi focuses as she then takes a deep breath and holds while firing as many shoots as she can before she needs to breath again making it to be about twenty, an extra five if she was a bit faster. Izumi fully wanted to fire a hundred fast making her to train this until it's very fast.

Ectoplasm noticed how Izumi trains and she keeps doing a breathing exercises before doing anything else. It's like she's so use to it and focusing on nothing else as if sensing around her area really like how everyone reported in back during the summer camp.

'Can she sense the world around her?' Ectoplasm thinks as that would have been the answer to how she knows where people and those Nomus are plus the calls to where Villain activates are and no one knows about it making him to warn Toshinori about this fast fully really.
