Izumi was in the hospital and Yenndo was waiting for the news as many came to welcome them into the world making Hisashi to hides who he is and still managed to be there for his daughter. Toshinori wonders if this is how a father and family feels like cause he's worried for Izumi.

"Family and friends?" A nurse asked as she saw the large group in front of her as this is shocking to have soo many people caring for the teen mother really.

"Is the little ones aright?!" Toga asked fast as she looks to Yenndo making the nurse to see why she asked.

"Who's the father?" Yenndo stood up at that question really.

"I am." the Nurse can tell the mother and the babies are going to be very protected by this man really and she thinks it's because of his Quirk making a side effect of making him taller really.

"Congratulates, sir! You're a proud father of one boy and two girls!" Yenndo was shocked, but everyone else was confused.

"That's only three." Yenndo looks to Uraraka and then back to the nurse.

"The other one is sort of hard to explain. They got G's in them." the nurse said making Ashido to be shocked really.

"You mean the fourth one is a Pure Hermaphrodite?" The nurse nods as she allows the father and family to see them first making Toshinori to go with them with the children as this is going to be huge really.

"Hey..." Izumi was coming out of the drugs and Yenndo knows there must of been a reason for it.

"She could still feel it and we had to place her under to make it easier on her. The babies are next to her to her left." The doctor said as he left to give them some space. Yenndo's worried as Izumi doesn't look good, but it's just the effects of the drugs and she'll be fine.

One of the quads has bear ears and tail making Yenndo to know he caused that effect really to his son while his daughter has the same thing, but they are made out of fire making him to be surprised the incubator wasn't on fire yet.

His second son has wings to go with his animal ears and tail while the last one looks normal, but he knows like Hawks and Dabi's child, his last one could be like them with their Quirk really. Hisashi was surprised that Yenndo has this effect really.

Toshinori was surprised by how small they were as they look so tiny, yet normal making him to wonder about a child of his own flesh and blood making Hisashi to know what he is thinking and managed to get one of them for them really.

Izumi had to stay in the hospital for a month and Yenndo is going to be worried for her until she's out of the hospital fully. Izumi named her children: Yoichi II Shigaraki-Afton, Momoko Shigaraki-Afton, Yenndo Jr Shigaraki-Afton and Arrow Shigaraki-Afton.

"Arrow is Celtic and is a surname referring to Archery. I figure a unisex name would work for them really." Yenndo agrees as the person who helped Hisashi blood adopt Tomura with Inko's DNA had also helped William and Clara blood adopt Yenndo as their son fully.

Yenndo now has purple in his hair as highlights with the same hair color as Clara which is orange in the front of his face and has one third green, one third yellow and one third silverly purple making him to be look different from before really.

Izumi loves his new look as the adoption was before he got her pregnant and the children will have it in them as well, too making Michael, C.C, Terrance and Emily happy to be uncles and a aunt really since they welcomed Yenndo into the family really as their brother.

Yenndo showed the engagement to Izumi and she smiles as she pulls on his tie and kissed him making him to take that as her answer to his question making many to be happy for them really. No one would expect Yenndo to propose to Izumi this early really.

Izumi loves it and had Yenndo placed it on her ring finger on her left hand as she was happy and she doesn't want this to change really making even Yenndo to be the same as he kissed her forehead happy to have her in his life really.

The wedding will have to wait until she's eighteen giving them enough time to figure out how the wedding is going to be making them to like that as Izumi still needs to finish school up and no one said she can stay in an apartment in the park.

It was making the kids to be happy as William will make sure there is another one like their home for them since they are going to be having a lot of children really. Izumi thanks them as this is going to be the best life ever.

The hospital has no problem with helping Toshinori and Hisashi with having their own kids and Hisashi has some of Toshinori's sperm to make it go faster plus another one with his own sperm inside of it. The nurse takes them and Hisashi pays for it.

Toshinori was shocked as Hisashi was serious about him as that night, he explains why he went Villain and Toshinori can't hate him for that really which is why Hisashi asked Toshinori to marry him making him to blush and just nod.

Izumi was happy as she feels like she has a family now and just in time for her to plan making both male adults to blush and Tomura was soo going to help her out really making them to feel like they won't have a say in this really.

Yenndo laughs as it can be at the Amusement Park for privacy really making Toshinori to agree as the media is NOT going to be getting wing of this really. Izumi can't wait to have Toshinori to adopt her officially as his daughter with Tomura as his son.

"I'm good, imoto. You go ahead with that really." Tomura said as he's really good.
