Izumi doesn't know that Bakugou is close to figuring her out, but she's fully fifty steps ahead of him really and she can't let him figure her out or else her plans will fail. Kage has a way to keep Inko away from her as Izumi fully gave her the permission to do so.

Izumi can't stand the pain as may she'll heal from it, she can't take the pain of it as she had almost fainted from the pain she felt from Kage really from when she did the interns with her onii-chan really. Izumi doesn't want to go through it ever again really.
