Todoroki asked both Izumi and Bakugou if they have a agency to go to and offered them to come to his father's making Izumi to have a twitch in her left eye making Todoroki to know what that means and doesn't mind her doing it again if he pushes it really.

"O.K. Kacchan?" Bakugou thinks about it as being trained by the new no. 1 Hero might not be a bad thing really making Todoroki to know Bakugou just wants to see Izumi whoop his ass since he couldn't before really. Izumi prays she doesn't.

"I was actually blindfolded for that one and had my kids with me really as the shadows held them for me really." Everyone heard that one and then realized she had brought them fully everywhere she went until she got sick really.

"The threat and the fear was pretty bad, wasn't it?" Izumi nods as tears went down her face making Bakugou to hug her as she softly cries in Bakugou's chest as she hated her past self and she wants to forget it, but then she wouldn't be herself right now really.

Todoroki phones his father two hours later and explains that Izumi and Bakugou will be joining him making Endeavour to understand and will have four side kicks to help show them the ropes making Todoroki to not like the sound of that really.

Endeavor knows to not piss the girl off and he had to fully explain his injuries and how they were done fully really. When he saw her and saw her eyes being shown, he kept a respectful distances between them. Todoroki noticed this and knew Izumi scares his father.

Endeavour gave a short speech on what his agency does and has them trying to keep up with him and stopping the Villains before him which Izumi knows was a speed training exercises really making him to nod to it making Bakugou to like this even more.

They followed Endeavour to his agency and he had his costume underneath his clothing as he runs since he heard trouble really, but Izumi's quicker as her costume is literally made out of shadows as she was quicker and got the Villain faster than him.

'Holy shit!' Endeavor was scared as he doesn't like this really as she's faster than Turbo Hero and his family combined really as Izumi has the Villain pinned underneath her and also had him in pain as he has her elbow in his back really.

The police arrested him and Izumi was kneeing the ground panting as she has cracks showing up on her legs making Bakugou to freak and checks on them as Izumi told him she's fine, but she went pass her true speed's limit making Endeavour to figure that one out.

They got to the agency after Izumi took out six more Villains faster than Endeavour can making him to pass her and the boys have a lot to do to catch up to her as he ahs her taking a break making her to nap as Todoroki's lap was her pillow really.

Burnin' saw this and thought it was cute making Bakugou to tell her to fuck off since Todoroki has a girlfriend and Izumi has a boyfriend already, she's just using his lap as a pillow only really making her to chuckle as she wonders about that before Endeavour told her it's true.

"Miss. Shigaraki will be on break until the cracks on her legs are gone, but that doesn't mean her training is off limits. Since she did the plans when you were on the island, she'll be doing that for each mission we have while you two will be training."

"You sure about that, Endeavour?"

"Yes." Bakugou and Todoroki went down as Endeavour follows them and Izumi was already on the plans as she has half of the piles down making everyone to be shocked and she had the whole listen of Endeavour's side kicks really to pick from.

What they didn't know is Endeavour had giving her a note to see which ones has it to open an agency themselves and she at least thirty-five marked down and four agency names picked out for each one of them really. Endeavour is going to be shocked really.

Endeavour warns Todoroki that Nezu showed the video of his joint training and he's disappointed in him for ding that to himself as he explains that could have killed him and he expects him to write a letter of regrets to Yaoyorozu and Aizawa for this.

"Yes, father." Todoroki didn't think of it like that as Yaoyorozu had punished him and he knows his father was also told of it making him to know the letter of regrets was not going to be his sole punishment as Bakugou asked what the training is really.

Izumi was done when Endeavour came back with the boys making her to see them badly hurt, but still walking making her to be shocked as she books it to them and hugs them both as she uses her Regeneration Quirk onto them both really.

She was drained as Bakugou held her up making Endeavour to ask if that was Regeneration she used and Bakugou nods as she has it trained to the point she can heal with it. Endeavour was shocked as that's a very powerful Quirk she ahs there then.

Endeavour saw her nots on who can do an agency and their names making him to call them into his office and he explains he's letting them go and he'll help them start their own agencies making them to be shocked by that really, but they bowed in thanks to him.

Izumi had also picked out the spots and how big o an agency they can handle really making it to be easier on them really. Endeavour never knew she was that smart really as this might help get more Heroes out there as they will be needing them really.

Izumi even found thirty-five more who needs six more months before doing their own agency and she got the spot for them with a name for them making it easier for them as Endeavour never thought of how many he's going to be losing form his agency really.
