(A/N: This chapter I thought I'd squeeze in for Valentine's Day. It shows how two crazy kids you all know and love got together.)

Katsumi gazed out the window at the clouds as she and her classmates sat in their seats on board a plane. Sitting next to her was Azami and Keiko.

Toshi was sitting with Tensei and Shota in the row of seats across from Katsumi, Azami, and Keiko and gazed at Katsumi as she looked out at the sky. Katsumi felt like she was being watched and turned in Toshi's direction, and he immediately looked away.

"Attention, everyone, this is your captain speaking. We will be landing on I-Island shortly." Rody Soul said on the airplane intercom.

"Home sweet home!" David Togata said with an excited grin.

It had been a couple weeks since the Sports Festival and now Toshi, his classmates, The Big Three, and a number of others were on their way to I-Island in America for a party hosted by Melissa Togata - the wife of Mirio Togata and the mother of David Togata, Lucy Togata, and Mirai Togata.

David Togata was Toshi's close friend who was two years older than him and was part of the current Big Three along with his girlfriend Jori Amajiki, and their friend Oboro Aizawa.

Jori Amajiki was the daughter of Tamaki Amajiki and Nejire Amajiki, and Oboro Aizawa was the son of Shota Aizawa and Emi Aizawa.

The plane landed and Class 1-A, Class 1-B, the Big Three, Shota Aizawa, Mirio Togata, Tamaki Amajiki, Nejire Amajiki, Shoto Todoroki, and Tenya Iida all exited the plane and went into the airport. Waiting for them outside with a number of limousines was Melissa.

"Babe!" Mirio shouted as he ran over to his wife, lifted her in the air, and spun her around.

"Welcome back, hon." Melissa greeted her husband as he set her down.

"Hi, Mom!" David said as he walked over to his mother.

"Welcome home, sweetie." Melissa said as she hugged her first born.

Toshi and his classmates walked over to Melissa.

"Hi, Auntie." Toshi greeted Melissa.

"Hey, Toshi! God, you and your friends have all gotten so big since I last saw you all." Melissa said to Toshi.

Everyone got in a limo and the limos each went into hover mode and flew through the city on their way to the hotel.

"Place has changed a bit since the last time we were here." Toshi said as he looked out the window at the futuristic city.

"Yeah. But it's good to be home." David said.

"I'm confused. Are you Japanese or American, Togata?" Jin asked David.

"Technically I'm American. I was born here on I-Island, but I grew up in Japan." David replied.

After a few minutes, the limos arrived at the hotel. They entered the hotel and gazed at the large atrium.

"The party is tonight. You all should go to your rooms and get ready." Melissa told the students.

Each student went to their rooms in pairs of two. Toshi and Shota were sharing a hotel room and were both getting ready for the party.

As Toshi changed into his suit, he looked out the window at the city with a somewhat concerned look on his face.

"Hey, Toshi, I've been meaning to ask you something." Shota said to his friend, "Why have you been so paranoid lately?"

Toshi turned to face Shota.

"Isn't it obvious? The League of Villains are back. I'm just keeping an eye out in case they attack again." Toshi replied with a bit of dishonesty in his words.

"I'm your best friend, Toshi, I know when you're lying to me. It seems like you're keeping an eye out for a specific person." Shota pointed out.

Toshi was silent for a few moments, then sighed.

"I'm keeping an eye out for that ninja guy with the burning katana, ok?" Toshi answered.

Shota raised an eyebrow.

"You mean the guy who tried to kill you at the USJ?" he said.

"What other ninja guys are there who tried to kill me?" Toshi pointed out.

"Fair enough. But why him specifically? If I were you, I'd be more worried about the guy who tried to kidnap you and Katsumi all those years ago since now we know he's working with Shigaraki." Shota said.

"It's just... I think the ninja guy is someone I know; someone you know too." Toshi said.

Shota's eyes widened.

"Seriously? Who?" Shota asked.

"I..." Toshi tried to say the words, "You know what? I'll tell you later. I just need to get my mind off things right now. Seeing Kat should help with that."

"So you finally gonna confess to her at the party tonight?" Shota teased.

"SHUT IT." Toshi said.

After that, Toshi put on the rest of his suit, which looked like this:

Then he and Shota headed to the ballroom at the hotel.

When they got there, they saw all their classmates, minus Katsumi, in fancy suits and dresses.

"Looking sharp, bros!" Akio said to Toshi and Shota.

"Where's Katsumi?" Toshi asked.

That's when the ballroom doors opened, and in came Katsumi wearing this dress:

Toshi blushed like crazy. He had never seen Katsumi looking so beautiful before. Her hair was curled with a curling iron and she had a bit of makeup on.

"Wow, Katsumi, you look amazing!" Keiko exclaimed.

"Th— Thanks." Katsumi said with a bit of a blush, "Fancy isn't really my style, but I wanted to look nice for this thing."

Toshi tried to compose himself.

"You— You like great, Kat." Toshi stuttered.

Katsumi blushed even more.

"Thanks, Toshi. You're not looking too shabby, yourself." she said.

After that, everyone socialized while enjoying the party.

And then...

Music started playing.

The kind of music couples would usually dance to.

Some people started dancing together, while Toshi and Katsumi stood on opposite ends of the ballroom, not sure what to do.

That's when Katsumi finally made up her mind.

"Fuck it." she said.

She walked over to Toshi and took his hands.

"Come on, Toshi. You're gonna be my dance partner." she said.

Toshi was speechless.

"W— Wha?" he said as Katsumi brought him out to the dance floor.

The two danced, not in a romantic way exactly, but side to side and in sync.

As they danced, Toshi realized this was it.

He took Katsumi's hands.

"W— What are you doing?" Katsumi asked him.

"Please just let me have this, Kat." Toshi said to her.

Katsumi decided not to fight him. She didn't get angry like she usually did when someone was close to her. Nor did she get flustered this time when Toshi was close to her.

She wrapped her arms around Toshi's neck, and Toshi put his hands on her hips.

The two began slow dancing together. They gazed into each other's eyes as the world slowed around them.

And then...

"Not here. It can't be here." Katsumi said.

"What do you mean, Kat? What can't be here?" Toshi asked her.

Katsumi grabbed Toshi's hands and brought him outside to a balcony overlooking the city.

"Here's better. No one's watching." Katsumi said.

"Why would you not want anyone watching us, Kat? I— I don't understand." said Toshi.

Katsumi took a deep breath. She stared back into Toshi's eyes, and Toshi stared back into hers... And then...

Chu~

The two kissed deep and passionately as they held each other close.

After nearly a minute, their lips separated.

"You have no idea how long I've wanted to do that." Toshi said with a dorky grin.

Katsumi rested her forehead against Toshi's and smiled.

"Same." she said.

The two silently gazed into each other's eyes for a few moments.

"I love you, Kat. For as long as I can remember." Toshi said.

Katsumi's whole world lit up.

"I love you too, Toshi. I've loved you my whole life." she said with tears of joy in her eyes.

The two of them kissed again. As they did...

The hooded young man was watching them from the roof of a nearby building.

He clenched his fists, but then took a deep breath.

"Enjoy your time with her, Toshi. However little time you'll get to be with her." he said.

Toshi and Katsumi then went back inside the building. Katsumi brought Toshi out of the ballroom and texted Keiko saying that she was gonna need Keiko to sleep somewhere else tonight, since Katsumi and Keiko shared a hotel room.

Katsumi: Can you ask any of our classmates if they'll let you bunk with them in their room tonight? I need our room for something personal

Keiko: Why?

But then Keiko realized why.

Keiko: OMG DID YOU AND TOSHI FINALLY HOOK UP??? I KNEW I SAW YOU TWO DANCING TOGETHER EARLIER!!!

Katsumi: Tell anyone and your dead

After that, Katsumi brought Toshi to her hotel room.

(A/N: No, it's not what you think. They're just gonna cuddle together.)

"Kat, we're too young to have sex." Toshi said.

"We're not gonna. I just want to cuddle tonight." Katsumi told him.

"Ok. Let me text Shota and ask him to bring me some pajamas to change into." Toshi said as he pulled out his phone.

Toshi: Can you bring my pajamas over to Katsumi's room? Don't ask why

Shota: You two are finally dating. Called it

Toshi: Please don't tell anyone

A few minutes later, there was a knock on Katsumi's door. Toshi opened it to be greeted by Shota who was holding a pair of Toshi's pajamas.

"It's about damn time." Shota said to him.

"I know." Toshi said with a grin, "Hope you don't mind sleeping alone in our room tonight, bud."

"I won't be. Keiko and I also hooked up." Shota said.

The two grinned and did a fist-bump.

"Proud of you, bro." Toshi said to Shota.

"And to you as well, bro." Shota said to his best friend.

Shota left and Toshi closed the door. Katsumi stepped out of the bathroom wearing pajamas and no make up.

"Get your pajamas on and let's go to bed." she said.

"You got it." Toshi said with a smile and a nod.

Toshi went into the bathroom and changed into his pajamas, then he got in Katsumi's bed with her.

"Good night, Kat." Toshi said to her as he held her close.

"Good night, Toshi-Woshi." Katsumi said as she buried her face into his chest.

Toshi used his quirk to turn the lights off, then the two went to sleep.
