Nine years ago...

Toshi sat there in the waiting room of the hospital. His siblings and grandparents were there with him. Nanako sat to Toshi's right, while Eri sat to his left. Inko and Ochako's parents sat across from them with Saeko sitting on Inko's lap and Akito sitting on the lap of Ochako's mother. But Toshi's parents were nowhere to be seen.

That's because they were in the delivery room.

Today Toshi was gonna get another sibling. Today was gonna be the birthday of his new baby brother or sister.

But the crazy thing was...

Today was Toshi's birthday too. He had just turned seven years old.

And now from that day forward, Toshi knew he would always share a birthday with his newest sibling.

He wasn't too happy about that.

He knew his brother's birth was due this month, but he didn't think it would be on his own special day.

He looked at the floor as he frowned and tightly clenched the Deku action figure he had gotten earlier today as a gift from Eri.

Nanako put her hand on Toshi's.

"What's wrong, big brother?" the green-haired five-year old asked him.

Toshi pulled his hand away from his sister.

"I'm fine, Nana." Toshi said while avoiding eye contact with her.

Eri wrapped her arm around Toshi.

"Hey. It's gonna be alright, little brother. We're a family. We always stick together." Eri said to her brother.

That's when Izuku entered the waiting room with a huge smile on his face. Everyone except for Toshi stood up as he did.

"Izuku, you're back! Did Ochako...?" Inko asked.

Izuku nodded while trying to fight back tears of joy.

"It's a boy." he said joyfully.

The other members of the Midoriya/Uraraka family were overjoyed, while Toshi continued to stare at the ground with a scowl.

"Can we see him now?" Eri excitedly ask.

"Absolutely. Come on, everyone." Izuku told them all.

They all went into the delivery room. Toshi kept looking down and didn't even look at his new brother. He could hear his siblings and grandparents joyous reactions to seeing the baby and his mother telling them the baby's name and then telling the baby his family's names, but Toshi wasn't even paying attention. He just kept looking at the ground and scowling.

"Toshi?" he heard his mother say which slightly got his attention, "Do you want to see your new baby brother?"

"I guess." Toshi mumbled.

He walked over to the side of the hospital bed his mother and brother were in, but still continued to avoid eye contact.

"He looks so much like you." Ochako cooed to her eldest son.

"Ok. Great." Toshi said nonchalantly as he extended his arm out and gave a thumbs up while continuing to look away.

But then he felt something wrap around his thumb. A tiny, chubby hand. This finally got Toshi's attention.

He looked at the baby that was wrapped in a hospital blanket and saw exactly what he looked like.

He had a few small tuffs of hairs that were mostly brown, but where was a small tuff of green hair in the front. He had chubby cheeks and blush marks that were just like their mother's. And he had big, innocent green eyes that were looking directly at him.

And he was smiling right at his big brother.

Suddenly... the upset thoughts Toshi had began to fade away and his frown began to loosen.

"Would you like to hold him?" Ochako asked Toshi.

Toshi didn't respond, but he put his Deku figure down and slowly extended his hands out, and Ochako handed him the baby.

Toshi continued to look at the baby with an unknowing expression. The baby continued to look up at him and smile.

"Meet Izuko Sachi Midoriya." Ochako introduced to her firstborn.

Izuko reached up at Toshi.

"I think he likes you, Toshi." Izuku remarked.

Toshi began to smile at his baby brother. He extended his index finger out to Izuko and the infant grabbed it while still smiling at Toshi.

"Hi, Izuko. I'm your big brother." he finally said to the child, "Today's our birthday."

Izuko giggled as he held his brother's finger. Toshi's smile grew even wider.

Toshi then used his quirk to levitate his Deku figure above Izuko and make it fly around a bit, making the baby excitedly giggle even more.

The others in the room smiled at the two brothers.

"Happy birthday, boys." Izuku said to his oldest and youngest sons.

Toshi then levitated the figure back down and rubbed his forehead against Izuko's as the baby boy cooed at his brother's loving affection.

Toshi had thought his birthday was ruined. But instead... he ended up getting the best birthday gift he could ever ask for.

And then Toshi woke up in his dorm room.

He sat up in his bed and grabbed his phone off his nightstand and checked the date and time.

August 4th, 2193

5:48 AM

Today was his 16th birthday and Izuko's 9th birthday.

He shut his phone off and put it back on the nightstand, then he laid back down. But then he felt a pair of familiar arms wrap around him and a certain girl's face rub against the side of his.

"Happy birthday, Toshi-Woshi." Katsumi mumbled to her boyfriend as she laid in bed next to him and was just starting to wake up.

Toshi ran his hand through Katsumi's silky blonde hair as he looked up at the ceiling.

Why did he have a dream of the day Izuko was born? Obviously because that day was exactly nine years ago now, but there was some other reason that he didn't want to admit yet.

Later that day...

Toshi and the other students of Class 1-A were sitting in their classroom waiting for their two newest teachers to arrive. Neither Aizawa or Nezu told them who the new teachers were, only that they were pro heroes who they were all very familiar with.

"So who do you guys think the new teachers are gonna be?" Sutikku asked the others.

"I dunno. Maybe one of them's Lemillion? Or Copycat?" Ryo said.

"I'm just hoping neither of the teachers are my old man." Katsumi said.

As the rest of the students discussed who they thought the teachers would be, Toshi didn't pay attention. He rested his head on his hand as he was lost in his own train of thought about something he had been thinking about for the last few months.

That's when the new teachers entered the room.

Deku and Uravity.

"Greetings, students! We are here!" Izuku greeted.

"Uncle Izuku? Auntie Ochako?" Rei said in surprise.

"You guys are our new teachers?" Akio questioned.

"That's right. Nezu wanted you all to be more prepared for when the League of Villains attacked again. So he asked me and my husband to teach here." Ochako explained.

"Aw sick! We got the best of the best training us!" Tsubasa said as he was geeking out.

"You sure do. We're gonna teach you kids to be the best heroes possible. We also thought we'd start teaching today since it's Toshi's birthday, as well as his younger brother's." Izuku said.

Izuku and Ochako then turned their attention to their son.

"Hope you're not too embarrassed by us being here, Toshi. Especially on your birthday." Ochako joked.

But Toshi didn't even respond he continued to look away as he was lost in his thoughts.

"Toshi?" Ochako said in bit of confusion.

Toshi was still thinking to himself and not answering.

"Uh, Earth to Toshi?" Izuku said to his son.

Toshi snapped back to reality.

"Huh?" he said before realizing what was going on, "Oh. Yeah. Hi, Mom. Hi, Dad."

Everyone in the room was confused with how Toshi was acting.

"Toshi, are you alright? You've been acting different all day." Katsumi asked him in concern.

That's when an alarm started going off throughout the entire building.

Aizawa burst into the classroom.

"We're under attack. There's a villain outside the school." he informed the others.

"Any idea who this villain is?" Izuku asked his former teacher.

"It looks like it's the kid with the sword who attacked your son at the USJ. He's demanding to see Toshi, actually." Aizawa answered.

Toshi immediately stood up.

"I'll go talk to him." he said with a serious look on his face.

"What?! Toshi, he tried to kill you last time! Let your father and I handle this." Ochako told her son.

Toshi began to make his way towards the door, but Izuku blocked his path.

"Toshi, you're not ready yet and you don't have your provisional license." Izuku sternly told his son, "Your mother and I will—"

But before he could even finish his sentence, Toshi moved his father out of the way with his quirk and flew out of the room and down the hallway at an insane speed.

"TOSHI!" Katsumi called out after him as she and the other students all got out of their seats.

"What the hell's gotten into him?! He's never acted like this before!" Tensei said as they all ran out of the classroom and went after Toshi.

Speaking of Toshi, he had just made it to the front entrance of UA and set his feet back on the ground. He opened one of the front doors and stepped outside to see the hooded young man from the USJ standing in front of the building with his burning katana in his hand as it began to lightly rain.

"About time you showed up." the hooded young man said.

Toshi slowly approached the assailant.

"I'm not here to fight you. I just wanna talk." Toshi said as he had his hands up to show that he wasn't gonna attack.

That's when Toshi's parents, his classmates, and Aizawa made it outside.

"Toshi, get away from him!" Ochako shouted.

Toshi used his quirk to keep the others from getting close to him and the hooded young man.

"Toshi, what the fuck are you doing?! He's gonna kill you!" Katsumi exclaimed.

Toshi didn't reply. He just turned his attention back to the hooded young man.

"I know who you are." he said to the hooded young man, "I didn't want to admit at the time, because I didn't want to accept it. But I can't deny it any longer... You're from the future, aren't you?"

The others were silent.

"What?" Izuku whispered.

The hooded young man didn't respond to Toshi. He remained completely silent.

"You came back here to kill me because you're trying to stop me from doing something bad, aren't you? Even though you used to look up to me, I did something so terrible that you could never forgive me, to the point where you would want me dead. That's the truth, isn't it?" Toshi said to the hooded young man.

The hooded young man still didn't respond. He just continued to stare at Toshi.

"And you chose today to make a second attempt on my life for a specific reason, didn't you?" Toshi said, "You chose today because it's an important day for both of us."

And then Toshi finally said it.

"Today's our birthday.......... Izuko." Toshi said.

The others widened their eyes in shock, some even had their mouths agape.

"W— W— What...?" Ochako whispered.

The hooded man lowered his head slightly, then sheathed his katana on his back, then he removed his mask and goggles while keeping his hood on, then dropped the goggles and mask to the ground.

Then he removed his hood and looked back up at Toshi... revealing a face Toshi had known for exactly nine years now, but much older looking.

It was the face of Izuko Sachi Midoriya... only he was 16  years old now.

"Hey, Big Brother." Izuko said to Toshi with a glare.

The screen cut to black as we simultaneously hear thunder loudly roar.

Insane cliffhanger, I know.

I know you all probably have a shit-ton of questions, but they'll be explained in the next chapter. Until then... stay tuned.

BTW, the kid in the picture at the top is supposed to be close to what nine-year-old Izuko looks like, except he has a streak of green in the front of his hair.
