She's a very tired, little to no energetic person. She isn't rude or mean but she isn't kind either. She makes no effort to make friends or teach. She can care less about social media. She will still help anyone she seems worthy of helping, takes her job serious and makes sure that if she is going to promise something she will fulfill it.

Healing star

Quirk Description*
She uses the energy of the star to heal wounds on a person. If it's a small cut or wound, she simply uses the smallest star. It's it's a big wound like a gun shot she's used a bigger star.

She is more stronger at night when the stars are out. During the day, she can't access stars at all, not even the sun since it'll be too much energy for one body. She stores stars energy in a test tube and keeps it in her bag for the day time.

Quirk Weakness*
She's not able to use the healing star on herself, if she gets hurt she either sees other healers or deals with it.

Touching the star for too long burns her hand and starts to scar her. If held longer, it'll go internal and damage any bones or even heightens the blood that can go haywire.

History
"Dr. Fumiko Shelp killed two civilians during a villain attack! Is there going to be justice?"

Japan has many heroes and obviously villains. One time a villain attack has gone a bit too far, requiring aide immediately.

A small amount of doctors who are also pro heroes were dispatched to the scene. Many pro heroes were already fighting and some were injured. Same goes for the villains. Civilians caught under the fight were injured gravely and needed assistance.

Recovery Girl from UA made an appearance, while she couldn't fight she was healing those that needed it. Heroes that were able to keep civilians alive dropped them off the the doctors.

Dr. Shelp arrived to the scene, ready to heal the injured but was immediately stopped when a villain ambushed her. She fought them and made sure to keep him away from the civilians who were hiding in a store.

But he activated his quirk causing the debris to fall into the store. She had to continue to fight the villain until another pro hero came to assist her. She ran to the civilians side and immediately started to take the debris off.

*Now this part... Isn't in the newspaper so your OCs won't know about it nor will civilians in Japan or USA. So this will only be known to her and the RPers. She will discloses this eventually.**

She was got all civilians out of the debris, six people in total. But she didn't know her husband and her daughter were there. She healed the civilians, enough to have them breathing and be taken to the hospital. One civilian had whispered to her that there was a man with his child still under the debris.

She ran back to look for them and she saw them. She took the debris off and then it sunk in. She realized her husband and daughter were the two that was left. She noticed her husband breathing was bad with a debris piercing thru him and her daughter had her head bleeding.

She was trying to heal them but it was too late for her daughter as the impact hit her harshly in the head despite the fathers effort to protect her. She couldn't control her tears, as she tried to heal her husband. She decided to do surgery there in order to keep him alive for a bit to take him to the hospital but she knew it was a risk. But she also knew not doing it, will also cause him to pass away.

Her attempts were failures as he whispered his last 'i love you.' and whispered that 'she tried, that this wasn't her fault. Him and their daughter will keep an eye on her.'

The hero tried doing surgery out in battlefield. She knew that as a doctor with healing powers that would be last resort. She killed two patients in the midst of the fight instead of healing them and sending them to the hospital.

She was able to heal six other civilians from the same fall but chose to do surgery, ignoring her studies as a doctor.

She should be held responsible along with the villains.

After the fight, she received backlash from her hospital and agency. Hearing everyone go against her as she tried to explain.

The civilians outside would comment and whisper that she was a horrible pro hero and doctor. That she should have followed the rules to keep one safe. Assuming she killed the two civilians, without knowing that they were already either dead at the verge of death.

Though, they weren't able to identify the bodies they didn't know that it was her husband or her child. Until she told the polices that was in charge but he said for her safety, it wouldn't go public.

She was defended by Recovery Girl and Principal Nezu who will take full responsibility and gave an ideal solution.

Sending Dr. Shelp to America so get a new doctor license. Though, she can still be allowed to perfume surgeries under Principal Zozu's supervision.

Even people in the USA insult her and judges her for her actions without wanting to listen to her.

She grew tired and her once happy self was stripped away as she saw her two loved ones passed away at the same time.  And no one knew about it.

Quirk Description*
He is able to control blood, manipulate it into weapons, strings, etc. He can only use blood that's out in the open, so if you bleeding out he can control you blood. He can also use blood to track a specific person and use the blood to help an injured person.

Quirk Weakness*
When assisting an injured person, he cannot mix different types of blood unless they are compatible. He can use blood that has dirt on it to make into a weapon but he cannot use it to try to restore blood on someone as it is contaminated with the grounds nastiness bacteria.
