Personality: Fumiko is a pretty enthusiastic type of person, though it is fairly easy to get her down with only a few words. She is very outgoing and social, always up to make new friends and she can unintentionally become annoying, but she knows when she is making someone else uncomfortable and is quick to shut up. She is a very curious person, and is constantly asking questions about things, though she is a very smart girl and can be a very strategic thinker in certain situations, though she can also be very easy to panic as well.

Backstory: Fumiko had a pretty normal life, her family is a wealthy one and she's never really had any problems. She developed her quirk at the age of 10, being a late bloomer, it was in the middle of one of her classes and she was in the middle of a test when metal spikes began to grow out of her arms, she hadn't noticed at first, but when she did, she began to freak out and accidentally launched them. Luckily no body was injured, but they did break a few windows and slightly damage the walls. Once she turned 14, she began training with her quirk, since her brother Budo had moved away to go to a hero school, and she wanted to be just like him.
