Upon arriving, both Batman gives the update on what's going on in the Injustice universe to Superman with Izuku adding on. Both Superman and Batman are checking the monitor screen regarding the current situations and planning on what to do next while Insurgent Batman just pacing around behind thinking of something. Izuku had already left to go help his friends while wishing everyone a good luck.

"We need to get started. Innocent people are dying." Superman suggested.

"We'll take the others so you can focus on their Superman." Batman said.

"We'll do it together. It'll prevent more casualties. Then Superman. Doomsday's going to be tricky."

"Collateral damage."

"I'll have to force that fight elsewhere."

They then turn to the Insurgent Batman.

"Anything else?" Superman asked.

Insurgent Batman finally stops thinking and decides to tell what he has been thinking at Superman.

"I realize this isn't entirely accurate. But it's good to have you back."

Back at Gotham, Green Lantern's losing to Regime Sinestro while Yellow Lantern keeps swinging his yellow butcher knife at Cyborg as he keeps dodging it. Cyborg manages to attack him with his gun while Regime Flash uses his speed to stop him but Yellow Lantern uses his energy power to break free. Cyborg was going to shoot him again but Regime Killer Frost freezes his gun and was accompany by Regime Solomon Gundry as both tries to attack him. Tetsutetsu, Eijiro, and R.Eijiro came to Cyborg's aid and fought them off with their strength as they let out a battle cry. Insurgent and Prime U.A. students were feeling a little tired and battered up from all the fighting, but that does not stop them. While Aquaman and Shoto are battling Regime Hawkgirl, Regime Black Adam decides to use one of the cars as a weapon and swings around to attack them. Just as he was going to throw at them, someone manages to destroy the car as everyone stop to see Superman's arrival.

"Yeah!!" Eijiro cheered.

"You're all so dead now!" Y/N grinned.

"Superman!!" Tenya and Insurgent Momo gasped.

"That's enough, Black Adam! If conduct exists here I suggest you go home." Superman ordered.

Regime Black Adam refuses as he tries to attack him but gets punch away to the streets. Adam resort into tossing multiple cars at Superman (luckily the moving cars has no drivers in it.) Once Superman finds an opening, he shoots him with his heat vision.

"You're weak hero! Your world suffers for it."

Regime Adam tries again but instead misses Superman and keeps getting hit by it.

"There's no place for you here!"

Finally after some final attempt, Adam gives up throwing and decides to attack him but instead he gets punch aside by Superman.

"Superman modeled his government after mine. We allowed no insurrection."

Both battle each other out as Superman doesn't flinch despite the many attacks from Regime Black Adam. He tries to use magic by casting lightning onto him but Superman was too quick for Adam to hit him. Finally Adam decides to grab him and yell out 'Shazam' but this too fails as Superman freezes his mouth , head-butt him and takes him down.

"Your evil must end."

Regime Black Adam doesn't give up and tries to attack him again but Superman freezes him using his freeze breath as Adam was turn into ice completely, immobilizing him.

"That'll hold you long enough."

Suddenly, he was attacked by Regime Sinestro's giant mace as it slams directly at Superman. This causes everyone to stop fighting while looking at Sinestro repeatedly smashing at Superman, laughing in delight. After he stop, he checks on the spot he crushes Superman accompany by Yellow Lantern.

"Not so super, was he?"

Suddenly, someone taps on Regime Sinestro's shoulder. Sinestro knew he's still alive and decides to punch him but the moment he turns around to attack the Man of Steel, Superman manages to grab his hand. He twists Sinestro's hand, making sure he can't move so he can remove his ring from his hand. Upon removing it, Superman let go of him as he leaves the powerless Sinestro and then turns Yellow Lantern.

"Here's your chance to do what's right. I would take it."

Yellow Lantern thinks for a moment and ultimately he decides to give up his power by taking of his ring, reverting back to his civilian outfit and surrendering it to Superman.

Insurgent Lex' soldiers are running away from a tidal wave in Metropolis, even though Metropolis is not flooded. It turns out that behind the tidal waves are Aquaman and his Atlantian army who are marching forward. Just then Superman arrives to freeze the tidal wave as Aquaman is shock to see him. After freezing it completely, Superman tosses the icy tidal wave far away and then lands in front of Aquaman and his army, accompany by Y/N, who decides to go with him and fight by his side as she had personal business to deal with Regime Superman.

"Are you ready, Superman? To take on the might of Atlantis?!" Regime Aquaman said.l

"Yes. We are."

By cue, the Amazonian came out from the top of the building with their flaming arrows aiming at the Atlantian army who was led by Wonder Woman. Denki crossed his arms with a smile as Fumikage and R.Fumikage are with the Amazonian to help them out with the battle. She gives the signal as the Amazonian attack them. The Atlantian army shield themselves while Regime Aquaman uses his trident blocking the arrows. With another battle cry by Wonder Woman, the Amazonian warriors came and fight the Atlantian army with Denki, Fumikage, and R.Fumikage along. This causes Regime Aquaman to attack Superman and Y/N as they engage in a fight.

"You're not wanted here! Neither are you, girl!"

Superman, Y/N, and Regime Aquaman square off as they take it up on the rooftop. Regime Aquaman may heed Regime Superman's Regime but he does not want to lose to the prime Superman despite the outcome. Par to par trio refuse to give up due to their own ideals. However the moment they were worn out, Aquaman ask why of all the people he has to stop him after what his Superman did on Atlantis many years ago. Superman wishes to stop them from hurting anymore innocent people as Y/N said the same thing while adding to helping those who're hurt emotionally from her counterpart's death. He laughs as they decide to give each other the final blow. Once they clash, Superman trips a bit while Y/N feels a little dizzy but Aquaman tells them "Well played!" as he drops down unconscious.

"We may not be wanted, but we're clearly needed."

Superman then flies above towards Wonder Woman while seeing the Atlantian army retreating while being chased by the Amazonian as Y/N flew up beside them with her atomic flames.

"Superman! Y/N! We've broken their ranks. They're retreating!" Wonder Woman informed.

"Good. Once they're pushed back, we'll need help with rescue and recovery." Superman said.

"I'll break off the legion as quickly as possible."

"Thanks, Diana. You always make it look easy."

"Let's get through this first. Then tell me how easy it looked."

This made Y/N smile with an eye roll and looked down to her classmates who smile up at her.

"We'll need to--"

Before Superman finishes his sentence, suddenly Superman and Y/N were hit by a truck that was toss onto them, catching them off guard as her classmates shouted Y/N's name. This causes Superman and Y/N to crash at the opposite of the building while the truck lands on top of them. The culprit who tosses the truck at them appears as it turns out to be Regime Doomdsday, landing near the crash. He pulls the truck away and grabs the dazed Superman to kill him but Y/N quickly got up and bit onto Regime Doomsday's arm hard and Superman manages to regain conscious and shoots him with his heat vision. Then they square off and after a couple of rounds, Superman decides to move each other to a different location. Superman told her to hold her breath as she did so while grabbing onto Superman.. Superman tackles Doomsday and carries him above the sky while Doomsday tries to beat him up. In the end, Superman sends three of them into the Fortress of Solitude while crashing inside the building. Soon, the trio tands back on their feet squaring off at each other again.

"I live to kill you." R.Doomsday said.

"Then you'll live disappointed." Superman retorted.

It seems that Regime Doomsday collar has been broken due to the crash and accidentally destroys the control panel that was controlling him. Doomsday was furious of being mind-control by Regime Superman and decides to kill Prime Superman before going after Regime Superman. However Superman uses all this might to take down Doomsday as Y/N help by slashing her claws at Doomsday in her dinosaur form, unknowing that the Tyrant of Steel was watching their battle. In the end, both Superman and Y/N punch Doomsday in the face as Doomsday was taken down.

"Doomsday's not today. "

Regime Doomsday tries to attack Superman and Y/N again but Superman tosses him into the Phantom Zone. Superman and Y/N were exhausted from battling Doomsday but they get back up on their feet when they saw his evil double about to land near them.

"I knew they'd pull you over eventually. You don't belong here. Especially, you, Y/N. We wouldn't want what happen the last time she defiled me."

"Well, she had every right to question and defile you." Y/N growled.

"My obligations don't end at the borders of my dimension." Superman said.

"I am this world's savior. I protect it." R.Superman stated.

Superman and Y/N were shocked at what he just said.

"That's what's happening out there? Protection?"

"Disobedient children will be punished."

"Children? We're not gods. We don't decide who lives and who dies."

"THIS DECISION IS MINE! IT BECAME MINE WHEN JOKER TURNED ME INTO A WEAPON OF MASS DESTRUCTION!!"

"We know what you've lost." Y/N said.

"AND YOU JUDGE ME?! After I've killed you both, I'll bring Lois here. When she sees how I've perfected this world, she'll--"

"She'll be afraid and disgusted." Superman said.

"SHE'LL BE ALIVE!!"

"Lois' death doesn't justify--"

"HE STOLE HER FROM ME!"

Y/N had enough of R.Superman's nonsense and floated up in the air, glowing bright with her atomic fire along with her eyes.

"You stole this planet's freedom! It's time to give it back!"

They trade blows on each other but due to Regime Doomsday, Superman was still weaken trying to catch his breath from his last fight. But somehow he manages to spar on his counterpart's level. Y/N did her best to help Superman out as she punches and punches R.Superman with her atomic flames that burns hotter than ever. Regime Superman calls him weak as soon one day his Metropolis would come to an end. But Superman argues that he's right but at least he didn't go destorying cities, killing people and breaking their morale code. Regime Superman punches him again in anger telling him that if the Insurgent were to surrender and the 'duplicates' haven't come to this world, his people would respect him even Insurgent Lex who betrays him when he gives him peace. But Y/N retort that Lex would betray you regardless because if Regime Superman were to give 'peace', he questions him on why many people fear the consequences. Regime Superman tries to answer that it was because of Injustice Joker that forces him to be this way but Superman interupts him that he could understand that he lost Lois and Metropolis before due to what Joker did but why did he have to kill many innocent lives in the past 5 years including Regime Superman's former friends Green Arrow and Shazam out of rage as well as U.A.'s closest friend Y/N. This cause Regime Superman to unable to answer and gets hit by Superman and Y/N. Superman continues that even he did destroy Metropolis and Gotham, it would not change peoples fear towards the Regime as he's acting way worse than Joker or Darkseid. Regime Superman tells him to shut up but Superman continues that even he tries to bring different Lois to his world, Lois will never agrees with his way even the Lois in this world. This causes Regime Superman to snap yelling him to shut up as he tosses Superman into the control panel.

Regime Superman finally lost his sanity saying Lois will agree to his way even he goes against the law as he's the most powerful being on Earth and it's sole protector. Y/N shut him up by grabbing his collar and headbutt him then she floated above his head for a second before diving down and rapidly started kicking and slicing him all over with her claws, leaving some burn marks from her atomic flames. Regime Superman stumbled from that hard hit, looking dazed until he was bitten in the arm by the Indoraptor she shapeshift into. He screamed in pain. She dug her teeth deeper whilst telling him this is payback for corrupting her friends and killing her and Anjali's counterpart. She thrashed him around like a rag doll and tossed him up in the air after letting go of his arm before kicking him straight in the chest as he fell near the portal.

Unfortunately all the sudden the portal to the Phantom Zone begins to malfunction as it being to suck Regime Superman inside. Regime Superman tries to remember his last moments in the past 5 years the closer he's near to the portal. Luckily, Superman manages to destroy the portal and the control panel to shut it down, saving his life. Unfortunately the moment Superman and Y/N goes near him, he turn on his back and attacks them saying this is how he lost Lois as he pinned them to the ground. Regime Superman was about to shoot them with his heat vision but suddenly he feels someone stopping him. He turns around in shock to see a spirit of Lois. Superman and Y/N manages to get up and only see Superman's counterpart have gone insane as Regime Superman was shocked to hear the spirit of Lois against this idea saying that this is a trick. But Lois denies it as even tells him that despite Joker method was wrong, he should not kill people for the sake of her.

There was a long pause as Regime Superman wail in anger and sadness as he blindly attacks Superman and Y/N but they keep dodging his attacks. Regime Superman blames him and Insurgent Batman for what he has done but Superman tells him that if there is someone is to be blamed for millions of lives lost it is himself as Superman punches him into the air, sending him up into space as he hits him back down landing hard into the Fotress of Solitude.

"Your reign is over."

Superman tries to go near his counterpart but his counterpart shoots him with his heat vision but he manages to hold it by his hand and uses his heat vision to a stand off. Ultimately, Superman's heat vision wins his counterpart as it blinds him temporarily. He slams him into the wall and beat him up before tossing him onto the ground. He later gives one final punch to Superman's counterpart's face. Y/N leans over to Regime Superman's face and lets out a high pitched animalistic roar before she and Superman stands tall on Regime Superman.

"You won't terrorize these people any longer." Y/N said in a low growl.

R.Superman groans and looks up at them.

"Fear's the only thing these people understand. One day you'll learn."

Regime Superman drops down on his head again. Just then Wonder Woman alongside with Green Arrow, who is carrying Insurgency Batman and Aquaman, just arrived and surround the fallen Tyrant of Steel, who kneels to the floor.

"You'll have to kill me."

"No. Not even you. There's been enough killing." I.Batman said.

Before they knew it, everything is in peace while Insurgent Batman and Superman are talking to each other at the background. Aquaman and Green Arrow are placing Regime Nightwing inside the police van with Regime Killer Frost, Regime Cyborg and Regime Catwoman. This is followed by Regime Flash and Regime U.A. Students (Izuku, Shoto, Tenya, Ochaco, Eijiro, Mina, Kyoka, Tsu, Fumikage, and Yuga) who were apprehended and surrendered themselves to the authority while walking inside the van. Flash and Green Arrow looks at each other and smiles at each other knowing they did the right thing. The Insurgent U.A. watches their ex-classmates/friends with a smile, knowing they've already forgiven them as Prime U.A. students watches on besides them. Then, the Regime U.A. students glances at Y/N for a moment, knowing this will be the last time they see her and will miss her. Y/N gave them a soft, kind smile and surprised them by hugging them, which brought them to tears. Eijiro walked over to his counterpart and promised him that she'll be safe and won't let something like this to happen again. Eijiro's counterpart smiled and turned around and brought out his hand as he and Eijiro shook hands. His counterpart told him firmly that she better be before he was taken away with the rest.

In the Insurgency Base where Joker in cuffs is being forced by Harleen back to the portal where Batman awaits for him to send Joker back to his Arkham Asylum where he belongs. Green Lantern bringing Regime Hal and Regime Sinestro to Oa to face their trial at the Green Lantern court. Wonder Woman putting back Regime Wonder Woman’s crown to strip her powers while she’s being restrain by the Amazonian guards at Themyscira. Lastly, Cyborg, Tetsutetsu, and Kyoka at Alexander Joseph Luthor’s memorial in grief as they pays their respect towards the late Insurgent Lex by placing a piece of his armor that has an ‘L’ logo onto it. Kyoka places the picture frame next to the logo that says "Go Beyond... Plus Ultra!" with a U.A. logo in it and Tetsutetsu placing a bundle of flowers before they take their leave.

"Superman's accomplices have been rounded up, or turned themselves in. The next job is restoring civil order." Insurgent Batman explained.

"The transitional government has its hands full. We're here if they need help." Superman said.

"Thanks, but no. The people need to know they're in control, not us."

"So you haven't changed your mind?"

"I respect the president's offer. But I don't belong in government. None of us do."

"You think Batman has a future here?"

"Crime and corruption will return. Ollie would've called me a pessimist. I'm just being realistic."

"And your Superman?"

"He'll stand trial. They all will."

"He was right, you know."

"About what?"

"Put in the same position, I might have done the same thing. We never know what we're truly capable of."

"I hope for your world's sake, you never find out."

Both walks away from the corridor they're watching.

"Just keep this in mind." Insurgent Batman spoke.

"Yeah?" Superman asked.

"If something ever happens and you do lose it? I'm coming for you."

Superman chuckled.

"You'll have to get in line..."

It turns out they are watching the Regime Superman in his special prison cell where he's not too happy of the outcome after showing red glowing eyes in his prison uniform.
