NO ONE'S POV:

(Y/N): The Endeavor Agency has its own fully furnished residences. And we're eating and sleeping in the company of The Flaming Sidekickers.

(Y/N and his friends are currently on their way out of the Endeavor Agency.)

Burin': Gooood mornin'! So how are you guys progressing?!

Bakugo: Quit yellin' at the crack of dawn!

Midoriya: Good Morning, Burnin'!

(Y/N): [yawns] Morning, Burnin'.

Burin': Have you been able to catch a villain faster than Endeavor yet?! Oh! Uh, sorry! That was insensitive of me! I know, I know! There's no way it could be that easy!

Todoroki: We came close yesterday. Let's not forget that feeling, you guys. Today's the day we surpass Endeavor. Good Morning, Burnin'.

Bakugo: I was the one who came close, Asswipe! You're slow on your feet! Therefore, I'm better!

Todoroki: I just can't get used to emitting my flames from a single point.

Midoriya: I think we're slowly but surely getting the hang of it!

(Y/N): [yawns] Well said, Midoriya.

Burin': I guess there's no need for me to light a fire under you, eh?

One Week Later

Endeavor: Let's go!

Bakugo & (Y/N): Hell yeah!

Todoroki: Sure.

Midoriya: Yes, sir!

Bakugo: Why though?!

Midoriya: It's huge!

(Y/N's thoughts): Why do I feel so intimidated from just looking at a house?

Todoroki: My sister invited us over for dinner.

Bakugo: Why though?!

Todoroki: She wanted me to introduce her to my friends.

Bakugo: Then tell her we aren't really friends! It's not too late!

Midoriya: Kacchan...!

(Y/N): I am honored that you consider me your friend, Todoroki.

(Y/N bows.)

Todoroki: That isn't necessary, (Y/N).

(Y/N's thoughts): Beautiful...

Fuyumi: Sorry, I know this was sudden! Having everyone over was my selfish request!

Bakugo: Why though...?

Midoriya: I was happy to oblige! I hardly ever get invited over by friends!

(Y/N's thoughts): I'm starting to miss Yu even more now...

Shoto: Natsuo's here too? I saw his shoes.

Fuyumi: We wanted to talk to you and your friends as a family.

(Cut to a very awkward dinner.)

(Y/N): ...

Natsuo: I came as promised. That's good enough, right? Thanks for the meal.

Fuyumi: Natsu!

(Y/N): [sighs]

Natsuo: Sorry, Sis. I just-

(Y/N): Where the hell do you think you're going?

Fuyumi: [gasps]

Midoriya: (Y/N)?!

Bakugo: ...

Endeavor: ...

Shoto: (Y/N)...

(Natsuo turns to face Y/N.)

(Y/N): From what I've seen at this dinner and the work study with Endeavor. It seems that you and Shoto have a...difficult relationship with your father. Now, I don't know all the details on why this is the case but I can tell your father is at least trying to fix that. So I think you should at least give him a chance. The same goes for you too, Shoto. You only have one father in this life.

Shoto: ...

Natsuo: (Y/N), is it?

(Y/N): Yeah.

Natsuo: You're right.

(Y/N): [sighs] Cool-

Natsuo: You don't know why that's the case! So why don't mind your own business?!

Fuyumi: Natsuo!

(Y/N): What I do know is that if my father was still here, I'd do everything in power to talk to him!

(Natsuo walks away.)

Endeavor: ...

Fuyumi: ...

Bakugo's thoughts: I've never seen Loverboy get so angry before.

Shoto's thoughts: "Still here?"

Midoriya's thoughts: (Y/N) doesn't really talk about his parents.

(Y/N): Endeavor, please forgive me for speaking to your son like that. And Fuyumi, please forgive me for ruining your dinner. The food was great.

Fuyumi: No, (Y/N)-

(Y/N): Please come get me when it is time to leave.

(Y/N leaves the room & is now in the Todoroki's backyard.)

(Y/N): (teary eyed) Why'd I even say that? Natsuo was right, it is none of my business. [sniffles] I just...

(Y/N's thoughts): Really miss my dad...

(Y/N takes out his phone & calls his sister.)

(Y/N): Yu?

Yu: [pants] (Y/N)? What's up?

(Y/N): Uh, I can call back if you're busy.

Yu: [pants] What? No, I'm free.

(Y/N): Okay. Well, do you ever think about dad?

Yu: Of course I do. Why?

(Y/N): Interning with No. 1 has gotten me thinking-

(Another voice is heard on Yu's end.)

Kamui Woods: Hey, Yu? Do you have any-

Yu: [whispering] Shush!

(Y/N): Is...is Kamui Woods over at your place right now?

Yu: Yes...

(Y/N): Wait. Your panting? Was that because you and Kamui just had...

Yu: ...

(Y/N): That's so gross!

Yu: (Y/N)-

(Y/N): I'll call you back!

Yu: (Y/N), wait!

(Y/N hangs up.)

(Y/N): [chuckles] That was really gross. I like to think that dad would be proud of the hero Yu's become. She's definitely made me proud. Would he be proud of me?

(Y/N begins to cry.)

(Y/N): [cries] Crap! I gotta stop crying. Crying at a friend's house is so embarrassing...I gotta calm down.

(Y/N calls Itsuka.)

Itsuka: [yawns] (Y/N)?

(Y/N): [sniffles] Sorry, were you asleep?

Itsuka: Not really.

(Y/N): [sniffles] I'll call you back-

Itsuka: (Y/N), wait! Have you been crying?

(Y/N): No...

Itsuka: You're not a very good liar, (Y/N).

(Y/N): Okay. Yes, I've been crying!

Itsuka: Why?!

(Y/N): Because I really miss you!

Itsuka: (Y/N)...

(Y/N): Ugh, it's just...interning with the No. 1 hero has been kinda difficult...emotionally.

Itsuka: Wanna talk about it?

(Y/N): No, just talking to you has made me feel a lot better.

Itsuka: Okay...Call me tomorrow?

(Y/N): Yes, ma'am!

Itsuka: Night, (Y/N).

(Y/N): Night, Itsuka.

(Itsuka hangs up.)

(Y/N): I love her so damn much!

(Shoto walks out to his backyard.)

Shoto: (Y/N)?

(Y/N): Hey, Todoroki. I'm sorry about dinner.

Shoto: It's okay. You've actually given me a lot to think about. Are you okay? Your eyes are red.

(Y/N): I may have been crying earlier but I'm better now after talking to Itsuka. (smiles)

Shoto: That's good.

(Y/N): [chuckles] Yeah.

Shoto: How...how is it having a girlfriend?

(Y/N): Curious, Todoroki?

Shoto: Yes. That is why I'm asking.

(Y/N): Straightforward as always. Well, having a girlfriend is great. It feels like having a best friend, only much more than that. The day, which once used to start as gloomy and mundane suddenly starts to brighten up just by a single 'Good Morning' text. The nights which once were full of despair, now brightens up by her tranquilizing voice, over the phone. She'll be the first person to whom you'll want to wish Good Morning and the last person to wish Good Night. You know that there is someone who cares a lot about you. If you're not well, you'll be inquired about your health, many times a day. She knows all your flaws, and accepts it with her head held high. There's someone who knows all your little secrets. She will not ever judge you for it, because she knows who you really are. She'll tease you about the silly mistakes you've made, till she remembers it, but she'll be the one to rectify it so you don't make it in front of others. I could go on but I'll stop there.

Shoto: Wow.

(Y/N): I mean that's how it is for me at least.

Shoto: I hope I can meet someone that makes me feel that way.

(Y/N's thoughts): I've got to tell Yaoyorozu about this.

(Y/N): Maybe you already have.

Shoto: What was that?

(Y/N): Oh, nothing. So is it time to go?

Shoto: Not yet. Fuyumi asked me to come get you.

(Y/N): Why?

Shoto: Because she's gonna explain why our relationship with our father is the way it is.
