"Akari, calm down—" he got cut off when she started to turn around and immediately grab her bag while passing through and making a run for it, "AKARI!!!" Midoriya yelled, seeing her run got the others shocked as Aizawa try to use his scarf to stop her, but when she turn to a corner, she's gone, meaning he couldn't catch her on time.

Bakugo immediately use his Quirk to make him faster so he can get that brown haired girl,

"AKARIIIIIII!!!"

Ch. 16: Roaring Sports Festival

Akari's POV

I was panting, my hearts beating really fast, my legs becoming weak from running too much. As I was far enough and went around another corner, I stop running to take a breather, but when I stop my legs became wobbly and that made me softly fall to the ground so I won't bruise my knees, I ran my hand through my hair so I can breath properly as I rested my head on the wall next to my right side trying to calm myself down.

'People already know now... that I am the last Ultima, well... not just me, my grandfather was the first who had this Ultima, then passed down to my mom, and now passed down to me... the last one that I need to hide in order to not get hunted down...' I thought, starting to calm down as I shakily got up and slowly about to walk out the school door, until... I hear explosions from afar, making me felt shivers running up and down my spine, knowing who that Quirk belongs to.

"AKARIIIII!!!!!!!" I hear Bakugo yelled through the halls down to where I am, making me jump and running out the door really fast, I honestly hope he didn't hear or see me run outside, I just need to get away from him as far as possible, I then hear explosions coming outside, oh crap! I started to run faster, getting away from Bakugo as I started to think, 'If I go home, then he'll get me for sure! I need to lure him so he can leave me alone, but how?!' I think, passing though people, jump over cars as I hear one of them yell "Watch it!"

I hear explosions from afar meaning he's still trying to catch up to me, I hide behind a large tree that can cover my whole body, started to think 'Come on Akari, think, where can you get him out of your site?' I thought looking down to take a couple of breaths before I start running, "I KNOW YOUR OUT THERE YOU FUCKING DUMBASS!!!" I hear him yelled, making me freak out and started to bolt.

Then I remember something, making me run to the designation that I remember, hearing explosions again meaning he's coming closer, "WAIT!!!" I hear him yell, I didn't look back, I kept on running until I see a bridge from afar making me run onto it as I now see the forest in front of me and a wired gate that says "Don't Enter!" Or "Warning!" And more.

I know that I'll come back here, so I drop my bag next to a tree and start climbing on the fence, I'm now on top as I'm getting ready to jump down and run into the forest, then I got stop when I hear him, "You *pant* fucking *pant* dumbass!" I turn my head to see him, his ruby eyes glaring at me like daggers as his face is sweating and taking deep breaths due to running/using his Quirk to find me.

"Come *pant* on you *pant* fucking *pant* idiot..." he tried to speak, but had to pause a bit due to running this far, I'm kinda surprised he can catch up to me from school all the way to here, that got me a bit worried, because knowing him, he doesn't that much stamina as a kid like me. I then see him weakly walk towards where the gates are, making me freaked out a bit as I was about to jump down on the other side, "Wait! *pant* Don't fucking... *pant* leave... Akari..." I hear his voice is tired and weak, then I hear a loud thump... making me turn to find Bakugo on the ground laying sideways, making my eyes widen as I started to freak out.

"KACCHAN!!!" I yelled as I started jump down and ran to where he is, I immediately sit on my legs and check his pulse on his neck, held it there for a few seconds before I sigh in relief that he's just passed out, he should've just give up because he knows that he can't go that far like I can, even using his Quirk makes it worse for him since it's hurting him, and yet he catch up onto me, just... why?

Then I've realized he called me by my name... as I called him by his nickname that we gave him. I look down and gently push his bangs out of his face to see his calming expression, looking really peaceful and not angry all the time, this makes me blush because seeing him this peaceful reminds me that we're 5 again. Man... it's been long since we've been this close, huh?...

Of course, I shook off that feeling and decided to get him home, I grab my bag that's from afar, and when I'm a bit far from Bakugo I started to make a loud high pitch whistle, hoping Ishiku heard it from home to here. To my relief, he did come in his huge form, he landed and nuzzle on my cheeks making me smile softly and hug him back, I let him go and walk to where Bakugo is laying as Ishiku following me.

I crouch down and pick him up bridal style in ease, I hear Ishiku growled when he saw the blonde haired boy, "Is that the boy who hurt you?" I hear Ishiku asked me, his voice was a bit gruff and husk due to having a low voice when he's talking, "It doesn't matter, we should take him home." "But didn't he hurt you!? Why would you—" "I couldn't leave him out here getting sick or get kidnapped, that's not what a Hero would do..." I cut him off, as I look at him with anger in my eyes.

I saw him breath in and breath out of his nose making smoke come out, thinking for a moment, then crouching down in front of me meaning I can put Bakugo on his back which I did. Of course, knowing Ishiku he would be this protective of me since he knows about my past, but he didn't know what he looks like since he hadn't seen him before until now. I don't blame him for protecting me, it's understandable, but also we can't keep holding that grudge against someone who hurt us in the past, and yet... why am I still holding onto it?

I shook my head and grab our stuff, I sit on Ishiku's back as I feel him stand up and started to fly, I pull Bakugo close to me so he won't fall, including the stuff.

5 minutes later, I dropped him off from his place as Auntie Mistuki, Katsuki's mother, was happy to see me and thank me for bringing him back, I nodded as they took him in the house.

10 minutes later, I'm back home and immediately started training, I need to be prepared in 2 weeks until the Sports Festival, I need to be stronger, I need to be ready of what's going to be in front of me.

'I need to be prepared for everything...'

~2 Weeks Later~

No One's POV

2 weeks has fly by really fast, and everyone was getting ready to see the Sports Festival, means all 1st years would show what they got. Outside, the news reporters were getting Security check after what happened when they were trying to get answers about All Might and trespassing the school grounds, but they know it's gonna be worth it when they'll see Class 1-A be the center of it all.

"Given that they always put their experience in good use and give it their all for the last chance, the 3rd years usually take center stage." "But all eyes are on the 1st years this time around." Some of the heroes having a conversation about what they said as Kamui Woods, Death Arms, and Mt. Lady were hearing the conversation.

"I would have like to do some scouting of our own." "Whaddya gonna do? They asked us to take Security Patrol." Death Arms told Kamui as Mt. Lady is chewing on Takoyaki while speaking, "Looks like they called in Pro Heroes from all over the country. This year anyway..." the three looks around to see all heroes, this is going to be interesting for all of them.

~In the 1-A Prep/Waiting Room~

"IS EVERYONE GOOD AND READY?! THE EVENTS ABOUT TO BEGIN!!!" Iida called out as people are sitting down or standing up stretching, Mayako is sitting hearing Mina whining about how they should've wear their Hero costumes, but Ojiro told her that it should be fair for everyone to wear their PE uniforms, also the three girls that just got here don't have their Hero Costumes ready.

Jenny is jumping up and down in excitement as Akari is sitting down holding something in her hand as she stares intensely to it, "I can't believe it! We are here to actually participate in a Sports Festival! ISN'T THAT EXCITING?!" She yelled excitedly to Akari who got out of her daze and look at Jenny who has a big smile on her face, she calmed down and nodded pretending to hear what she's saying.

Jenny saw something shiny in Akari's hand, and she was about to ask her until they hear a male voice called out to Midoriya, making him turn to see it was Todoroki as he walked towards him with a cold look on his face.

"Hey Todoroki, what is it?" Midoriya asked with a confused look on his face, Bakugo look at the two as Jenny and Akari is listening to what he has to say, "Objectively speaking... I think it's very clear that I am stronger than you." He said it bluntly, making Akari fully turn to look at him with a confused look on her face, "However... you got All Might in your corner helping you out..." Todoroki whispered told him which got Midoriya shocked that he knows about that.

"I'm not here to pry on what's going on between you two... but know that I will beat you." Todoroki said as if he's challenging him, that made Midoriya's eyes widen from shocked, hearing this from Todoroki made Akari angry as her eyes are shadowed and her mouth is covered from her bandanna.

"Oh man, what's with all these declaration of war lately?" "Yeah, what's the big deal? Why you picking a fight all of the sudden? And right before we started." The red haired name Kirishima asked while coming towards Todoroki and put a hand on his shoulder, "We're not here to be each other's friends, don't forget this isn't a team's effort." He told them as he shrugged Kirishima's hand off of his shoulder, and then walks away.

Akari then saw Midoriya looking down thinking of what he told him, then he speaks up, "Wait a sec Todoroki..." He called which got Todoroki's attention as Midoriya is still looking down, "I don't know what's going through your head, or why you think you need to tell me that you'll beat me... and yeah, of course your better than me... in fact you probably have way more potential than anyone in the Hero Course, that's why you got in so easily..." He said trailing off in the end, Kirishima blinks a couple of times then try to stop the situation.

"Midoriya, maybe your going a little hard on yourself and us—" "No, he's right you guys. All the other Courses, their coming with everything they got..." He explains looking down even more as his hands gripped into fists, "We're all gonna have to fight to stand out..." He continued, that made Todoroki turn fully to look at the green haired boy, who looked up showing he's serious and determined.

"... And I'll be aiming to the top too." He said in determination and courageously, Akari smile softly behind her bandanna, already feeling determined by her childhood friend. But to herself also...

~Inside the stadium~

Everyone was getting pumped and ready to see the 1st years and see what they got, then they head Present Mic speaking, "IT'S U.A'S SPORTS FESTIVAL!!! THE ONE TIME EACH YEAR WHEN OUR FLEDGLING HEROES COMPETE IN A RUTHLESS GRAND BATTLE!!" He said through the Microphone as he's getting the people pumped up, which is working.

"FIRST UP: YOU KNOW WHO I'M TALKIN' ABOUT!!! THE MIRACULOUS RISING STARS WHO BRUSHED OFF A VILLAIN ATTACK WITH THEIR STEELY WILLPOWER!!! THE FIRST YEARS... OF THE HERO COURSE!!!" He called as on time, Class 1-A started to walk out into the field, "IT'S CLASS 1-A!!!" He yelled the last part as every Class 1-A started to come out and see everyone cheering for the Hero Course 1st years.

Everyone is going to give their all, so stay tuned for more...

Hey guys, this is me now in 2022. If you guys haven't heard about the news, you can look at it in the "Art stuff" book, it has everything that I need to say about what I'm doing and stuff, but I'm going to keep this short here;

Yes, I'm coming back. And yes, I'm going to update my books again, but in my pace this time. I said this in the Art book that I'm not going to update daily or make a schedule of updating my books, I'm going to do my best to update all the books, including the old books. I won't promise that I'll update daily like I did before, but I will try my best to at least publish a page or two. Also, I have a couple of books I have yet to publish, reason's why is because I want to focus on these ones and then go onto the next newer books.
