In the Nakamura household, Akari's mother, Sakura Nakamura, was cooking dinner while talking to her mother on the phone about their day, planning stuff, etc., then her mother brought something up about Akari and wanted to give her a gift before they leave Japan, "You know you don't have to do that mama." "Oh, but I want to! I thought she'll needs something to remember along the way." Sakura's mother, Masumi Suzuki, explains to her daughter on the phone as Sakura is listening while cutting carrots and put them in the water to boil, also cutting some vegetables.

"*sigh* you know little Icarus won't be happy if you give her a gift all of the sudden, remember what happened last time..." Sakura told her as she sweat drop💧, she hears her mother laugh through the phone, "I remember what happened, but she will accept it either way or else she will face my chancla." She can tell her mother is smiling but her voice sounded a bit... scary. That made her shiver from hearing her voice, wondering how her husband survive through her mother's chancla.

Speaking about her husband, Akari's dad, Hiroji Nakamura, is training her daughter to control her Quirk of how to make it stronger, and also showing her combat skills that he learn by his family, he is willing to make her daughter stronger and won't hesitate to make it hard for her since she ask for him to not hesitate before their training, Hiroji use his Quirk and dodge every move that Akari is giving, like a punch, a kick, even try to use her first Quirk called Ignite to distract him and his Quirk as she sneaked went behind him, but he caught up her plan making him turn and round house kick her in the stomach making her shocked as her body force back and fell to the ground.

Hiroji took off his bandanna showing his widen eyes, he see his daughter slowly sitting up breathing heavily, then quickly went to the trash can and throw up which made him went behind her and rub her back in comfort as he tell her quietly to let it all out. When she's done throwing up, she slowly sits down on her legs gripping at the edge of the trash can, "I want to keep going..." "Sorry Icarus, but I can't let you continue, you throw up 4 times a day, plus now! I'm worried, so please just take a break." He told her, his voice went from stern and anger to worried and upset, and Akari can hear it in his voice, that make her upset realizing that she hadn't take a break for an hour, more than an hour since she only took a little break to eat lunch.

So she just listen to his father's words and give up by leaning her head on her father's chest and let him pick her up in a bridal style and they both went inside, he see his wife cutting the meat still on the phone talking to her mother, he quietly put his daughter on the couch letting her sleep, then went into a kitchen and sneakily yet carefully hug Sakura from behind, which startled her but smile and giggle when he start kissing softly on her neck, already feeling tired.

"Hun, I'm talking to someone on the phone." "Don't care." He mumbled, continued to kiss her neck making her giggle more still trying to cut the meat, "YOU BETTER NOT DO ANYTHING TO MY DAUGHTER YOUNG MAN!" Masumi yelled through the phone which Sakura and Hiroji hear and winced in pain since they have sensitive ears, Hiroji then laughs at her statement, "Sorry mama, I can't help it but show my affection to my love, plus I am very tired after training with little Icarus." "Akari? Of course she's training with those Quirk of hers, but you got to tell her that she needs to take a break or else something bad happened to her." "Don't worry, she immediately pass when we're done training. Don't want our little sunshine passing out without eating and sleeping." Hiroji said, immediately taking the phone and start talking to Masumi as Sakura continued dinner, now putting the rice in the water to boil.

An hour later, they hear a huge yawn which made them turn their head to see Akari woke up and stretching like a cat, she got off the couch and rub her eyes to see clearly and see her father talking on the phone with someone, and her mother who is now cooking the meat as she keeping steady with the rice trying not to get it burn, Akari went to her mom and hug her side which she hug her back, "Make sure you take a shower before dinner is done, okay Icarus?" Sakura told Akari, who nodded and let go of her mom to go upstairs and shower.

"Honestly, I don't know why you two would nickname her "Icarus." Isn't that about how the son of Daedalus flew up too close to the sun and went tumble down into the water, drowning?" Masumi asked, now on the speaker so Sakura and Hiroji listening, and when she asked the question, both of them went quiet don't know how to explain this, they both know about the son of Daedalus make a mistake when he flew into the sun making the wax melt and feathers falling, but they know there's a reason why they nicknamed her Icarus.

"We gave her that nickname for a reason." Hiroji speaks up, helping his wife cook by cutting some vegetables while Sakura is still cooking the meat trying to make the meat well done, "I didn't want to tell you this, but... the reason why I called her Icarus is because... *sigh* it's hard to explain, but when I gave birth to her, I thought she was gone, went to heaven due to born really early and having an illness, all of that hope of having a baby was about to leave, preparing to give up on having a child, until... the heart monitor start moving again meaning she was alive, it was a miracle, and the only thought I can nickname her is "Icarus"... because it was like Daedalus begged god to give her a chance of life and bring her back down to the world of living, as if he wants her to prove what she can do in the future... and I would never forget that faithful day when Akari is born..." Sakura said, already done explaining to her mother, tears then falling down and she start to cry which her husband comfort her by hugging her and rub her back.

"Oh Mi hija, I didn't know about that, I'm very sorry that happened to you..." "It's alright mama, we're fine now." Hiroji told her, stop comforting Sakura but still hug her which she hugs back, Masumi say bye and hung up as the both are still hugging as if they don't want to let go of each other, "Mama, are you okay?" They both hear Akari's voice, turn to see their daughter already done showering and now in a comfortable clothes which is a huge white nike hoodie and grey baggy sweatpants, Sakura wipe her tears and smile, "I'm fine Icarus, don't worry. Also, dinner is ready." Sakura said, putting everything in and stir, Akari smell the spicy aroma which made her mouth water a bit.

"Is that—?" "Curry? Yes, your favorite dish, and it's really spicy just how you like." Akari's mother said finishing her sentence, Akari immediately jump up and down in excitement since that's her favorite spicy food. She immediately got the silverware's and bowls and put it to the table, that made both couples laugh and went to the table with the food, Ishiku was laying down eating as they start eating, talking about their days, making jokes, etc.

When their done, they clean up the table and Akari said goodnight to her parents as she went into her room with Ishiku behind her, Sakura and Hiroji went into their bedroom and change into nightclothes; Sakura wore Hiroji's hoodie which was really huge and covers half of her legs as Hiroji wears black baggy sweatpants but no shirt showing muscles and biceps, and also old and new scars that he got from fighting villains, that made Sakura blush seeing her husband's muscular yet scarred body, he turn to see his wife staring which made him smirk and started to tease her, "Like what you see?" He question, went towards her and wrapped his arms around her waistline pulling her close to his chest, Sakura shyly nodded as she rested her head on his chest since he's taller than her, make him chuckle and kiss her forehead.

"Let's go to bed." She whispered, which he hear and nodded as he carefully pick her up bridal style and both went into bed, Hiroji cover her and himself in a big blanket and he wrapped his arms around her and pull her close once more which she wrapped her arms around his waist as she rest her head at the crook of his neck, both of them slowly fall asleep, already feeling peace and love from each other embrace.

Akari slowly open the door to find them fast asleep, making her smile and take a picture of the two sleeping peacefully, she smile from the picture she took, look at both of them again and kiss both of their foreheads, "goodnight, mom and dad..." she quietly said to her parents, walking out as she close the door behind her.
