Spinner lands on the ground as he looks around. 

--- when All For One gave Spinner his extra Quirks ---

"Kurogiri was transported to the research unit" All For One says as he passes Spinner some kind of device, "once you reach him, have him listen to a recording of my or Tomura's voice. Kurogiri's Quirk will decide this fight. You will become a hero for Tomura's sake". 

--- present day ---

The rest of the rioters run through the hospital as Spinner goes ahead. One of the rioters looks to his right and sees the hospital team standing there, all of their hands together. The rioters stop as they all look and watch the hospital staff. 

When the heroes were investigating Jaku Hospital, the first thing they did was make sure the patients and staff were safe. Well? What about you? Do you have a plan?! Say that you do! 

The man with the brown hairs remembers Shoji saying. He looks at the bat in his hand and then at the hospital staff before dropping his bat. 

--- in the lower parts of the hospital ---

Spinner crawls through the lower hallways of the hospital as he tries to navigate his way towards Kurogiri's holding room. 

I thought I would never amount to anything. I thought, if I followed you, I could be somebody. Shigaraki! Watch me! 

Spinner says as he breaks through a wall, finding Kurogiri's holding room. Kurogiri is sitting in the chair, bound by his restraints, his eyes shut. 

Look at all these people behind me-

Spinner says as he looks behind him, only to realise the rioters didn't follow him. 

"Shoji-kun's voice reached them" Mic says as he walks through the darkness of the hallway from behind Spinner, "and that guy's not going to be your secret weapon". 

Spinner turns around as he looks at Kurogiri. 

"Kuro-!" Spinner yells. 

"Shirakumo!" Mic yells, using his Quirk behind his shout for his friend as well as Spinner is knocked to the ground, the recording flying out of his pocket as the glass of Kurogiri's holding room shatters into pieces. 

The recording! If it's not All For One or Shigaraki's voice, he won't wake up!

Spinner says as the recording box hits the ground, Tomura's burnt hand he used to use to cover his face also hitting the ground as well. 

--- several minutes earlier, outside the hospital ---

The crowd continues to riot and cry out for justice as Shoji covers the entrance to the hospital, not willing to let a single person get past. 

"I'll go after Spinner, who went into the hospital!" Mic shouts as he runs past Shoji, "please do what you can to keep the rest from coming in!". 

We can't... 

Shoji says as he spreads his arms out. He hears rapid footsteps from behind him as he looks over his shoulder, seeing one of the rioters swinging from him with his axe. One of the rioters who went into the hospital grabs the axe by it's blade, the sharp blade cutting his fingers as he grabs the wooden handle with his other hand. The rioter and Shoji both look at the man, stunned by his sudden change in action. The rioters and police stop fighting as they look over as well. 

"I... I... I might've used my anger in the wrong way..." the man says as he looks down, the other rioters who went into the hospital coming out, their heads hung low in shame. 

"Don't lose your nerve!" the man speaking for the rioters says as Koda holds him down, "don't stop moving! Follow the spokesperson! Everyone here is at fault for turning a blind eye to what was happening! It's time to teach them a lesson! Just think of all the poor treatment you've received!". 

"I-I'm thinking about it!" the man shouts, his voice desperate for someone to hear his pleas for help, "people raise their hand towards me even thought I didn't do anything wrong! Thinking about it makes my blood boil!" he says as he walks towards Shoji, "but- will you laugh at me for seeming frivolous?" he asks as he puts a hand on Shoji's arms, the other rioters gathering around them, "it really did raise my spirits when I heard rumours of the call to action- when I heard that silence was evil, and that we should just turn the world that abandoned us upside down. And when I heard that there was a spokesperson!". 

But this isn't the way to do it! 

The man remembers Shoji's words. 

"I don't know!" the man says as he tears up, "what does "everyone" mean?! The people inside the hospital- the doctors and staff who are trying to protect their patients- I- I... couldn't hit them!". 

"Stop it! Stop it!" the annoying rioter shouts as he struggles against Koda's strength, "think calmly about this!". 

"Was I wrong?" the man asks as he grips onto Shoji's arm, "should I have just sat down quietly?". 

"The feelings that made you stand today were not in vain or wrong" Shoji says calmly, "those who hurt us still need to be brought to light. You didn't stop thinking, and that makes you stand bright in my eyes. That light will spread. And with that light, let's change those who hurt others. Until they are ashamed of their own punches". 

The momentum... 

Rock Lock says as he looks around at everyone. 

"Let's go support those fighting in the hospital!" Rock Lock yells as he looks around at everyone. 

--- present time ---

Ever since then, he's only ever shown movement when he was forcing Koko back to real life. We haven't seen a glimpse of Shirakumo. That's what we thought, until the last time Koko saw him before the war started. She told us... he's in there. Our friend, he's in there. And she thinks she knows how to save him. Maybe he's been broken for a long time. 

Mic says as he grits his teeth. 

M-My mind is blank... my body won't listen to me... this is as far as I got... no one's behind me... I can't wake Kurogiri up, either... that's right! I'm completely empty inside! There was never anything inside my heart. I got carried away by the passion and took a stand. I did think about it! All I thought was that I wanted to follow him. To where he... was standing... 

Spinner says as he looks at Tomura's hand. 

Spinner stopped!

Mic says as he looks as Spinner. 

Yamada, just in case it looks like they're about to get Kurogiri back... 

Mic remembers Aizawa's plan. 

Since our plan to split them up was necessary, this was the last resort. Hey, Shirakumo. That guy's already lost an eye and a leg. But he won something that overlaps all of that. The children he loves as his own. One son, and two daughters. Don't make him lose his fond memories, too. If you're not Shirakumo, and you're just showing Koko what she wants to see, then just stay a memory and go away. But if you're still out friend from back then... 

Mic says as he steps forward. He takes a deep breath in, ready to use his Quirk again when Spinner gets up. Spinner grabs Tomura's hand as he lurches towards Kurogiri. 

We had more in common than I expected... like video games and stuff... I thought, if he would just remember... 

Spinner says as he puts the hand on Kurogiri's face. 

"Go save Shigaraki and the others..." Spinner says as he looks at Kurogiri, "Kurogiri!". 

"Shirakumo!" Mic yells as he uses his Quirk, making Spinner pass out on the ground. 

Kurogiri's eyes open as everyone stops for a moment. Kurogiri allows Mic's Quirk to pass by him as his purple warp fills the room. Mic stands there, looking at Kurogiri as Kurogiri stands up from his chair, the restraints falling off of him. The warp fades from half of Kurogiri's face as half of Oboro's face appears, Kurogiri's yellow eye covering Oboro's eye. 

"I... am the one who will protect Tomura Shigaraki" Kurogiri says as he voice is a mix of his own and Oboro's. 

Kurogiri's warp widens as Oboro disappears, Mic and Spinner getting sucked up into the warp. 

--- on some news show ---

"The cumulonimbus that suddenly appeared over Japan is still developing quickly" the weather reporter says as she stands in front of the green screen which is showing viewers a map of America alongside like news footage of the current war going on in Japan, "it may ride on the jet stream and affect weather in North America, too. According to the National Weather Service and live news footage, a convection current caused by simultaneous temperature spikes and a tropical cyclone from the southwest appear to have come together to form an unprecedented pyrocumulonimbus cloud. Can a butterfly that flaps its wings in Brazil cause a hurricane in Texas? Will superhuman society, which began with a glowing baby, be overwhelmed by chaos? The world can change with the power of one person". 

"Meryl? What are you talking about?" one of the cameramen asks as he looks at the script in his hand. 

"I firmly oppose the government-" Meryl goes on to say, "no, the world's decision to curry favour with All For One" she says as she holds out a sign saying 'no AFO'. 

"Wh- Meryl?" the cameraman says as he looks at the sign, "cut to commercial! A commercial! Oh, no! It's all over now!". 

--- at Camino Ward ---

"What's this firepower?!" Burnin asks as she puts her arm up in front of her face. 

"Todoroki-kun, you'll burn, too!" Tenya says as he doesn't leave Shoto's side, despite the burning hot flames surrounding them, "you can't fight him again right now. Phosphor was your body's limit!". 

"Everyone's at their limit!" Shoto says as he doesn't take his eyes off of Touya, "everyone's fighting hard past their limits! But he's the only one who's still moving! I've got my Dad's blood in me, too. Why is Touya-nii the only one still moving?". 

So Dad's at Gunga? That's too far. Warp's really a pain. If I try to keep fighting like this with Shoto so I can bring Dad a gift, my body won't last.

Touya says as he starts to fly off. 

"Is he trying to fly over to where our Dad is?" Shoto asks as he follows Touya's movements. 

"This is past what someone can do with willpower and bloodline" Burnin says as she comes closer to Shoto and Tenya, "something's strange... I thought his body wasn't compatible with fire. Why is he still able to hold his shape?". 

"Wait!" Shoto yells as Tenya holds him back, "I can still move! Weren't you going to kill me?! You're the half baked one now!". 

"Mr Daddy Issues, I know I told you not to talk to me, but I have good news" Skeptic says from the speaker on the Nomu, "it looks like your travel expenses have been covered". 

Touya chuckles as Kurogiri's warp appears next to him, Shoto gasping worriedly. 

--- at the coffin in the sky ---

"The wind is getting stronger!" Monoma says as he tries to keep his footing. 

"I might not be able to control my water properly-" Manual says as he looks at Aizawa and Monoma. 

"Monoma, are you okay?" Aizawa asks as he holds onto Monoma. 

"This fight's definitely making it into the textbooks, right?" Monoma says as he tries to keep his eyes open more by holding down underneath his eyes, "I'll make the Ministry of Education write that we won because of me! Inside, Edgeshot, Lemillion, Jeanist, Koko, and Midoriya are all doing their best! All I have to do is not blink! There's no way I'm going to whine about that!". 

Experiences in one's youth determine a person's whole life. Above all else, I trust people's emotions. The feelings he has for his friend after a dark life... 

Kurogiri's warp appears next to Aizawa as Mic is thrown out, Aizawa looking over his shoulder as he spots his friend. 

--- at Gunga Villa ---

"In order to allow Kurogiri, with no access to information, to act immediately, there is a microdevice embedded in Shimura's hand" All For One says as Hawks and Endeavour land on the ground in front of him, "Iguchi, your job is complete!". 

Endeavour looks over his shoulder as Kurogiri's warp appears, Touya coming from it as he lays his eyes on Endeavour. 

"Dad..." Touya says menacingly. 

"And..." All For One says as another warp appears near Hawks. 

"Hawks!" Toga yells as she comes out of the warp as Twice, more of Twice's doubles appearing from behind her. 

"The sad man's death created animosity in a girl's heart" All For One says with a smirk, "the man who wanted to drag everything into it to clear his grudges gave the girl what she needed to bring ruin to the country. Now, Takami. Take a look. If you hadn't prioritised getting rid of him back then, what do you think would have happened?". 

"Kill him! Right now!" Hawks yells as he prepares his weapons. 

--- several minutes earlier, on Okuto Island ---

The Nomus and villains continue to attack from above and on the ground as the heroes do their best to fight off the attacks. One of the villains on the ground tries to punch Tsuyu but she manages to dodge out of the way. Tsuyu lands in the water as Toga comes up behind her, ready to stab her. 

"Froppy!" Ochaco yells as she grabs Toga's wrist and arm as she blocks the attack. 

What she's using to conceal herself is a type of misdirection. It's probably something really complicated and subtle. That means there's probably a limit to how many people she can use it on at once. With a sensor type hero and at least four who can mark her and support each other- 

Ochaco says as she knees Toga in the stomach, Toga falling back. Toga stands up as she disappears behind the waves, two heroes and Tsuyu coming over to support her. 

"On your left!" one of the heroes says as her horns glow. 

"Stop, Himiko Toga!" Ochaco yells as she runs towards her left. 

One of the Nomus continues to attack Gang Orca and his sidekicks. The sidekicks use their Quirks and other weapons to tie down the Nomu. Gang Orca goes upwards as he becomes level with the Nomu. 

This guy... doesn't have super regeneration! 

Gang Orca says as he sees blood coming from the Nomu's mouth. 

"The villain numbers are going down!" Gang Orca yells as his sidekicks look up at him, "if we can hold back the Near High Ends, then we can do this! It's our mission to take control over these guys on this island!". 

The fewer there are on our side, the harder it is for me to run. They're starting to be able to catch me. With the amount of Jin-kun's blood that I have, my limit is about 30-40 minutes. Even if I drink it now and turn the tables number-wise, Sad Man's Parade will end on this outlying island. In the first place, even if we gain the upper hand here, it's hard to believe that they'd let a ship through to bring us back. They split us up... do the heroes already know about Jin-kun's blood? In any case, at this rate, it'll end with me not doing anything. In that case... 

Toga says as she opens a flap on the box on her waist. 

Up until now, Himiko Toga never really acted with broader tactics in mind. However, the animosity and resignation that started to sprout within her turned Toga into a complete villain. 

I'll bet it all on Spinner! I'll do what I have to do! 

Toga says as she brings out a vial of blood. 

Here it comes! Her stock of blood! All For One? Shigaraki? Whose blood is it? I won't wait around to find out! 

Tsuyu says as she spots the vial in Toga's hand. She throws her tongue out, smashing the vial as the blood spills all over her tongue. 

"Tsu-chan always thinks calmly" Toga says with a sigh, "that's why that was a fake! It's a chemical used to attract the Nomu that All For One gave me". 

The Nomu turns on Tsuyu as it starts to attack her. 

"Froppy!" Ochaco says as the waves from the attack block her view of her friend. 

But I can't let my guard down yet. In order to make sure I carry out Jin-kun's march, I have to decide in an instant!

Toga says as she tackles Tsuyu out of the way of the attack, her complete appearance the exact same as Tsuyu's. Toga slips the blood into her mouth as she turns into Twice. Toga jumps back as she starts to create Twice's doubles. Ochaco gasps as she realises what's happening. 

And then, her animosity created a miracle. 

"I have to save Shigaraki and the others..." Kurogiri says as he appears in front of Toga, "Himiko Toga, what do you want to do?". 

"I want to annihilate all the heroes, starting with Hawks" Toga says angrily, "scatter me everywhere, Kurogiri-san!". 

"Wait!" Ochaco shouts as she runs towards the warp, throwing her wires towards Toga, "not yet! I still haven't gotten to talk about romance with you!". 

Ochaco-chan... 

Tsuyu says as she looks at Ochaco. 

"I wish... we could've..." Toga says as she hits Ochaco's wires away, looking down as she disappears into the warp. 

--- present time ---

It's Toga! She had some of Bubaigawara's blood? I thought I got rid of all of it when I was undercover with the Liberation Army. I even got rid of all the blood stains after the battle! Was Dabi behind this?! 

Hawks asks as he watches Touya fly towards Endeavour. 

"It's too late!" Toga says as she comes through the warp, "Infinite Doubles..." she says as she creates more and more doubles, "Sad Man's Death Parade!".
