Quirk explanation: The quirk living plague allows the user to release harmful bacteria and viruses from inside their body and use them to attack their foe. The bacteria and Viruses stored due no harm to the user as they lie dormant until the host releases them and allows them to infect the foe. As they lie dormant they develop and when released affect the foe right away

Looks: Doi has extremely short black hair that is rather curly, her hair is about shoulder length. Her eyes are a very light green color. Off duty she wears a button up shirt under a shoulder length dark green sweater, a pair of jeans with little flowers embroidered on them and some green shoes with white laces
Hero suit: Doi's hero suit consists of a cloak like cloth that surrounds her entire body which surprisingly does not constrict her movement, on her face she wears a plague mask resembling the ones from the middle ages. Under this set up she wears a black jumpsuit in case she needs to abandon the cloak. On her wrists she has bands that have needles to poke into her skin to help her release bacteria and viruses more
Personality: Doi is a very docile girl outside of her hero duties, having had to mature quite quickly. She is very sweet and motherly, being a motherly figure towards other younger and newer heroes. In battle she turns very observant and boisterous as she is often jumping and dodging villains. She is very quick on her feet and shows great observation skills
Backstory: Doi grew up with two very normal parents, both being quirkless. Her parent's were surprised when she came into existence with a quirk due to the fact they fought that she would not have a quirk. At a young age her parents encouraged her to follow her dreams of being a hero and even worked ad hard as they could to save up enough money for when she would attend a hero school. Once she was old enough Doi applied for both UA and Shiketsu but got accepted for Shiketsu instead. She tried her very best to be the top of her class and physically trained the hardest to keep herself in a prime position to fight. She excelled in her classes and graduated as pro hero plague doctor. When she became 30 she gave birth to a little girl by the name of Chiyoko who was the daughter of her and another pro hero, after she was born Doi became a single mother as Chiyoko's father was not ready for a child and Doi did not want to give her up. Doi didn't ever bring Chiyoko up around any other heroes as she didn't want her to be targetted by the villain's and used as a hostage
Other: Doi lives in a small apartment with her daughter and lives close enough to the Todoroki residence to consider them neighbors
She is a motherly figure towards the younger heroes as she is constantly babying them and looking out for them
She often has interns from both Shiketsu and UA that are training to be rescue heroes
Many children are afraid of her hero costume
Adults are often a big fan of her due to the fact her fights with villain's are actually very interesting
She is quite popular and even has her own merch, one being a figurine and another being a replica of her mask
