Author's pov:

Kavitha sent Arjun for a business conference in Delhi with the help of Abhi. It is not even any important conference that Arjun needed to attend but nevertheless, Abhi convinced him to attend it in place of him.

It's been three days since Arjun has gone to the Delhi conference. He is getting restless as Aaru is avoiding his calls and messages in these three days. He even enquired about Aaru well-being with Kavitha and Daksh but no one is giving him any detail and avoiding his questions with stupid excuses. He is already irritated to go to this conference without meeting Aaru. Now this ignorance of her added more irritation to his mood.

Today he is coming back leaving that stupid conference. That conference can go to hell but first, he needs to see Aaru immediately.

His P.A Varun is already waiting in the airport to receive him.

Arjun decided to get fresh and leave to Aaru's house. So he asked Varun to first take him to his home.

By the time he reached home, Kavitha, Ritu and Abhi are seated in the hall along with his parents. They are looking dressed up for some function. When he asked about it, they simply asked him to first fresh up and come down.

So he went to take a shower.

He got dressed up. When he is coming down, he observed her mother arranging some sweet boxes and fruits.

"Maa, what are all these? Are you all going to some function?" He asked looking at all the arrangements.

"Yes. We are going for an important function. Not only we, but you are also coming along with us." His mother said.

"What! I'm not coming. I have some urgent work. So I can't come." He said making an excuse.

"No way, you are coming and this is final. It is a very important function Arjun. We all should be must." His mother said.

Not taking any of his excuses. They all made Arjun start along with them.

They started in two cars.

Kavitha, Abhi and Arjun are in first car. Abhi is driving and his parents are following in the next car along with Rithvik.

Soon they reached a house, which is beautifully decorated with flowers.

They got down and started going inside.

A couple who are in the age of Arjun's parents came and welcomed them inside.

They all seated in the hall.

The lady started arranging some snacks and drinks along with some helpers.

"Jiju, what is happening here?" Arjun slowly asked Abhi getting confused seeing all these arrangements.

Before Abhi could answer his question, Arjun's dad started speaking.

"Arjun, this is my childhood friend Ram and his wife." He said.

Arjun did a Namaste to them.

"This is Arjun, my one and only son and your soon to be son-in-law." He said introducing Arjun to them.

The couple smiled at Arjun and excused themselves for a minute.

"Dad, what are you saying?" Arjun asked getting shocked by the new revelation.

"Sorry, Arjun. Dad decided to surprise you, so we kept it secret. We came to fix your marriage with Ram uncle's daughter Aadhya." Kavitha explained.

"How can you all do this to me, without even taking my opinion?" He shouted.

"Keep your voice low young man." His dad said sternly.

"Dad, I'm can't sit silently. I can't do this." He said.

"Why are you rejecting Arjun? You don't even saw the girl. Aadhya is so beautiful and polite girl. I know, you will surely say yes after seeing her." His mother said.

"No. I'm not seeing anyone. My answer is No. I'm already in love with someone else." He said.

"Arjun, what is this? How can you say it now? You never mentioned any girl in your life." His dad questioned seriously.

"We can't reject it now. At least see the girl and give your true opinion. Don't make me lose my promise in front of my friend." His dad finalized.

Arjun decided to reject after seeing the girl. No way in the hell he will marry anyone apart from Aaru.

"Ok. But if I don't like the girl, you will stop this here." Arjun said sternly.

All agreed.

"Aadhya is waiting in the garden area." Ram's wife came and announced.

Arjun went to the garden with an irritated look being fed up with all the drama.

There he saw a girl, sitting on a chair with a veil covering her face.

The girl's look is something like this girl not with a nose ring.

"What am I supposed to see, if she covers her face." He murmured getting more irritated.

"Hello." He said taking his seat.

"Namaste Ji." The girl said in a low voice.

"Look, I'm not interested in this marriage. My family brought me here without informing me about all these. So it's better if you don't build any further hopes. I'm going to say no." He said.

Suddenly the girl started to cry making noise.

Arjun got panicked listening to her crying.

"Hey. Why are you crying?" He asked.

The girl cried making more noise.

"God! Stop it." He shouted.

"Please." He requested softly.

"Ji, don't you even want to see my face." The girl asked.

"My answer is not going to change. I love another girl. Aaradhya. I love a girl named Aaradhya." He said with a smile on his face.

"So, what is your final answer?" The girl asked.

"It's No. A big No." He said and started going back.

After taking a few steps, he listened to a familiar laugh and turned back.

There stood Aaru, laughing like anything.

The girl who is previously covered her face in a veil is Aaru.

"Aaru!" Arjun spoke still in shock.

"Aaru, what are you doing here? Where is Aadhya?" He asked getting confused.

"So, you want to meet some other girl." Aaru asked seriously.

"What? No. No. Believe me. I just want you." He said moving towards her.

"Don't come towards me. You just rejected my match. You can go. I will also say no to this marriage." She said.

"What! No way. I thought it's some other girl. So I rejected it. Don't you dare say No? I can't wait to marry you." He said hugging her tightly.

Kavitha and all other members started whistles and claps coming towards them.

Aaradhya has shyly hidden her face in Arjun's chest.

"Happy Realisation my dear brother." Kavitha said winking at Arjun.

They broke their hug.

"Di, what is all this? I thought you all are really going to fix my marriage with some other girl." He asked.

"It is a small revenge plan for hiding our beautiful soon to be daughter-in-law from us." Arjun mother answered lovely side hugging Aaru.

"Oh, but how you all knew about me and Aaru? " He asked.

Kavitha explained how she and Aaru met at nursery and all. Later her plan of sending him to Delhi to play with him a little.

"Ram and his wife are really my friends but they are not Aaru's real parents. As you already saw Aaru's real parents, we asked for Ram's help. They are also included in our act. " His dad said smiling mischievously.

"Dad! You too joined with them." Arjun said.

"Your P.A Varun informed us about your arrival today." Kavitha said controlling her laughs.

All laughed seeing Arjun's face.

"But young man, you just rejected my friend's daughter. So you can go. I will search for another good match for my friend's daughter." His dad said.

"Dad, No. She is my bride." Arjun said possessively hugging Aaru from behind.

"Ok. Control my dear brother. Don't scare her." Kavitha said smiling seeing him.

"We already talked with Aaru's parents regarding the marriage. They are happy with it but first, they want to see the groom then they will finalise their decision." Abhi said.

Arjun happily nodded his head.

He decided to meet Aaru's parents today itself.
