Aaradhya pov:

We all woke up and started our daily activities.

But still, Mahira is not coming from her room.

After some time, Mahira came out and asked for a coffee.

I gave her coffee and made her eat breakfast.

Later we all girls seated beside her to cheer up her mood.

"Mahira, Are you still thinking about the things that happened at the academy? " I started the conversation.

"Nope." She said and nodded her head negatively.

"Then, Why are you like this? So dull and sad. Leave it yaar. We made the right decision. Don't think of their words. " Purvi said.

"It's really not about that incident. Actually yesterday, after completion of my classes when I came out to start home, I spotted Daksh waiting there. We exchanged greetings. Later he said, he will drop me. I got into his car and fell asleep due to all stress from the morning. When I woke up, I don't saw him inside the car and the car is parked on a beach....." She explained how Daksh proposed and how she rejected him so harshly and took all the anger on him.

We all got shocked by listening to all this new information.

"So... Are you regretting rejecting Daksh Ji's proposal? Do you also like him?" Amu asked excitedly.

"Umm... No, it's not like that. It's just that I never seriously thought about love, marriage all these things till now.  I just have some celebrity crushes. As I have a bossy attitude, no boy dared to propose to me till today. Even though I know some people in college have a crush on me, I never took it seriously and they too never expressed it to me. I don't have any kind of feelings for Daksh. I just never thought of such a view about him. But I regret rejecting him so harshly. I should have just say I don't have such feelings for him. But I scolded him very badly. " She explained her feelings.

But I think Daksh and Mahira are a good match. Moreover, Daksh is a nice person.

"Yes. You are right. You should not have used those harsh words to him. Taking our anger on someone who is innocent is wrong but we are not completely blaming you, as you also faced so much yesterday. It's ok. Don't blame yourself. " I said.

"Yes. Let's first concentrate on the academy. We all thought of an idea. Listen. Let's arrange a parent meeting along with all students and we ourselves explain yesterday issue without mentioning Priya name. All will understand the situation. Everyone doesn't have the same negative point of view. For example, see how some parents understood us yesterday. Today we will call those who supported us yesterday to the stage and let them speak few good words. Ok ." Purvi explained the idea we all thought.

"Ok. It's nice. Let's arrange a meeting. " Mahira said agreeing to the idea.

"I already informed all the parents about the meeting. For those who can't make it, we can record a video and send it to them. " Purvi said.

"Ok. You three go to the academy and conduct the meeting. I have some work, I will complete it and join you all later." I said thinking something in my mind.

They agreed, we all got ready and started to our respective destinations.

I'm going to meet Daksh and explain to him all this, as Mahira is busy with the academy issue.

If this misunderstanding grows it is not good for both of them.

Moreover, Daksh might be so hurt by Mahira's words.

I called Kavitha and asked about Daksh office address. I promised her that I will explain everything later.

She gave me the address. I started to Daksh's office.

Arjun's pov :

Yesterday night I waited for Daksh's call to know how his confession went.

But I don't get a call. I dialled Daksh number many times but it is switched off.

I thought maybe he is having a good time with Mahira and left the topic.

So today morning I and Yash started to Daksh's office to see him.

But the scenario we saw made us shocked.

Daksh's P.A informed us that Daksh stayed all night in his cabin not going home. He said something went wrong yesterday night.

I and Yash entered his cabin.

He looked so dull, his eyes look so red. He is seeing some files but looks like his mind, it is not present here.

"Daksh. " I called him but he doesn't respond.

I shook his shoulder and again called him.

"Daksh. What happened? Why are you like this?" I asked.

He hugged us and started crying.

"Shh... Daksh. What is this? Don't cry. I can't see you like this. You should always tease me. Please don't cry. What happened? " Yash asked.

After some time, he explained everything which happened yesterday night.

Daksh is always shy and tensioned coming to girls topic. But he liked Mahira so much. Mahira is the first girl in his life other than his mom, my mom and Di. He is not close to any other woman.

Seeing him like this. I felt so sad. I'm not able to see him like this. We never thought this day will come, a day Daksh will cry for a girl.

We started consoling him and cheering him, so he can forget all this.

Suddenly we heard a knock on the door.

"Come in." I said.

"Sir. Aaradhya madam came to meet Daksh sir. Abhi sir called and said to sent her to Daksh sir's cabin. I'm informing you as I know the situation. " Daksh's P.A said.

What is Aaru doing here?

"Why is she here? The damage her friend has done is enough. Ask her to go." Yash shouted.

"Yash. It's ok. Let her come. Don't be rude to her. It's not her fault. " Daksh said controlling Yash.

I said to Daksh's P.A to send Aaru.

After a few minutes, we heard another knock.

"Come in." Daksh said.

"Aaradhya. You don't need to knock. You can come directly. " Daksh said trying to act normally.

"Daksh. I.. I'm sorry. " Aaru said.

"Why are you saying sorry Aaradhya? It's not your fault. It's ok. Leave it. " Daksh said acting as it's all ok.

"See this. One friend will scold and another one will come and say sorry nicely. " Yash muttered.

"Yash. Stop it. " Daksh said.

"Why should I? " Yash answered back.

"It's ok. It's not his fault. The fault is on our side. I'm saying sorry on behalf of Mahira. Sorry for the harsh words she spoke with you. There is no mistake in the way you proposed to her, it's just you should not have selected yesterday. " Aaru said.

"What do you mean Aaradhya? " Daksh asked.

"She means, It's not her friend fault but it's the fault of the day you selected. Shall we call a Pandit to ask for a good day?" Yash said mocking Aaru.

"Yash. Think before you speak. " I warned him.

"It's ok Arjun. Actually yesterday afternoon some issues happened at the academy. It's a serious situation. After dealing with all those Mahira is in a bad mood, so she took all the anger on Daksh. I know it is not a correct excuse but it just happened like that. Sorry. At present she is dealing with the issues at the academy, otherwise, she would have explained it to you directly. " She explained.

"What happened at academy Aaradhya? Is it really serious? " Daksh questioned.

Aaru started explaining all the things that happened at the academy yesterday.

"What! How can the parents speak such nonsense? Mahira and Purvi actually solved the issue so well. How are they dealing with them? I think we should go and help them. " Daksh said listening to all the things Aaru said.

"It's alright. They will be ok. I already asked Ithika and Rahul bhaiya to go and see the situation. Ithika message me that everything is going well. Parents are reacting positively. " Aaru said assuring Daksh.

"See your face. Just a few minutes back, you are crying like a kid and now behaving like a superhero. " Yash said mocking Daksh.

"Shh... what are you talking about? Who cried?" Daksh said acting.

I and Aaru laughed seeing their fighting.

" Daksh. I felt Mahira and you are a good match. It's just she never seriously thought about a relationship. So she said, she doesn't have any feelings for you. Can I ask you something? " Aaru asked.

"Sure Aaradhya. You can. You helped me so much. You reduced the pain that I'm enduring from yesterday night. " Daksh said smiling.

"Don't give up on Mahira. Please. " Aaru requested.

"I will never give up. I promise. I can't even give up. You know my state a few minutes back. You just filled the hopes I lost and I promise I will try and try until I made a place in Mahira's heart." Daksh said.

"Daksh, first you should go to your home. Aunty and uncle might be worrying about you. " I said.

"Yes. They will be worried. I don't go house yesterday night, as they will easily find that I got rejected. " Daksh said.

"What! Means uncle and aunty know about your love towards Mahira." Yash asked.

"Yes." Daksh said nodding his head.

"My parents and even Mahira's parents know." Daksh said.

"What! You idiot. You started hiding so many things from us. I know you and Arjun got changed. Now you just remember your love, Mahira and Arjun just remember his love, Aaradhya. No one remembers me." Yash blunted out.

Shit!

"What! Which Aaradhya? " Aaru asked looking shocked.

"You." Yash answered in a flow not realising his mistake.

Idiot! Stop!

My mouth got dried. I felt like I lost my speaking ability.

"What!" Aaru shouted.

"Fact!" Yash again said.

God!

Daksh closed Yash mouth forcibly and dragged him out of the cabin, leaving me alone with Aaru.
