Okay so today I learned a very important lesson

Sitting your ass down and taking the time to comb out your cosplay wigs is FUCKING WORTH THE EFFORT LIKE HOLY SHIT

I got bored out of my fucking mine and dug out my Yurio wig from my closet and sat down and combed it out with my wig comb (Do not and I repeat DO NOT comb wigs out with regular hair brushes/combs unless the wig is made of HUMAN hair and not SYNTHETIC hair. You can easily fuck it up since synthetic hair is very different from human hair, but if you absolutely must use a regular brush/comb, brush/comb the wig VERY carefully and slowly so that you don't rip any hair out. And for the love of God, don't go swimming or do anything that would get your wigs wet. I've seen people do this shit and I cried internally every time. Alright, mini rant about proper wig care over)  and HOLY SHIT THE RESULT WAS AMAZING LIKE WTF I DID THIS ???

When I did absolutely nothing to the wig (How it looked when I first got it):

When I sat my ass down and took the time to properly comb out the wig (AKA updated Yurio cosplay photos because the most recent ones I have are from June, but I say that when the most recent Kaori from Your Lie In April cosplay photos are from February but shhhh we don't talk about that lmao):

(That pink thing in the picture is my wig comb and want you should use to comb out wigs made out of synthetic hair. Some wigs come with one, but some don't and if your wig doesn't come with a wig cap, many wrongs were committed because like what if that was your first wig or your dumb ass lost a wig cap like I did and needed a replacement. Speaking of wig caps, I actually wear two of them at once because I have really thick hair, but you can get away with wearing one depending on how your hair is)

Fun fact: The cat I used in some of the photos was my first ever Webkinz that I got when I was seven years old (A whole decade ago S H I T) and her name is Abby :')

But anyway, cosplaying is hella fun and y'all should try it sometime if you haven't because you can literally transform yourself into anyone you want, which is fucking a m a z i n g and my favorite part about cosplaying :')
