This is my story. I haven't reached the end of my journey quite yet... In fact I am just in the middle of it. I would like to share my story for anyone who has been in my situation and is afraid to speak up or needs hope when everything feels hopeless. It helps me to help others! I have been there. For those who have been in the darkest place but still can see light at the end, even a little, I would like to shed some light.

Everything in these stories are 100% true and straight out of my personal journals. Although mental illness and subjects such as child abuse are considered 'taboo' to talk about in today's society, these are very important issues and situations that need to be addressed.

If you are a victim of any form of trauma and anything that may harm you or will make you harm yourself please seek help. I promise you will feel better! Maybe not at first, but eventually!
