Shreya P.O.V.

I've been shifted to Nandu's house though Mom wanted to take me to Indore. I was sleeping on the bed. Nandu came in. I ask him " Can you please take me out ?. I'm bored here." He says " No. I ain't taking you out." I plead " Please. I'll just sit. Please Prince." He gives up and picks me up in his arms and gets me seated in the living room.

Abhijeet bhaiyya comes into the living room with a serious look on his face. Nandu asks " Did anything happen bhaiyya?" Bhaiyya replies" I investigated Shreya's case. I talked with the highway officials and they told me that there was no diversion in that route in the past week." Dushi asks " So that means everything was planned ?" Bhaiyya replies "Yes. It was planned." He turns to me and asks "Shreya, can you recall the facial features of anyone who chased you ? Just try. We need clues and we have none at the moment." I try to recall their faces. I recollect the whole incident. My head starts to ache. I once again try to recollect the incident. I could feel the world around me spinning and the last thing I remember before blanking out is everyone's voices calling out my name.

Daya P.O.V.:

After bhaiyya asked Shreya about the people who chased her, she fainted. Her brain was put under a lot of stress. I carried her to the room. I did panic but I made sure it doesn't show. I laid her down on the bed and sprinkled some water on her face to bring her back to conscious state. After she did, I gave her a tablet and put her to bed. Me and bhaiyya went to the terrace.

Bhaiyya asks " Daya, are you aware of any of Shreya's enemies?" I answer " No bhaiyya , I think it's all business enemies. Outside business, I guess none at all." Bhaiyya says "Whatever it is, we need to tighten the security." I agree and say "Yeah. I don't want to take any further risk. I want Shreya to be safe." Bhaiyya puts his hand on my shoulder and says " I'll take of the security and meanwhile, you take care of Shreya." I leave.

Shreya P.O.V.:

Me and Purvi are waiting for our results. They will be out today. All of us are sitting in living room and the laptop is in my lap. I waited for the mail and alas ! It came. Purvi asks "Bhabhi, did I pass?" I answer "Umm no. You didn't pass." Purvi exclaims "What ? Hell yaar." I say "You topped !!!!" She shouts "Are you serious?" I too shout "Yes !" All of us cheer for her and hug her. Mom then asks me "Shreya, what's your rank ?" I answer "Rank 2 , Mom !!" They then cheer for me and we have a group hug.

I call mom and dad to inform them. But none of them lifted the call. I exclaim " Why aren't these people lifting calls ?" I hear a voice say "Because we're here." I turn to look in the direction from where the voice came and I saw Mom and Dad with everyone else. I try to run to hug them but I then feel a pain in my leg. I wince "Ouch." Nandu comes from the back and helps me sit. He scolds me saying " Can't you take care of yourself ? What was the need to run ? You know you fractured your leg and yet you want to do circus feats. Take care Shreya." I say "When you're there to do that, I don't need to do that." He asks "What if I'm not around?" I ask him back "Why won't you be around me ? I know you will always be with me. I know even if you're not, you'll get to know that I'm not fine because I know are hearts are connected even if we're miles apart and I also know that you'll not let any danger reach me." He asks me "Why do you trust me so much ?" I reply "Because I love you. " We hug.

Mom says "We're putting Shreya in the right hands. I'm so proud that we found Daya for Shreya. " Dad says "I'm also proud but we came here for Shreya but Shreya and Daya are in their own dream land." Bhai says "Angel, if you want to continue being in your dream land, we'll go back to Indore." I shout "No..you guys stay. I'm out of my dream land." I tell them about my rank. They all congratulate me.

Papa says "So let's go out for dinner to celebrate?" Nandu says "Umm. Shreya won't be coming. " Papa says "Oh yeah, I've forgotten about that. Then we'll celebrate at home. " Maa says "Yeah. Better. Everyone give in the menu of what you want. I'll ask the cooks to make 'em. " We all then go sit in the garden. Mom asks "So Shreya and Purvi, when are you planning to start the venture ?" Purvi answers " After 6 months auntie, we want to research and plan everything before starting it." Kajal bhabhi says "That's a good idea. All the best." Both of us thank her.

2 months later :

All I did in these two months is sit on the bed, work on my laptop and chat with people. I got my plasters removed yesterday and it feels great. Nandu didn't let me make a Lot of movement and hence, it was restricted to the house. Me and Purvi sat hours together doing our research. We would start finding a place to open the company in a month. I've also shifted back to my house today.

Today is Raksha Bandhan. Bhai isn't here. He's in Texas for some office work. I am so very upset because this is the first time he's not there for Raksha Bandhan. However, I'm tying Rakhis to Karan and Rishi. Like I've been doing through the years. I've also planned to tie Rakhis to bhaiyya, Rajat and Dushu if they allow me to. I get dressed up and drove to Nandu's house. It felt so good driving after 2 months.

Nandu tightened the security. He installed a tracking machine in my car. He's got me 2 bodyguards who'd stay with me when he's not around. Every nook and corner of my house is filled with guards.

I reached Nandu's house and grabbed the Thali I purchased for Raksha Bandhan. I went in and everyone was already there. Tarika Bhabhi started first. She tied the Rakhi to Rajat. It reminded me of Sachu Bhai. This bought tears to my eyes. Nandu came and stood beside me and said "Sachin bhaiyya wouldn't like to see tears in your eyes." I look at him and he gives a consoling smile.

I went next. I first tied the Rakhi to Karan and Rishi. Karan gave me a lot of chocolates and Rishi gave me World's best sister pillow, mug and keychain. I turn to Rajat, bhaiyya and dushu and ask "Would you mind if I tie a Rakhi to you too 'cause I consider you too as my brothers." All three of them pick a gift up and dushu says "We're waiting. Even the gift is eager to come to you." Rajat says "We too consider you as our sister so we already bought a gift for you." I smile and go tie Rakhis to them. I say "I'm so happy to have made more brothers today. I miss Sachin bhaiyya. If he was here, he'd be so glad that I have many more brothers." Just then Daya brings in a huge gift wrapped box.

I ask him "What's this ?" He replies "Your gift." I exclaim"Mine !?. But I ain't your sister." He says "Is there any rule that on Raksha Bandhan, only a brother is supposed to give a gift to his sister ? As far as I know, no. So I'm giving this gift to the love of my life." He winks saying so. My cheeks being themselves, start to heat up. He says "What are you doing there ? Come and open the gift." I go and unwrap the huge box and open the lid and Sachin bhaiyya popped out and shouts"Surprise!!!" I'm beyond happy after seeing him. I immediatly hug him. He says "Happy Raksha Bandhan behna." I say "Same to you Bhai. But how did come here ? You were in Texas weren't you ?" He replies"I came here by flight and how could I miss Raksha Bandhan?" I bring the Rakhi and tie it. He gives me a pillow on which 'Ek hazzaron main meri behna hai' was written. After my turn was over, Purvi tied it to her brothers followed by Muskaan to Rajat, Dushu and Abhijeet bhaiyya. She was to tie a Rakhi to Nandu too but she was short a Rakhi so she didn't.

Bhaiyya leaves after a few hours as he had to get back to Indore to get the Rakhi tied by Ishu. Me and Nandu go to the terrace and stand leaning to the wall. I say "I missed being here." He says "Me too. We're here after almost 3 months." He then says "You know, I had a dream about us yesterday." I ask "What was it about ?" He replies " We're getting married and then on our first night we kiss and then-" I cut him off "Enough. I've heard enough of it." My cheeks heated up. I covered them with my palms. There was a silence between us for some time until I say "Thanks Nandu." He asks "For what ?" I reply "For the gift you gave to the love of your life." He says "Welcome, but I need a welcome gift." I say "Fine. What do you want?" He points at his lips. I immediatly look down. I know I am blushing. I could feel his stare on me. I look up and we inch closer to each other. My hair was flowing with the wind. He with his hand brushed it and pushed it behind my ear. I could hear our heart beats. My heart was racing. We inched even closer. My hands went on to hold his shoulders and one of his hand cupped my face while the other went on the hold my waist. My grip on his shoulder tightened. My knees fell week. I was blank. I closed my eyes. We were going to have our first kiss. But we heard a voice. We instantly separated and looked back. It was Muskaan. I heard Nandu murmur " Kabab main haddi.(Third wheel) " I let out a small giggle. Muskaan says "I'm sorry to disturb you love birds but everyone is looking for you both." We both go down.

We went down to the garden and both of us sat opposite to each other. Daya pointed at his lips again. I looked down and blushed. Everytime we look at each other, I instantly start blushing with the thought of the terrace incident.
