SAME DAY....

HIS P.O.V.:

I've always been an early riser and there is a reason behind that. I love to workout. So I get to the gym on the 3rd floor and start up with my workout. After sometime there enters bhaiyya - ABHIJEET VADHERA who is a really good brother,husband, father and overall a family man and my sweet Bhabhi - TARIKA VADHERA who is a loving Bhabhi and loves our family a lot and yes she is a quite humourous.."Good morning" they wish me. I wish them back"Good morning bhaiyya and Bhabhi" and they also start their work out.

And soon enters the chota packet bada dhamaka....my 3 year old nephew - ADITYA VADHERA, very naughty yet sweet and is very close to me and he wishes me "Good morning chachu"I'm quite surprised because Adi never comes to the gym. I wish him back "Good morning champ." and then enters Chotu,our small brother- DUSHYANTH VADHERA "Good morning bhaiyyas and bhabhi.What are you doing here ?"and adi replies"Is this your dad's gym ? Why can't I be here ?"and all of us get shocked. And dushu says"Yes...this is my dad's gym." and adi replies with a smirk"If this is your Dad's gym them this is my Grand dad's gym. So I can come here anytime."bhabhi says"There the cat fight goes again." and bhaiyya asks"Adi, Why have you come here ?"adi replies"papa, I bought a new gym equiptment yesterday, so I thought why not come here and do my workout here." all of us with shocked faces ask at once "Gym equiptment ?"champ replies"ha...I bring it."and he goes...

We all continue with our workout and adi enters again with a duffel bag in his hands and says"Here's my equiptment" and I order dushyant "dushu, Open the bag and check."and when dushu was about to open the bag adi says"dushu chachu. Do not touch my bag, it's a very special equiptment. Let me show you."and then adi opens the bag and gets out a newspaper roll rolled into the shape of dumbells and starts his workout and we all laugh and continue with our workout. After a few mins I notice that purvi is missing and I ask "Bhabhi, Where's purvi ?" and she replies"She came late from the farewell party yesterday, she's still sleeping."

After 45 mins,I get back to my room to get ready to office. I take bath and come out to my wardrobe and pick out a blue and white striped full hand shirt a black trouser and a black tie and head down to the dining hall. And then I find my dad - PRADYUMAN VADHERA , a very responsible man, a knowledgeable and experienced man and a guiding light to our family. I greet him "Good morning papa" and even before he wishes me a bubbly girl and the life our house. My sister-PURVI VADHERA, a loving ,bubbly, apple of our eyes comes into the scene to wish my dad "Good morning pops."and dad replies"good morning both of you" and I then hug my sis and wish her"good morning ariel"and she wishes me back. Ariel means god's lion and she is a lion. She loves us...I mean the Vadhera brothers a lot and tarika Bhabhi is her bestie.

And then we get a call from tarika Bhabhi to come to the dining table for breakfast. We all walk towards the dining table where my mom - NIYATI VADHERA ...the best mother and I'm the mamma's boy. We wish each other good morning and continue with our breakfast....and my mom says " Everyone needs to come home early today. Me and your dad have something important to talk with you.." and I reply"Mumma if its important why not share it now."she replies"Not now daya, in the evening." all of us agree to come home early and all of us leave to our work places. I step out of the house and find my silver Porsche Panamera waiting for me. I get in and drive to my office.

I reach my office and as usual everyone get up to wish me. I wish them back and head to my cabin and then I get a call "Good morning Mr.Arora" I say...he wishes me back "Good morning Mr.Vadhera. How are you doing?"he asks. I reply "Great! you?" He replies"I'm good too. By the way I called you to give a good news. Our company is ready to have a linkup with VADHERA INDUSTRIES. Congratualations.."he completes.....I stand up with happiness and reply"Thanks a lot mr.arora. I'm very happy.."he replies"Me too, bye."I reply"bye." I'm very happy because my company worked really hard for this deal...I call my secretary and ask him to assemble everyone in our auditorium and he does so....

I enter the auditorium and go to the podium and say"Good morning employees. I'm really happy today and this is ur success. The deal we have been working for 2 years is in our hands now."and there goes a loud round of applause. I continue " Thanks to all of you for your and yes congragulations. Let's celebrate at lunch in the canteen ! My treat !" and there goes a woohooo. And then I ask them to get back to their work and then we celebrate in the lunch time and at around 5:00 I head home as mom asked me to.

I soon reach home only to find Purvi, Dushu, Mom and dad with adi. I ask my mom "Mom, where are bhaiyya and Bhabhi ?" she replies "They got stuck in traffic. Take a seat I'll get something for you to eat." and then she goes to get us some snacks. After 15 mins bhaiyya and Bhabhi arrive and all of us get seated in the living room and then dad turns towards me and says" DAYA this is mainly for you. We found a proposal for you. The girl has done her studies in the foreign , she is a really good girl and she runs a business." And I say "Papa, but i don't want to get married." and then mom says"Why ? do you love someone." I reply" No mumma but." and then dad says " Daya, would you like to here mine and niyati's love story.?" He askes me. I get shocked and purvi says"papa, yours and mumma's was a love marriage ?" and then dushu asks " Mom, you never told us. Wow." and I see mom blushing...and then dad smiles and looks at me. I say"Yes dad. I'd love to hear."

Dad starts"Love at first sight It was on 26th February 1984. Me, dad and mom went to the prospective bride's home. We reached there and niyati's mom and dad made us take a seat and after some time niyati's dad a.k.a as father in law asked them to bring niyati out. They brought her out and made her sit in front of me. She was very beautiful. It was love at first sight for us and then her dad asked us 'did you like niyati ?' And I nodded in affirmative and then he announced that wedding proposal has been confirmed. But I said that'this is the mistake we do in India..we asked the groom whether he likes the bride but the bride's opinion isn't taken into consideration.' and then my mom asked her. She looked up and said
Ji..I do like him." He ends.

We all go woohoo. And I never realized when I started smiling and I thought maybe I need to meet her. And then mom asks me " Daya, at least decide now. What do you want to do and always remember having a life partner is always a boon and a wedding is done so that we have someone in our with whom you can share every small thing."
And I reply"Okay. I'm ready but where and when ?."I ask them. Tarika Bhabhi replies"You guys will leave tomorrow. You'll go to the malegoan guest house and stay there tomorrow. Then the next morning you'll leave to their guest house for a week. Birth charts have matched. If it's a yes, you'll be engaged in 2-3 days and then we'll return." and then I say with a sigh"So, now I need to pack clothes for a week.."and then purvi says "Bhaiyya,I'll do that for you.."and I reply"Thank you behna(sis)."and then bhaiyya says"I'll be able to come only a day before the engagement." And then tarika Bhabhi says "Me and Abhijeet will come together. You guys go ahead.. "And then everyone agree and we decide that me,dushu and purvi will go by my car and leave early in the morning and mom and dad will leave in the afternoon and will come by another car which the driver will drive.....

Then we all leave to our respective rooms and purvi comes to my room to pack my clothes and say"I'll retire from this work in a few days."and I ask "And why is that so ?" and she replies"Because my bhabhi is coming."And then I slap my forehead realizing how much effect my wedding has on everyone. And then dushu enters the scene and says "Purvi, you're going to get retired from the house itself." and that's because my sis is gonna get married to her fiancé,my best frined and my business partner RAJAT GUPTA who is also bhabhi's brother. My sister replies "Shut up Dushu. why don't you move your ass off here and do your packing."and both have them a cute argument as usual and alas they leave my room.

Then I call Rajat "Hey rajat."he replies "Hey daya !! Heard that you're getting married." and then I say with a sigh"Oh ! So Purvi already leaked it." And he replies"Yes, shall I tag along?" and then I say"Obviously. That's the reason I called you." And the he asks"Oh. So called for a work. I was actually thinking that how come you called me. Just kidding but who's going to take care of the office?"I reply"aree yaar. I'll put someone in charge and we'll check the progress there."and he says "Daya, welcome to mine and abhijeet bhaiyya's world." and I say"Rajat I Ain't married yet. Infact the proposal hasn't been confirmed." and he says"It will get soon. By the way, what is bhabhi's name ?" he asks me and I then realize that I don't even know her name and I reply"God knows. Anyway I'll get to know tomorrow or the day after."And then we talk for some more time and then we decide that even rajat will come with us in the morning. And then I sleep of waiting for a new day in my life.

Will Shreya and daya accept each other as life partners ?
