"If I end up winning the marathon, will it get you to reconsider?" Jimin asked again when he said nothing.

"First think of how you will win the race. You aren't Jimoon and am sure you don't even know the basics in joining a marathon" he said crossing his arm on his chest.

"Well if I set my mind to it, I can definitely achieve it" Jimin said trying to assure himself.

"If you succeed in winning then I will believe that pigs do fly. If you have nothing else to say, I need to go for lunch" Taehyung said stopping whatever attempt he tried in getting him to listen to Jimin.

Jimin stood watching him go, what's he gonna do now? He thought ruffling his hair in frustration.

~ CAFETERIA ~ .

"What should we eat guys?" Suga asked as they went to get their tray to be served lunch.

"Anything as long as it's food cause am starving" Lisa replied.

"But you just finished eating the burgers I couldn't finish a while ago" Jin said to Suga who let out a scoff.

"Burgers aren't food but snacks" Lisa replied while Jimin who had been silently getting his food noticed Taehyung and his friends seating at a table.

His face lighten up when he thought of a plan.

"Come along guys" He said to his three friends who followed him to the boys table.

Jimin sat on the empty seat beside Taehyung while the others sat else where except for Lisa.

"Why are we sharing a seat with them?" Lisa asked.

"I thought it might be fun" Jimin replied pulling her to seat beside Hoseok who she hates.

"But we don't think it's fun" Taehyung said to him knowing what he's up to.

"Don't say that! It might not be fun for you but it is for me" Namjoon said winking at Suga who blushed in return.

"Since they have joined us, what should we talk about?" Namjoon asked.

"Why should we change our discussion just because they showed up?" Hoseok asked glaring at Lisa.

"Just so you know am least interested in what you guys are talking about " Lisa said starring at Hoseok.

"But you should be since it has to do with the sport festival" Taehyung said to Lisa.

"So as we were saying, I will participate in the hundred metre race " Hoseok said.

"While I participate in the three legged race" Namjoon chip in.

"Aren't you ever going to change, you keep participating in that three legged thing all the time and it ends with a fight" Hoseok said to Namjoon who shrugged in reply.

"How does that end up in a fight?" Suga spoke out.

"Due to my personality, girls boys tend to flock around me which leads them into fighting amongst themselves in who to perform the three legged race with me but I promise that I will pick someone before any fight ensue amongst every one" Namjoon vowed looking sheepish before he turned to Suga.

"What do you think? Will you do the three legged race with me" he said which got Suga feeling excited.

"Don't listen to him Suga, he's only going to make a fool of you" Lisa said while Hoseok turned to her.

"Why don't we think of some thing for her to do? " He asked.

"Am not interested in doing a....."

"Why don't we make her queen of team Alpha?" Hoseok suggested aloud while every one stared at him even Lisa.

"What? Are you looking down on her because of the way she dress?  An ugly duckling can certainly be turned in to a swan" Hoseok said defending his point.

"But still, the Queen the other team will certainly choose will be more....how should I put it" Namjoon muttered starring at Lisa's baggy top and trouser.

"I will do it" Lisa said which got every one starring at her including Hoseok who had made the offer.

"What did you say?" Jin spoke for the first time.

"I said I will take the position of our team's Queen. Just like Hoseok said every ugly duckling can certainly be turned into a swan and I will make sure I look like a swan that day" She said glaring at Hoseok daring him to say some thing which he never did.

"Since that is settled, I...."

"We still haven't settled the marathon, we've got two girls from other class who have agreed in doing it but then we....."

"I will do it!" Jimin said cutting Hoseok off while Taehyung stared at him.

"But you said you weren't going to do it" Namjoon spoke eating his beef.

"I changed my mind, now more than ever I really wanna join the marathon " He replied with determination while also starring at Taehyung.

"You really don't give up right?" Taehyung murmured beside him while he spooned the beef stew into his mouth clumsily leaving some stain on his lips.

Seeing this Jimin picked up a tissue and moving towards him, he help him wipe the stain off his lips while the others watch.

"You should know by now that I don't give up" he replied wiping the stain off his lips giving Taehyung a better view of his lovely face.

Taehyung who felt startled by his action sat still watching him, he couldn't deny that Jimin had lovely eyes and his scent, his scent was mesmerizing and ......what's he doing? He thought even as he pushed Jimin's hand away.

"What is going on between you two?" Namjoon asked.

"Are you perhaps dating?" Hoseok added which got Taehyung coughing.

"Of course not" he replied while Jimin kept enjoying his beef soup not saying anything.

None of them noticed Jungkook and Wu who were also present in the cafeteria watching them.

"Do you think some thing is going on between Jimoon and your brother?" Wu asked Jungkook.

"I doubt it" Jungkook replied his gaze solely on Jimin and Taehyung.......

< JIMOON'S HOME ~ GYM >

Jimin was in the gym working out when Wu came to join him.

"Preparing for the marathon? I suggest you don't cause you're gonna lose" He said watching Jimin who kept running on the running machine.

"If you are here to annoy me, I suggest you don't but instead you can help me watch the time" Jimin said while Wu sent him a glare.

"I just came to ask you about some thing" Wu said moving towards the machine.

"What's going on between you and Taehyung?" He asked.

"Nothing" Jimin replied his focus on what's he is doing.

"But you two seemed intimate during lunch today? Are you perhaps dating?" Wu asked and that got Jimin stopping the machine.

"Why are you asking?" Jimin asked in return.

"Am just curious" Wu replied.

"Then you might as well go and ask Taehyung. Since you are dating his brother, he will gladly tell you about it. Am very busy " Jimin said taking his face towel before leaving the gym.

A while later Jimin was on the phone trying to call Carmen, hoping that some how she will get a reply when he lost his footing and ended up falling down the stairs.

Jimin clutch on his right foot since it sprained during his fall but apart from that, he had no other injury which got him feeling relieved.

Getting a ice pack will help relieve his foot pain, he thought even as he went to the kitchen.

< NEXT DAY ~ HOSPITAL>

"Your foot is sprained, you've got to rest it for some few weeks" the doctor told Jimin.

"Few weeks? But I will be participating in a marathon this Friday" he said.

"Then you've got to quit it " he replied which got Jimin thinking about the deal he made with Taehyung.

"I can't possibly quit " he said.

"If you don't want to end up as a cripple, I suggest you follow my advise. These are some drugs you can get to relieve the pain and remember not to stress your foot " the doctor said even as he left his office.

He had woken up to feel his foot hurting like crazy and so he had called up his friends to tell them that he will be late to school and was only expecting some sort of drug to lessen his pain in the hospital but he ended up receiving this news instead, he thought as he kept limping.

He was heading to the nurse office when he saw Jungkook walk by.

"What's he doing here?" He murmured to himself and was still watching him when he noticed that he was following Taehyung.

What would Taehyung be doing in the hospital and why would Jungkook be quietly following him?

Quickly he pulled out his phone and made a call to Taehyung.

"You've got to leave the hospital, you are being followed by Jungkook"

"Uh? How on earth is that possi....."

"Just do as I say and you will lose him" he said cutting him off.

A while later, he stood at the back entrance of the hospital waiting for Taehyung to show up which he did and quickly he pulled him to hide behind a wall.

Jungkook came out a while later and not seeing any one, he went back into the hospital.

"That was a close one" he murmured before glaring at Taehyung.

"What are you even doing here?" Jimin yelled at him.

"Trying to make sure am correct" he replied even as he stared at the spoon which he had wrapped up in a nylon.

"Whose cutlery are those?" He asked already knowing the answer he would give.

"What do you think?"

"Are you going to keep up with this?" He asked feeling frustrated.

"Yes. The only thing I have to prove that you are not Jimoon is my words and so I want to have a concrete evidence and the only way I can achieve that is by getting a DNA of you and Jimoon's mom" he replied.

"You really are frustrating me. Why can't you just stay quiet until the race is over!"

"This is important to me. I know I might seem like a thief and a liar to you and believe me when I say I also feel that way but you should try to give me a chance too"

"Why aren't you telling me the important part? Why aren't you telling me where the real Jimoon is and why you are pretending to be him? " He demanded in return.

"I already told you, I can't tell you because I made a promise to some one. The person isn't around or else I would have gotten her permission to tell you about it and....."

"I suggest you stop it! If you really are doing it for a good cause like you claim then you will be honest with me and since you can't do that, I can't keep your secret too" he added before walking off.

Not wanting things to end this way, Jimin chased him till he caught up with him in front of the hospital where he had his bike parked.

"You are being mean!" He yelled at him.

"This isn't me being mean, it's me....."

"It's you being the good observer, I know but you are starting to become a nosy person" he yelled again.

"Me! A nosy person?" He asked in surprise.

"If you aren't being nosy then why do you keep on butting in? Why aren't you giving me the chance I ask for?" Jimin asked.

"That's because I......"

"What's going on here?" A voice asked and that got them turning only to see........
