"Oohh..so you got to know about me?"Rehana asked.

Ananya just nodded her head in a yes while tears are continuously flowing from her eyes. Ananya started moving towards Rehana's bed but Rehana's next words made her stop in her track.

"Stay away from me you bitch, I very well know your intentions of coming here" Rehana said angrily.

"Rehana , I came here to meet you ", Ananya said.

" I very well know your intention of meeting me, I know you want to laugh at me and say that see I got your Armaan , I know as soon as I will die you will give your shoulder to Armaan for crying and will take fake care of Amaira. You will portray that you are very sad from my demise but will stay strong and make other to forget me. I will never let that happen. I will never let Armaan marry you or anyone else. He was and will always be mine", Rehana said angrily.

"No Rehana, I don't have such intentions, you misunderstood me that day and today again you are misunderstanding me", Ananya tried  to defend herself.

Rehana started laughing at these.

"I misunderstood you that day seriously?", Rehana asked.

"Ok , I agreed that I misunderstood you but tell me one thing don't you have any feelings for Armaan?  Tell me he is not the reason behind you not getting married till now?", Rehana asked.

Ananya didn't speak anything as she can never lie.

"I got my answer from your silence and now I am sure this is only the reason for your arrival here. Just get out of here bitch and remember one thing Armaan is and will always be mine and only mine", Rehana yelled at Ananya and got unconcious.

"Rehana get up , Rehana.."Ananya tried to wake Rehana but she Is not responding.

Ananya then called Rehana's parents. Armaan  also came inside the room as he has just arrived in the house and he heared someone screaming from Rehana's room. Armaan has gone to hospital as today at 2 they were going to take Rehana to hospital for surgery.

Ambulance is been called and they all took Rehana to hospital. Rehana's surgery started in no time. All are praying for her well being.

"How did she get unconcious mom ", Armaan asked Rehana's mom.

"I don't know beta, Ananya was talking to Rehana and Rehana was screaming at Ananya but I couldn't hear anything clear", Rehana's mom said.

Armaan came near Ananya and holded her wrist in a tight grip. His grip is so tight that it is sure that Ananya will have fingerprints of Armaan.

"I don't care what you talked with her but if something happens to her Ananya I will never forgive you", Armaan said angrily.

Ananya didn't say anything. She is just crying from the time she meet Rehana. It has almost been 4 hours and still their is no news of Rehana.

After an hour doctors came out of the operation theatre. All of them gathered towards the doctor.

"I am sorry , but the patient is no more", doctor informed them with dissapointment.

Rehana's mother fell down with a thud on her knees. Rehana's father is holding his wife and trying to console her. Armaan and Ananya are standing at the place without any movement. Both of them couldn't believe what they have just heared.

Rehana's parents and Armaan went inside the room and are looking at Rehana. Ananya also gained her strength and opened the gate of the room.

"Don't you dare enter this room", Armaan yelled angrily.

"Armaan..", Ananya tried to say.

"Ananya go from here", Armaan said.

"Please Armaan let me see her once", Ananya pleaded crying.

"Didn't you hear Ananya, just go from here before I do something which I regret doing", Rehana's mom said.

"Aunty please. .", Ananya whined.

Armaan lost his cool and screamed at Ananya.

"It is because of you that Rehana left me and went. If you didn't come here today she would be with us. It was her surgery today and doctor has told us to keep her happy before her surgery but you ruined everything." I Hate you" Ananya Mehta. You are the cause of her death and I will never forgive you" Armaan shouted.

Ananya is stunned listening to this. She couldn't believe what she heared just now. She is the reason behind her best friend's death. She ran away from the room and with full speed she drove her car. Tears are continously flowing from her eyes and her vision is geeting blur but it is not her concerned.

She reached her home and directly went to her room. She took her bag out from the cupboard and started packing her things. She then booked her tickets of next flight which is luckily after 2 hours. She then went to the living room. Her mother and sister who were talking something saw her and are stunned seeing her with her bags.

"Ananya where are you going?" Her mother asked shocked. 

"Mom , I am going back and please inform dad as well", Ananya said trying to hide her tears.

"What ? But you were going on sunday na then? And what happened at Rehana's place? Your misunderstandings got clear right?" Her mother asked with a smile.

Ananya's face lost its clear as she remembered the incidence happened from morning.

"Mom she is dead", Ananya said and tried moving towards the gate.

Simran and Ananya's mom were stunned hearing this but when they saw Ananya going they tried to stop her.

"Ananya please wait beta, don't go like this", Ananya's mom said holding Ananya's hand with tears in her eyes.

"Please di, don't go like this", Simran said.

Ananya didn't stop. Ananya's dad who heared everything spoke for the first time.

"Let her go", he said with authority which didn't leave any chance for argument.

"Come Ananya I will drop you to airport", her dad said.

Ananya just nodded her head and went and sat inside the car. Her mom and sister also went along to drop her. After reaching airport Ananya hugged her parents and sister and went inside the airport.

"Why did you let her go? You didn't see her condition? If something happens to her then?" Ananya's mother asked to her husband crying.

"What do you think I don't card about my daughter? I do care about her , so only I told her to go because If she stays here then she will only remember the things which happend today so it's better she indulge herself in her work and stay away from here", Ananya's father said.

"But who will take care of her there", Ananya's mother asked.

"Karan", Simran replied from the back seat.

Ananya's parents looked at Simran.

"And why will he take care of her? And how will he know that Ananya is back to Mumbai? I am sure Ananya will never tell anyone that she is suffering" Ananya's mom said with concern.

"I will tell him about di returning back and will also tell him to take care of di", Simran said.

"But how will you do that", her dad asked.

"I have karan's number. I took it from di", Simran said.

"Ok", her dad said.

Simran then called Karan. Karan who was going to a meeting saw his mobile ringing. Seeing an unknown number he thought of rejecting it but then his gut feeling said that he should take it.

"Hellow", karan said.

"Hellow", Simran said.

"May I know who is this?"karan asked.

"I am Simran . Ananya Mehta sister", Simran replied.

"Is Ananya ok?", karan asked concerned.

"No she is not ok so only I called you. Can you please go to airport and receive her as her flight is in next 15 minutes and she will be there in 2 hours. She is mentally disturbed so please be with her", Simran said.

"I have an important meeting so I can't go to receive her but don't worry as soon as I will finish my meeting I will go to her place", karan replied.

Simran said ok. Karan had told Simran and her parents not to take tension as he will take care of Ananya.

Ananya reached Mumbai airport by 9 and went to her apartment. After keeping her bags she went in the bathroom and stood under tge cold shower. She is standing there like a statue.

Karan finished his meeting by 9:30 and taking his car he drove as fast as he could to Ananya's apartment. Throughout the meeting he was thinking about Ananya.  He wants to reach Ananya as soon as possible.

Karan is continously ringing the bell from past 10 minutes but Ananya is not opening the door of her home. Karan got scared and was going to break the door when Ananya opened the door . Karan gasped looking at Ananya's condition , she is  drenched from head to toe. Karan took Ananya in his arms and hugged her tight but Ananya stood like a statue.  Karan closed the door of the apartment and took Ananya to her room.

"Ananya change your clothes , I am waiting here", karan said.

Ananya didn't respond so karan shakes Ananya.

"Ananya please listen to me and change your clothes", karan shouted which gained Ananya's attention.

She took her clothes from the cupboard and went towards the bathroom. Meanwhile karan called Simran and informed her that Ananya reached home safely and he is with her so they should not take tension.

Karan very well know that Ananya didn't have anything so he ordered   food from the restaurant.

Ananya came back after changing and sat beside karan.

"Ananya are you ok?" Karan asked.

Ananya just nodded her head. Karan looked at Ananya's condition and took her in his arms. Ananya started sobbing in karan's arms. Karan didn't try to stop her from crying. He let her cry as much as she wants. It is better to cry and take the things out then holding them in your heart.

After sometimes when Ananya stopped crying karan wiped her tears and kissed her on her forhead. The door bell rang so karan went at the door and took the parcel and after paying he went inside the kitchen and bought two plates for serving to the living room.

"Karan , I am not hungry", Ananya said.

"Ok then I will keep it in kitchen and come" karan said while getting up from the couch.

Ananya stopped him and told him to have the food.

"Even I am not hungry", karan said.

Ananya know karan is hungry but because she is not having her dinner even he is saying no. She then took the plates from him and served both of them. Karan just smiled at this. They both had there dinner in silence.

After dinner karan washed the dishes and made Ananya sit in her room. Today will be a long night for them as Ananya will tell everything to karan which she has never told to anyone. Today she will reveal the reason behind her misunderstanding with her best friend and even her reasons of not loving again...
