Nehi kuch nehi.......(I chipped and he dashed inside the washroom taking his casuals) I was rubbing my back on the window frame........my hands were reaching there automatically but I was controlling my hands not to do so. Mein apni mehendi ko kharaf nehi kar sakti.......meanwhile he came back and asked me the same question......

 wo p...pith mein kuch chub rahi hei (I said lowering my gaze)

Oh............ mein Arpita sei kehta hun madat kar degi (He was about to go)

Usnei bhi mehendi lagayi hei (I said in a go and he glanced at me .......I lowered my gaze again)

Hmm......uski mum.....

sari ladies nei mehendi lagaya hei.....(I said again gazing the floor)

I turned towards her and saw that she is still rubbing her back on the edge of the window. I sighed and marched towards her and she stopped doing that at once.

Ghumo 

haan? (she chipped and I turned her myself so that now her back was facing me)

I placed her long black silky hair to one side and started opening the strings of her blouse and can feel that she shivered as soon as I touched the center of her back. 

Chiti hei (I said removing the little ant from her back) aur jal raha hei? I asked looking at the little swollen wound.

Nehi (she whispered.....I know she must be shy.)

Hmm.....I tied her strings back and she relaxed.........

He turned me and now my back was facing him. I felt ticklish when he removed my long hair from my back and placed that to one side. I felt ticklish as soon as his fingers got brushed on my back. In nervousness my hands were going towards my mouth automatically but I pulled that back thinking about my mehendi. Suddenly I felt him opening the strings of my blouse and my cheeks got warm as soon as he touched there which was itching.  He said that it was an ant but my mind was flooded with numerous thoughts. I was sweating by now feeling him so close to me and shy thinking that he is witnessing my bare back. After sometime he tied the strings and I relaxed.

After dinner we went back to our room. I was confused about whether I will sleep beside her or some where else. Without thinking too much I decided to ask.

Mmm......S.....Sany.....Sanyukta.....(she glanced at me innocently) wo mein couch mein so jata hun....(she looked at me for sometime and left for the washroom without saying anything)

She didn't stop me to sleep on the couch. It means she doesn't want to share the bed with me. Why she will do that? It's been 3 years we are away from each other. (I smiled sadly) she will definitely feel uncomfortable.

I was sad. He called me Sanyukta and wants to sleep on the couch. Itni parayi ho gayi mei? I was crying inside the loo. Jo thodi hope thi kei haam fir sath hongei ajj wo bhi chali gayi. I wiped my tears and washed my hands. The mehendi was darker then I thought. I blushed thinking that my husband loves me a lot. But my smile vanished as soon as I remembered what happened  a while back. After changing into my night gown I entered inside our room and found him sleeping on that uncomfortable couch. He was just tossing and turning.

Baat karun ussey? (I thought) nehi....(I shook my head and settled my self on the bed) 

Sleep was far away from my eyes. I was thinking about my destiny. It was going well in between us. We were happy in our marital life. Don't know what happened to my Rannu that he decided to break our relationship. But now destiny has given me another opportunity. I will try my level best to mend everything. My chain of thoughts came to an end by a sound. I sat straight and saw that my Rannu is winching on the floor.

Rannu....(I rushed towards him and helped him to stand up) thik ho? (rubbing his back)

Haan.....wo girgaya couch sei....(he was a bit embarrassed)

Tum chalo bed pei so jao....(He looked at me in a manner as if I am an alien) kya? iss couch pei jagah nehi hei proper. chalo.....(I made him lay on the bed and covered him with the quilt)

After sometime I joined him. We were sharing a warm eye lock with a sweet smile playing on my lips.

One hour passed since we joined the bed but both of us are awake. I am not feeling sleepy. It was like something is missing. Or may be it's because I am sleeping beside her. She turned towards me and smiled.

Nind nehi aa rahi? (I asked and she nodded a no)

Tumhe? (I too said a no)

After sometime of silence...

Story sunoge? (she asked and I can predict she is crying inside)

Tum sunaogi (it came as a mere whisper and my eyes welled up)

Instead of answering my question she hugged me placing her head on my chest and wrapping my waist with both of her arms. I too caged her and we remained in that position absorbing each other's warmth. Don't know about her but I was feeling heavenly.
