.AFTER TWO YEARS.

Atharva's pov:

It's been two years since she left me
Now I'm the atharva Raichand again back to how i used to live but now my heart is not at peace anymore

I fucking miss her every second i don't know where is she, my team is still searching for her and still they didn't find anything
I just hope wherever she is, she is safe

And i know i don't deserve her
It's all because of me i wish i didn't let her go

"Mr.Raichand" i turned to see Layla
"They are waiting for you, the meeting is in five minutes" she said i nodded she left

It's become my routine now,in these two years i buried myself in work so much so that i won't think about her
But like always my mind and my soul is always occupied by her

No matter how many people around me my heart just crave for her

And after an hour the meeting was over
I closed my eyes feeling tired and suddenly a noise made me open my eyes to see yeah obviously them

"Here's our workaholic" Xavier said
"Hey buddy,how are you" veer said hugging me i hugged him back
"I was fine until these two Barged in" i mumbled they glared at me
"He didn't even wished me" Rahul whined wiping his fake tear

"Yeah today's that ungrateful day" veer said
"Atleast stop bullying me on my birthday" Rahul glared at him
I broke into laughter they also joined me
These three looked at me like i grown two heads i stopped laughing and looked at them

"What" i said still smiling
"It's been two years since we saw you laugh like this" they muttered my smile dropped
"Anyways leave it, happy Birthday Rahul" i said hugging him he gave me his big smile

"Where's is my gift" he asked i gave him the keys from my jacket he looked at them with wide eye
"No way, is this the car i wanted" he said i nodded he squealed
"Stop behaving like a girl" i said
"You are the best thank you" he screamed and hugged me and kissed my cheek wtf
"Eww idiot" i shouted as he ran with Xavier behind him

"This man will always be like this" i said shaking my head veer Chuckled
"So how are you" he asked
"What do you mean" i asked confused

"Are you really fine" he asked
"Yeah i am" i whispered
"You know, you can't lie to me"
"You became a workaholic again like you used to,but the difference is you don't feel anything anymore" he said i signed

"I can't forget her no matter what" i said
"I know buddy, i miss her to" he said
"It's all my fault isn't it" i asked
"You did what you had to do sometimes we will do anything for the people we love so that they can be safe"he whispered

"I still have the hope, one day you both will be together again" he said i gave him a small smile hopefully if God have some mercy on me maybe it'll happen again

"Well Aunt Elena called me, because you are always busy and you ignoring her calls" he said i signed this woman
"I'm tired,she always go to the same topic she even sent how many girls to my office i don't know" i said frustrated

"I'm tired of telling her i don't want to marry"
"Because i always loved one person and I'll always love her" i whispered
"I know atharva, but please at least go and meet her she misses you so much" he said
"Okay fine i will" i said and signed

Arohi's pov:

"I love you arohi" he whispered looking into my eyes i smiled and closed my eyes while he was stroking my cheek

"Arohi baby wake up" i opened my eyes as i woke up with a jerk i gasped for air it's just a dream a dream i chanted to myself wiping the sweat on my face

"Arohi" i looked at the door and went near it as jopened the door she saw me she smiled and hugged me i also hugged her and kissed her cheek

"Good morning" she smiled
"Good morning mama" i said
"Go and freshup, I'll arrange the breakfast your dad is waiting for you downstairs" she said i nodded as she left i closed the door

After taking off my clothes i went to shower
I stand under the shower closing my eyes as all the memories hit me again

Even it's has been two years i see him in my dream everyday why it still hurts
These two years changed me alot I'm not that girl I was anymore

I turned off the shower after wearing my clothes i looked at myself in the mirror
Feeling proud of myself for not giving up

No matter what life throw at us, god is always with you and you will stand up again

After putting some make-up my eyes fell on the pendant on my neck i held it as i remembered his words

"Promise me you'll never take it off"
He whispered i smiled and nodded
"I promise" i said

No what am I doing i ignored my thoughts

And went downstairs a smile spread on my face as i looked at them
"Good morning dad" i said hugging him
"Good morning sweetheart" he said i grinned and sat beside him while mama was serving us breakfast

"I told her not to wake you, but did she ever listened to me" he scoffed i chuckled while mama glared at us
"Yeah spoil your daughter more, i know she is your daughter more than mine" she said

"God stop arguing you two,i love you both"
I said they smiled while i was eating my pancakes

And i still think about the accident that happened to me on the night otherwise i wouldn't have meet these two
"What are you thinking" mama asked me

"Im glad that the accident happened, because of that i got you two" i said
"We are lucky that we got a daughter like you, and stop talking about that accident
you are our daughter and you'll always be no matter what" dad said i smiled i wiped the tear which left from my eyes

"Ah see you made her cry" mom scolded him i chuckled shaking my head
"I love you both so much" i whispered
"We love you to baby, you are the best gift that God gave us" mama said hugging me
now they are also in tears

"Okay enough don't cry, dad you forgot about the meeting" i said he nodded
"Oh my god yes let's go" he said and got up i also got up before we go
"Bye" we said to her and kissed her cheek
"Take care and come home soon" she said

They are the reason I'm living God gave me another reason to live and this is the beginning of my new life
