As the sunlight hit my face i groaned and slowly opened my eyes everything was blur and i didn't know but something felt odd

"Fuck" i cursed as i sat up the room spinned i held my head in my hands it's freaking paining oh god

What happened to me

As i tried to recall one after one then everything clicked my eyes widened fuck fuck

The ball the shooting hospital shit my eyes fell on my hand it was wrapped in a cloth

And last night event's appeared in my mind

"You can't leave me" i whispered a tear fell from my eye as i looked at him the man i looked up to all my life

He is the reason I'm here now i am nothing without him
"Boss don't worry he'll be fine" Marco said "He has to" i said

Hours went i was sitting in the same spot looking at the blank wall infront me

"Mr.raichand" as i heard the voice i looked up
"He is ok now but he needs to rest you can meet him tomorrow" he said i nodded

"Thank you Doctor" i said and left after looking at him one last time
"Wake up soon" i whispered

I turned to marco and looked at hin
"Let's go, I want to see that bastard" i said he nodded

As we reached i went straight to the person whom i want to see rage filled my viens as i looked at him

"Open the lock" i said they looked at me hesitated
"Open" they flinched and opened the door hurriedly and i rushed towards him

"You piece of shit" i gritted as i punched him in the face as he fell down

"You thought you can kill us that easily" i hissed he looked at me confused

"What are you talking about" he said
"Don't fucking play with me leo" i snapped

"Raichand i really don't know what are you talking about" he said still holding his jaw
"Your men came to us how dare you" i hissed

"They are not my men i didn't send anybody you thought I'll do all this when I'm still behind the bars" he shouted

"I swear if i got to know its you I'll fucking kill you with my bare hands" i said and the fear appeared in his face

With final warning i left from there.

Fuck if it's not leo who's it i was still in my thoughts as Marco started driving i took the bottle from the front seat and started drinking

"Boss you are drinking too much" he whispered i glared at him and he shut his mouth

All the scenarios appeared in my mind who could it be who wants to ruin us
I gripped the glass and it crushed in my hands

As the glass struck in my skin blood started flowing and i didn't felt pain it was satisfying

My jaw clenched as i remembered how i yelled at her i was not in my senses and how much hurt she felt

Still she cared about me i didn't mean what i said to her i said all that shit in drunken state

Still i have to apologize to her now
She didn't deserve this

I got up from the bed and went downstairs and the house was filled with silence

"Arohi Arohi" i Shouted as i searched for her

"Woah,clam down my boy what happened" Martha said
"Where is she Martha" i asked her

"She didn't told you she said that she has to go somewhere and it's very important" she said my heart dropped

"Oh i forgot here is the medicine she said you're having a headache last night" she said placing the medicine in my hand

The guilt was suffocating me now

My heart titened at the thought that she don't wanna see me but still she cares for me

Yeah i understand i was being an asshole

"Is something happened between you two" Martha asked i shook my head "It's nothing" i said

Then i went to shower and got ready as i have to go to office i called her of course she didn't answer it

As i went downstairs Martha was arranging the plates as she looked at me

"Atharava Breakfast" she said
"I'm not hungry" i said and left

Soon i reached Raichand's ignoring everyone i went straight to my cabin

"Ana" i called for her but she is nowhere i frowned

"Layla" i shouted and the next moment she is infront of me

"Where is ms.williams" i asked her
"Sir she didn't came office today" she whispered i nodded
"You can go" i said as she left

Then i called ana and she picked thank God

"Mr.Raichand" she said as i heard some voices in the background

"You didn't came to office today" i asked
"Today is an important day for me and i sent you an email" she said

"Oh i didn't check it's ok" i whispered then suddenly i heard a laugh which my heart beat raised

"Noah you'll fall slow down" she laughed
"Is Arohi with you" i instantly asked

"Mr. Raichand i thought she told you
Yes she is with me and she said she is going to stay with me for few days" she said and my heart dropped
"Ok bye" i said and hang up

Fuck few days and she didn't even bother to tell me how i am gonna stay without her

Yeah you are the one who yelled at her you thought she is gonna talk to you seriously
my mind mocked

The door suddenly opened to see my best friends obviously

"Come on we have a meeting in five minutes" Veer said i nodded
"Yeah" i signed and got up and went with them

The meeting was going on only my body was present there my mind was still wandering in her thoughts

"Atharva" I came from my thoughts i looked up
"Huh" I said everybody were looking at me

"Shall we finalize the deal" veer asked beside me i nodded
"Yeah sure" I said and everyone smiled i took a deep breath

"Are you okay" veer whispered i nodded and didn't talk anything

Soon the day ended as i went to home silence greeted me today i don't know why this is not feeling like home anymore

I poured a glass of whisky and gulped it and couldn't stop the guilt and anger that flowed in me
The absence of her mocked me reminding of my actions and i deeply regret it

I Guess this is my punishment.
