"C'mon, Lu-chan! You gotta start getting ready!" Blue haired girl whined as she tugged on blondes arm.

"I will, I will.. gimme five more minutes.." She yawned and covered herself with soft blanket.

"You've been in bed the whole day, doing nothing but eating ice cream and watching sad movies! It's five already, Natsu will come in two hours!" She cried out and pulled the blanked off the blonde.

"Tch. I hate you." She got up and headed towards the bathroom.

"You love me, now go, go, go!"

After few minutes she walked out with nothing but a towel covering her.

"What are you going to wear?" Levy asked while peeking behind Lucy into her closet.

"I dunno. I don't really care, either. I might as well go in sweatpants.." she chuckled to which Levy frowned.

"Definitely not. Wear this." She picked up a dress. It was long till mid thighs, and black with few red lines.

"No, I wore that on my dates with Gray." She pouted.

"This one?"

"No"

"This one?"

"Nope"

"Alright, how about this one?"

"Nah"

"You're getting on my nerves, Lu-chan."

"I know." She grinned.

"Then I might as well give you your birthday present early. I got this for you yesterday when you were in the other store. I just gotta go pick it up from my car, I'll be right back." And then she ran off, leaving the blonde stunned.

It didn't take long before Levy returned into the apartment and showed a bag to Lucy.

"Woah! Levy-chan, it's so pretty! But don't you think it's too much for just a dinner?" Blonde asked, a bit skeptical.

"Of course not, it's absolutely perfect!"

"Okay, thank you bestie.." Lucy bent down a bit to embrace her friend as a thank you.

Lucy still wasn't over Gray, no, not even close. He was the main thought of her day and it was like a habit to think about him, but she knew she had to get over him, for her own sake.

And not only did she lose a boyfriend that night, she lost her best friend too. She thought she could trust them both with her life, obviously, she was wrong.

"Lu-chan! He's here!!" Levy whisper-yelled and began jumping up and down in excitement. Blonde shushed her down and proceeded to open the door.

When her hand reached to the door knob and cracked the wooden door open, her brown orbs spotted Natsu in black suit and a red tie. He looked like a main character from a teen romance movie. The one every girl would fangirl over.

"You look pretty.." he chuckled nervously and scratched the back of his head.

"So do you." Lucy smiled as they walked out, blonde waved Levy goodbye before leaving.

"Where are we going exactly?" Blonde asked.

"I didn't want to be cliche with our dinner, so we're gonna have some fun, how does that sound?"

"Sounds perfect." Lucy smiled and waited for their arrival.

And soon, they did. Blonde didn't even need to step out of the car to be amazed. She could barely believe Natsu took her to an amusement park.

"You're joking!" She laughed.

"N-No, why?" He felt a bit embarrassed by her question.

"This is amazing, Natsu!" She cheered as she grabbed his hand and they walked in.

They too all kinds of rides, from roller coasters to the boat rides.

Lastly, before their date came to an end, Lucy wanted to try one more game. The shooting game.

"How much is one try, old man?" Natsu asked the owner of the game as his head raised up.

"It's 100 jewels, young man." The boy payed up as the man gave Lucy three balls.

She missed on her first try.

Took two cups out of ten on her second try.

"It's always nice to see people in love around here.." the owner commented which took Lucy completely off guard and the ball flew few meters away from her target.

"W-We're not a couple!" Blonde defended as her face flustered.

"Right, my mistake."

"Gimme those balls, I'll show you how it's done." He cockily provoked the blonde as she smirked.

"Oh, really? I'd like to see that." She teased back, just as cocky.

The man gave Natsu the balls.

"Let's make this interesting. If I take down all of those cups with one try, you have to buy me whatever I want."

"And if you don't?"

"Same goes for you, I'll buy you whatever you want me to."

"Fair enough, shoot." Blonde agreed on their bet and turned to watch his throw.

Natsu did some weird poses to warm up and he was soon ready. He pulled his arm back and swung. The ball flew right towards the middle and it looked like he was going to win the bet.

The ball connected with the cups and all of them fell down, except for one.

Lucy covered her mouth and tried her hardest not to laugh out loud.

"Yeah, yeah, laugh all you want. I so thought I'd get that.." he whispered the last part to himself as they walked away; well, he was dragged away by Lucy.

"I want some chocolate!"

"Yes, ma'am!"

"I want a teddy bear!"

"Okay!"

"What about that cute little puppy?"

"Huh?"

"I'm kidding. But I still want that hot dog you promised." She commanded as the boy ran off to get her staff.

He came back shortly after with it in his hand. He huffed while resting his hands on his knees.

"Perfect, now here, you can have them." She handed him the chocolates as his face held confusion.

"How come? I bought you that."

"Well you deserve something from here, I don't wanna seem spoiled." She smiled warmly at him while handing him the box.

"Thanks, Luce.."

"Luce..?"

"Well yeah, I wanted to give you a nickname."

"I like it!" She smiled and stuffed her face with her food.

"Thank you for tonight Natsu, it was wonderful!" She said as he walked her to her doorstep.

She planted a tiny kiss on his cheek before waving him a goodbye.

Natsu stayed still for a moment, his cheeks turned crimson color before he walked into his car and began driving to his house.

"Damn, I'm falling too hard for her.." he sighed.
