Tohdoh pov

I woke up early and got dressed in my normal clothes that I wear everyday. I asked Lelouch to spend the day together since he is the father of (s/n) and my daughter husband. I still don't accept him but if I want my daughter to accept me as part of the family then Lelouch is the first step.
I walked towards the lounge and saw that he was there looking at the map of where (F/n) has made our strategies since the beginning.

"Good morning Tohdoh how are you." He said with a smile. Oh how badly do I want to punch him but if I want (F/n) to accept me as part of the family then I have to do this.

"Come on I need to find something and you might be the only one to find it. Since you may know her better." I admit it I wanted to find a gift for (F/n) birthday that I still I remember ever since I saw her when she born.

"Alright since I have my disguise on let's go. Only thing is are you sure you want to go in town like that makes you look like a want everyone to run away from you. Come on let's get you into some casual clothes at least not in the same color." He said as he pushed me back to my room.

'What could she see in this guy I would never understand.'

Lelouch pov

We finally arrived at the mall I had my blonde hair wig and green contact lens on and Tohdoh had his t-shirt with jacket, jeans and boots. It was the only thing he would agree to wear for today but at least he doesn't look serious about everything now.

"Alright what do you want to give her a necklace clothes books or did you have something in mind to give her." I asked as we walked past some stores.

"I don't know we never even talk back then. I would tell her a stories about her mother and her and I before I left. Other then that the only people she's opens up more is Nagisa and Shogo."

'Oh boy he really does need help for this.'

"Well how about we get something she'll wear everyday like a ring or a scarf?" I suggest and he agreed the only thing is were months away from winter and a ring can be stolen from her in any moment but it was a suggestion.

We look at all the stores and nothing got him to think she might like it. We were sitting on the bench all depressed that we couldn't find his perfect gift for her.

"Listen Tohdoh the gift has to from the heart not by how pretty or expensive it has to be so let's try again." I said as I got up.

'I know that he hates me but maybe helping him and (F/n) out in their relationship the family can be complete.'

Tohdoh pov

I was impressed he wants to help me out after all that's happen he wants to help me. I looked at him and I saw his eyes were telling me the truth but I really want to know why.

"Why would want to help me? What your real intention?"

"Isn't it obvious I want the family complete. I want my son to have someone who has advice from wiser people other than me and (F/n). (S/n) he is a lot like his mom but then again she's a lot like you only she smiles more. I think that she has finally accepted you as her father now." He said with a smile.

'Maybe I was wrong about him after all.'

"Alright I think I'll go back to that store that we passed by a few minutes ago. I think I might find something she might like there." We walked back to the store before and I looked at what I thought she might like.

(F/n) pov

Ever since Lelouch came back he's been smiling at you. At first you though that maybe him and your dad have finally made amens. But that was three days ago and he still smiling that it kinda made you worry now.

"Lelouch you've been smiling ever since you came back from wherever you went with Tohdoh. Did something happen while you guys were out?" You asked as you kept looking at your work learning all the shinkiro and opponents as well.

"You'll see some day but for now I want keep it a secret."

"Really keeping secrets from your wife makes me think your having an affair with me now."

"(F/n) trust me when I say there's no one that can make me stop loving you. It's just that Tohdoh wants me to keep this a secret at least until that day comes which happens to be today."

"What is today anyways? What so special about today?" He was about to answer when a knock on door was heard. Lelouch got up and Suzaku came in. He wasn't wearing his Zero outfit anymore since everyone found out what really happened that day. He only wears it around others only here he's stopped wearing it.

"(F/n) wear something nice Leila taking you at some tea party and they have a dress code there." He said as you got up and looked in your closet only to get a box from him.

"Here wear this Leila Ayano and C.C picked it out for you." You opened the box and saw a light pink dress. (The picture shows how it looks sorry if I can't explian clothes well.)

You went into the bathroom and changed into the dress and it fit perfectly. You got out and Suzaku and Lelouch were amazed by the dress.

"You look beautiful my love." Lelouch said as he kissed me.

"Please allow me to escorts you to miss Leila your majesty." Suzaku said on his knee.

"Suzaku your no longer have to treat me like a royal." You smiled. But of course he still teased you that way sometimes.

As you guys walked you went into a dark room and saw nothing but darkness. You had Lelouch's hand since you seemed to fear that someone will take him away again.

"Suzaku where's are we?"

"Your party."

Everyone scream happy birthday to you as we jump back and saw all the decorations and food. Everyone there all smiled at how you looked so shock that no words would come out.

"I'm sorry that I couldn't tell you about this, but your dad told me about the party he was planning for your birthday today." Lelouch said as everyone smiled.

You laugh at the thought you forgetting your own birthday everyone seemed to know. Since you have been mostly focus on the battles and the enemy.

Tohdoh came in with a box and handed it to you. You were curious of what he was giving you. You open and saw it was a musical box but not just any musical box it had the attack on titan second opinion song.
Along with locket with something written on it.

"No matter what I'll always be there for you" - your dad Kyoshiro Tohdoh.

You smiled and hugged him as everyone thought it was a beautiful moment.

"Thanks dad for everything."
