Everyone in the place was shouting, celebrating and chanting "Kiss, Kiss, Kiss", as if it were really something important or something true, that they had nothing else to do in their lives? What impressed me was that they had seriously believed what my brothers had told them.

I walked at a steady pace to where my brothers were laughing, singing, and when I was there I grabbed the microphone from Ian. They were idiots.

"Henry Hart and I are not dating, we're just friends!" I said, drawing everyone's attention. "So there won't be a kiss! Okay? My brothers are crazy!" Everyone looked at me confused. "Yes!"

"But you are boyfriend and girlfriend!" A.J. shouted.

"We're not," I gave a fake smile. "Now, I'll leave here before I finish humiliating myself."

I tossed the microphone to Jack, took Henry by the hand, and carried him inside the house.

"Don't be angry, Kai!" This time Max shouted.

But I just ignored him, idiots.

When we were already inside the house, I took Henry to my room where I locked the door to avoid those four... stupid, idiotic, damned, cavemen, because that's what they were, stupid, I loved them with my life, But sometimes their comments did bother me, and even more so when they said those incoherent things about Henry.

"They are idiots," I leaned against my door, looking down. "They are complete idiots, forgive me Henry, I didn't want that to happen, I don't even understand why they said you were my... you know."

The boy approached me and took me by the shoulders "Don't worry, it's okay, you know how they are and since I've known them they've been like that."

"I also know that you like them very much."

"Your brothers are amazing" we both laugh.

"We were at the party for a while, I'm sure you don't want to come back."

He snorted, "Obviously I want to go back," he let go of my shoulders. "Singing with them was too much fun."

What I liked about Henry... his personality in general of course, is that he was a person who liked to have fun, he didn't care what he was like or whatever, he always found a way to have a good time.

"Okay, let's go".

He was about to open the door, when suddenly Henry's watch started beeping. We both looked at each other with an annoyed look, but it didn't matter, it was work, and it was completely necessary, if we wanted to have money.

"What's up Ray?" Henry asked as he opened the watch.

"Jasper and Charlotte told me you were at Kai's house," he said, raising and lowering his eyebrows. "Are you going to tell her?"

"Ray, shut up."

I frowned in bewilderment. "Tell me what?"

"Oh, you haven't told her."

"Tell me what?" I asked again.

"Ah, nothing, nothing," Henry answered nervously, "let's see what Ray wants. What do you want, Ray?"

Ray snorted "Yeah whatever, you better tell her soon" he started laughing "Anyray, the Vice Mayor is looking for us Henry, well Captain Man and Kid Danger."

"Okay, I'll see you at City Hall, click."

"Click, and don't forget to tell Kai what we..."

And before Ray could finish whatever he planned to say, Henry closed the clock, leaving us in a strange silence.

"I guess I have to go," the boy said as he took out his tube gum.

I nodded, pursing my mouth. "Yes, I guess so," I sighed. "Oh! Before you go, remember that this week is the Great Cactus Con, we have to buy tickets this Saturday."

Henry smiled "How can I forget, you still owe me a cactus ice cream."

I rolled my eyes and shook my head with a smile on my face. The reason I owed Henry that was because I had lost a bet with him at the squirrel convention last year, and from that day on he kept reminding me that I owed him that damn ice cream.

"Yeah, I know." I smiled fakely. "How funny," I said sarcastically to which he smiled, "now go away, because Ray needs you."

"Sure, see you tomorrow."

Henry took a piece of gum out of his tube, put it in his mouth and, to make a long story short, blew a bubble and then turned into Kid Danger.

He sighed, "I'll see you tomorrow."

I looked at him confused "Why tomorrow?"

"Ah, well at Junk N' Stuff," he replied, "I know it's not mandatory to go tomorrow but we could go, be at the Man Cave, see each other, because I couldn't stand not seeing you for a day."

Henry immediately covered his mouth.

I opened my eyes in surprise, "What?"

"Ah..." he hesitated a little. "Nothing, nothing, I have to go, Ray needs me, bye."

And without further ado, Henry came out of my window without saying a word or answering me about what he said, it was very strange, but I'm not going to pretend that I didn't hear anything either.

'I couldn't bear not to see you for a day,' something was wrong, and I knew Charlotte and Jasper knew what was going on, I just hope it's not what I'm thinking... again, you know... oh, nope. I don't even know what I'm saying.
