"Uravity!"
Foster's POV
It was gym class. Finally! I could see what Bakugou decided to do. Did he decide to play it safe and sick? Did he dress out? I looked around the class for Bakugou, my search being interrupted by a bubbly girl bumping into me.
"Foster? I'm so sorry for bumping into you!!" The brunette squeaked.
I laughed it off. "Don't worry about it." I then asked her, "Where were you going?"
"Me?" She pointed to herself.
"Um." I began. "Who else?"
"I guess I'm the only one around, huh!" She laughed. "Well, I was searching for the other person with the four card!"
You might be asking, "What is a four card?". All Might, the legendary hero, made us draw numbers for who our partners may be. Pinky drew a two, which Asui also had, so they happily paired together.
"Look no further." I bowed.
"You have a four?!" She exclaimed.
"Yep." I turned my card around, showing to her the four that was in my hand.
"So we're partners!" Ochaco continued to exclaim.
"Seems like it. I spaced out during the actual assignment explanation. What exactly are we supposed to be doing?"
"Oh, it's simple!" Ochaco clapped her two hands together enthusiastically. "So, we team up in twos, chosen by the cards, obviously. We then set up traps or whatever to quote on quote 'attack' the enemy teams."
"Attack?" I questioned.
"Yep. It's similar to a game of paintball. Every player has a target on themselves. If the target that is on the player gets shot three times- with some sort of attack, the player is 'dead'."
"Okay." I nodded. "Wait- doesn't that give players like Mineta an advantage? Who can simply stick things to targets?"
"Yep! But that also means I have an advantage~ because I can manipulate gravity!"
"Oh right. I forgot, you're Uravity, right?!"
"You remembered the hero name I chose? I'm honored!" She smiled. "Okay- we have ten minutes to prepare for the free for all, and then the game actually begins."
"Sounds easy enough!"
"Yep! Let's get started!" Ochaco cheered.
We ended up climbing, or more like flying, up to a tree, where we crouched in the leaves. From this position, we were invisible to most people and were given an advantage because of heights. "Hey, I never asked." Ochaco began.
"Hm?"
"What's your quirk?" She asked. "We could possibly use it in the game."
I debated for a second on whether or not I should tell her, before proceeding to whisper what my quirk was into her ear.
"What?!" We hear footsteps and noises in the forest.
"Okay, quick, we need a plan."
"Okay... I have a net if that'll help." Ochaco offers the net and I take it.
"Why do you have a net? Oh well... that doesn't matter... Okay, it's simple. Take their stuff, if they have any. Float the net above them, I'll try to get the two-man team distracted and near each other. Once I give you a signal-" Ochaco and I looked below us, as a loud noise came from below. It was the fabulous Yuga Aoyama and the man with the strangest sugar high I've ever seen, Rikido Sato. "Damn! We don't have enough time for a signal, well, we'll figure it out, and our plan will only work for those two."
"How come?"
"Well, Bakugou-chan would just blow the whole thing up with her quirk, and a buncha other people'll do the same exact thing, blah blah blah..."
"Oh, makes sense." She said, and then she questioned me. "Bakugou-chan... her?"
"Ah, uh, erm..." I got too carried away stating the facts and my competitive side was coming out so much that I mentioned that Bakugou is a girl now! Oops~! Or, not really oops!
Let his femininity be known!
Shout it from the rooftops that Bakugou is a girl and has been hiding her gender for the past few years! Tell everyone and anyone!
"Uh, y-yeah... he's a girl now..."
"How?" Ochaco thought about all the ways he could become a girl, but then she came to a conclusion. "Well, thinking about it for even a second, I know how. You did it! You did it! You~ did it." She's much smarter than I thought she was, she's not just a bubbly girl that loves Midoriya. Yeah, I figured it out. Fight me. But please don't~!
The footsteps got louder and louder, and now they were right below us.
"Leggo~!" I sang as I jumped down the tree, purposely creating a ruckus. I stood right in front of the duo. Rikido threw candy in his mouth, but Ochaco touched it, making it float away. He turned around, but she disappeared. She was already above them- already gone.
Excellent.
"What happened to your food?"
"Doesn't matter. I can beat you all the same."
"Woowhee! Competitive, are we?" I laughed.
"Yeah, but you're an easy target~!" Yugo sang.
"Really?" I jumped, barely avoiding the laser. "Damn, that was really close! You're a very good hero, ya know?"
"Aw thanks, but I'll have to beat ya, Child." Then, they both ran towards me in the same direction, alarmingly fast. But, Ochaco was faster... or she had a headstart and just happened to be closer. She ran silently, so silently in fact that I hardly noticed her, and touched his laser belt with her hands, having it go up.
Yuga turned around, shaken.
She smirked, "You're powerless now."
I walked forward to our current-enemy classmates and smiled evilly. "Surrendering now?" I asked.
"No!" Yuga began. They may have been defenseless and powerless, but still aimed to attack. Ochaco and I came closer and closer to them, and they both got ready to attack us, with a punch, I'm assuming, but then again, what do I know~?
"Ha." I laughed. "You don't have a choice."
"Cocky, are we?!" Rikido asked.
"Maybe slightly." As I invoked the enemy, making them fall for the same ploy again, as I distracted them, Ochaco and I backed up. At this rate, we'd be in the net, too.
One step away,
Two steps away,
Three steps away,
then, I screamed, since we lacked a signal.
"Ochaco! Now!" She pressed her fingertips together, making the effects of her quirk stop. They were directly below a net we had conveniently flying in the sky, hidden by leaves and birds.
They were now stuck. Ochaco walked up to me, and we both stood in front of them, captured in a net, happily. "Good job, Ochaco!"
She smiled back. "Wouldn't of been possible without ya." I lightly hit Rikido's target three times and Ochaco did the same to Yuga. We then helped them out of the net.
I smiled apologetically, "Sorry for acting all cocky. It was all part of the plan."
"You thought that all through?" Yuga asked, surprised.
"Yep." I smiled.
"Yeah! He did all the planning!" She lightly punched me in the stomach... which actually hurt. "I just followed Foster's plans!"
"Good job." Rikido smiled.
I smiled back. "Well, we're going to go off and capture more people now! See ya!" Ochaco and I began running.
They both smiled back at us and wished us good luck. Ochaco and I got up in another tree and commemorated each other for the good work.
"How many more people do we need to get?!" Ochaco asked excitedly. "I'm pumped!"
I smiled back at her. "I don't think there's a precise number of people we need to get. I think we just need to survive. The last one that survives wins? Although, kills may be a slight factor, as it may be unfair for someone who hid out the entire time to win."
"True, true." Ochaco nodded. "Dang, Foster! I didn't know you were this strategical!"
"Well." I scratched the back of my neck. "Thanks."
She laughed. "I'm good at following strategies! But I'm not good at making my own!"
I looked back at her. "No, you're good at it! Plus, you're cooperativeness is amazing! You can get along with anyone and everyone!"
She smiled and complimented me in return. It was like a compliment, feel-good shower, until we remembered that we have to stay on the lookout for enemy classmates around the corner. I heard a slam. Lacking any sort of plan or strategy, I turned around and saw a certain shemale. I touched Ochaco's shoulder, pointing out Bakugou, but we ended up making eye contact.
He started climbing the tree to attack us.
"Foster, know what we're gonna do?!"
"RUN!" I yelled and hopped off the tree, sprinting with Ochaco closely behind.
