Before he could start there was a loud squeal from behind you. You turned and saw two blonde haired girls, one had short, choppy hair, while the other had long wavy hair. They rushed towards Melanie but quickly tried to hide their excitement from the boys that they were walking with. "Melanie its been soo long", the short haired girl said while hugging her. "Too long", the other said hugging her in turn. The boys laughed and hugged her or high-fived her all very happy to see each other. I stepped back a little, not wanting to disturb the reunion. I bumped into someone. I looked up and was met with the gaze of a black haired boy, I assumed was my age. "Sorry", I said stepping away. He didn't reply but I saw the amusement in his eyes. He suddenly spoke up, "Melanie, it seems you've forgotten your little friend here", little. "What makes you think I'm little", I said annoyed, "I'm pretty sure we're the same age". "Oh come on Nico", I heard anotger girls voice, but it wasn't the blondes, "You can't possibly be trying to annoy her already". "Hi I'm Hazel", she introduced herself, "Ignore my brother". So they're siblings interesting. "Where are my manners", Melanie said, "This is Lela she's a....um....a vampire hunter". A gasp escaped from their lips.

Finally we had told them everything that had happened. The joy had quickly been replaced with seriousness. I couldn't help but look at Nick, for some reason I didn't think he was part of the group, he was in his own world. His hair, as I now notice, is very silky. He looks like he's been through a whole lot. "So why should we trust shorty over here", he asked, he is soo dead so very dead, "I mean you said her sister is working for him". "She's far to kind for that", I heard Melanie respond, "Besides she obviously wants to know more about her father". "Maybe", he said, "But I think your outlook is a bit biased don't you think". Oh I'm soo gonna murder him. I look at my friend, she was obviously holding herself back I could see the fire in her eyes. "I don't think so", Percy said his green eyes warning Nico. Nick kept quiet after that, woah what's that about. "Can I just speak for myself", I said a little loudly. "First of all, I can't just kill someone I've been friends with for years", I said looking pointedly at Nico, "Secondly I would like to know about my fa.....", I faltered unable to say the word without bringing tears to my eyes. "In that case you must train", Chiron said, "You'll stay in the big house". "But.....", a look from Melanie told me to shut up. They get up to leave Nico looks your way with obvious disdain. I returned it with my deathstare, he's dead dead dead dead.
